Ive had several friends tell me of the wonderful deals they got shopping at The Hanger, so I finally got around to checking it for myself. It is so nice inside, the merchandise is organized for easy shopping, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The merchandise is in exceptional condition and the prices are awesome. I am definitely adding this shop to my list of stores to check out when I need to go clothes shopping.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. My mother bought a designer purse ($100) and when she got home and put things in it, it was very heavy. She used it, but realized it was weighing her down and she was unhappy with it. She didn’t think that the owner would refund her money, but I encouraged her to take it in thinking she could maybe try to sell it for her without taking the 60% commission.My mother is 80, a good customer, and this was an expensive purse so she took the purse in and explained that it was not working for her. Ashley then told her she could leave the purse along with 15 other items to consign. Really? So my mom could go to Macy’s, Belk’s, Kohl’s and return items with a receipt with no questions asked, yet this consignment shop can do nothing for her? I guess we will not be back to shop here.

OH MY WORD!!!! First time going into this store and I was WOWD by not only the customer service but the quality of the items and pricing!!! Kelsey and Ashley were GREAT, I will look like a million bucks with my new outfits. Thank you for the awesome experience!!!
