The pharmacist at CVS in Villa Rica by far is the best ever. He is very friendly and takes the time to talk to you about your needs. I wish every pharmacist was like him.

Only person in the building. 4 am. Only 24 hour pharmacy close by. Won’t fill the prescriptions while you wait. News flash. I was a pharm tech for 6 years before becoming an ER nurse so I know exactly how it works. I pray someone shows you the same courtesy you have shown me tonight. Ma’am. I won’t have someone available at 10 am because I have a family member in my home on hospice and everyone else works in this household. Thanks for the waste of time, gas, and lack of respect. ✌🏼

Took my daughter here because she was sick and it was the closest/fastest place to get her seen. They didn’t accept her insurance which is fine. I was 100% willing to pay their out of pocket fee. They wouldn’t allow me to pay out of pocket and refused to see my 9Year old or allow me to pay. The lady said it would be fraud which is completely false. She basically told me i would have to find another place to take my child. I will never use this facility again.

The worse place ever they never answer the phone and one time they lost my medicine. They never has there stuff together. I was on hold for 10 minutes then they hung up on me

Skip this place! My prescription was called in 4 hours ago and it’s still not ready. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes trying to speak with the pharmacy. Shop local. There are 3 or more local pharmacies in VR. This place isn’t worth it.

If I could give no stars I would. CVS, HWY 78, Villa Rica is absolutely the worst CVS I have been to. Sometimes takes 12 hours to get a prescription ready & has messed up my prescription several times a year. They send refill requests to your doctor when not needed & create unnecessary work for the physician. Also, I have been told they are out of stock for days on my meds so many times I lost count. CVS Caremark is my prescription insurance, so I thought I didnt have a choice until recently. I learned I could go to my employer (hospital) pharmacy. I have had all my prescriptions transferred & will drive a little further to get them. This CVS is a joke & it isnt just me. I see frustrated customers every time I have gone in there.

This place will give you the run around and is not worth the time what so ever. Would not fill my prescriptions here!

Been in drive through line for 45 minutes yry to pickup prescription for a friend; 8 cars in front of me when I got here still 6 cars. Called inside to ask about line said it was long. This is one of the reason I switched to Publix years ago, that and that fact that I was given someone elses medicine several times.

Friendly people of color on staff. I was initially nervous about coming because of the location but the staff made us feel comfortable.

I went to this cvs store to get my COVID-19 vaccine two days ago. This one is in Villa Rica. I usually deal with the Carrollton office. I realize in a big drug store chains there is constant turn overs in staff. I was shocked as this stores whole atmosphere was geared to patient care. I was greeted at the door and guided to checkin for the shot. Went back to prescription drop point, presented my card for vaccine at drop off, then without waiting I was shown to the mini clinic. Every employee was with a smile. A young pleasant pharmacist did the vaccine without a single pinch! Band aide applied and off I went. Here I did not leave the store disgruntled or aggravated as I usually do at the store in Carrollton!! Good job guys!!! I am changing my prescription service to this location which is ten miles further away from my home

Understaffed rudest people in the pharmacy. Prescriptions get deleted and ect. Prescription ls are Never ever ready on time even though you get a text that it’s ready, then you have to make multiple trips back.

Dont expect customer service from the lady who cleans and sanitizes the health hub. She may look at you, but certainly will not greet you. Thankfully the other employees are not like her.

Terrible customer service. I called to see if they had something instock and the lady that answered could not get me off the phone fast enough. I called at 6 am and she was saying how busy she was and I needed to come in.... the only reason I was calling is cause I didnt wanna drag my 2 little ones in if they didnt have it in-stock on my way to work....

Absolute worst! Drive thru Pharmacy is a joke! Store manager Kelly lied and said the computer system is messed up. No, people bringing in scripts to get filled and wait right at the window while others that where here before wait even longer to pick up while what was dropped off hours ago. 1 hr. Waiting in a line for a script that been there for hours already..... Not the 1st time it has happened, but it will 100% be the last time for me!

I highly recommend that store. From the front to the back of the pharmacy, employees are polite, helpful and make people feel very welcome. I also noticed some new workers that I believe add up to the quality of their great performance!

I absolutely love this pharmacy. Issac, the pharmacist, was so incredibly helpful and down to earth. It’s very hard to find that in a pharmacist these days. You don’t expect them to go out of their way to help a customer who needs help figuring out prices and discounts at all. This pharmacy is a little far for us but honestly it’s worth the drive for the customer service.

After experiencing phone issues this morning, I was afraid I had lost valuable photos. I went to CVS and Leka provided Extraordinary Customer Care. On this Mothers day those beautiful glossy photos mean so much to me. Thanks Leka and CVS for your excellent customer service and product.

Im sitting 50 minutes later still waiting on my sons prescription that was supposed to be done yesterday. I was just informed it would another 10 minutes all while they continue to help other customers who just dropped their prescriptions off. I typically use Ingles in Temple, who are AMAZING but by the time we left the ER last night they were closed. This place is a joke!

Was told my prescription would be done at 8:30. Got there at around 8:50 and didn’t get to the front of the line until 9:30. Was told it’ll be another 30 minute wait. It is now 10:30 and i still don’t have my prescription. NEVER coming here again. I suggest finding another CVS to go to. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Walgreens across the street gave me the run around for 2 days, finally got my prescription over to CVS and they did the best they could. Got it filled and got me feeling better. I think all pharmacies in Villa Rica could use an extra hand !

Picked up my medications today. Brittany was super nice when I told her I didnt actually need all of them. She made the change, rang me up quickly, and wished me well. So nice to deal with people who are kind and enjoy their job!

Every single time I get a prescription it takes hours. Literally hours to get. And Everytime I call to check on my meds I am on hold for at least 45 minutes. I’ve always used cvs but we just moved to villa rica and I will definitely be swapping because of this.

I dropped off 3 scripts around 12:30 I was told they would be ready by 3. I understand you get busy. I got here 10 till 4 and was told that 2 of them werent ready and when I told them I was told they would be ready at 3 they said they could expedite it and have them ready in 15 minutes.....I will not be coming back.

If I could give them a zero I would. We will no longer use the Villa Rica CVS. The minute clinic is great, do not mistake the post for them. The pharmacy on the other hand is the most rude, unprofessional, untimely place I have ever seen! Was told my husbands antibiotic would be finished in 2 hours (7:30pm) I got there after leaving my sick husband home at (8:30pm) and was told ot would be 9pm. Absolutely livid. Thank goodness Walgreens is across the street!!!

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I absolutely would. Staff is rude. Wait times are RIDICULOUS and that’s if they even have the medication. Don’t bother going here. Find a smaller family owned such as villa rica drugs or the apothecary shop! They are amazing!

Worst excuse for a pharmacy ever.called in 4 scrips wad told be ready in 2 hrs went to pick up and not ready went back next day an only 2 were filled they were out of some meds. Why not call and tell me this.who wants to go all the way there and not get it all

My sons surgeon had to make an emergency call for antibiotics at 8 pm. The surgeon had to call a total of 9 times! Twice someone disconnected him, three times he was on hold for over 8 minutes before hanging up and twice to place his order for the antibiotics then called back to verify the order was correct! It is now 10:30 pm and his prescription is still not ready! We may have been better off going to the Emergency Room! The surgeon called me back and said he would never call this place again!

This pharmacy is way too slow! This particular pharmacy will keep you on hold forever, I usually just hang up after about 20 min. I miss the Carrollton CVS.

They called and texted me repeatedly for a week saying my prescriptions were ready. It was not time to get refills so insurance would not cover. When I went to get them I waited 20 minutes to be waited on. All the other people were complaining about the service and telling stories of unhappy visits. After waiting 20 min I found out THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY PRESCRIPTIONS READY.I used CVS for 20 years because my insurance required it. When I got Medicare I could go anywhere but I stayed at CVS for 2 more years. Until that last visit. I transferred all my prescriptions to Rite Aid the very next day. Im done with CVS.

Will not deal with this CVS ever again. Was initially told 45 minute wait after the girl found my insurance profile. Come back after the 45 and another tells me that she couldnt find my profile. Went to supposedly look and came back and said she couldnt find it. My husband called and spoke with a lady named Brittany who was great, she found it immediately. When I went back to get my meds...the same girl who couldnt find my profile didnt even talk to me about my meds or anything. Didnt say a word to me except for what the total was. She needs a lesson in customer service. Didnt catch her name....

The retail staff is very nice and helpful! The pharmacist on the other hand was rude and seems like she does not know how to do her job

Had the worst experience. Jessica was extremely rude, very inexperienced to be pharmacy tech plus poor customer service. Couldnt find generic for med, couldnt type in right insurance infi. Argued that there wasnt a generic and told us we didnt have insurance so I asked to pay for prescription until we coukd check insurance then she told us after 30 minutes in drivethru she didnt have prescription so we left and came back inside . Isaac was able to find prescription. He noticed insurance number was wrong. However system messed up so still had to pay for ten pills until they coukd order generic that is covered by insurance. All the while Jessica still trying to argue and saying omg. Isaac had to tell her to stop. So is your prescription or insurance gets messed up Jessica could be filling them. I told them people do not just want prescription just because. Right medication can be difference in life or death. They shoukd take each prescription urgent and care enough to assist. Isaac did a great job. He understands. Jessica just slammed window and couldnt care less.

I never buy anything here cuz its too expensive but its a great place to walk to afterschool....

I came here for the first time last night, to get a prescription filled. I usually go with Walmart, but I needed a 24/7 pharmacy because of a late emergency room visit. I came up and stood in the drop-off line, it was almost 9pm, there were two people working behind the counter, as far as I could see. I waited around 10-20 mins to be spoken to. The people behind me in line were angry because no one was coming to help us. So when someone finally comes over, I am still very polite and just drop my prescription off. It takes them two hours to fill it. Ok no problem. But then I get it home and realize they have shorted me by 1/3 of my medicine in one of the prescriptions. Just happens to be the very expensive antibiotic prescription that they shorted me. Something fishy is going on in this pharmacy.... The staff needs customer service training and the prescriptions need to be monitored better.

Went around 9 at night to get a basic antibiotic filled for my son, who is not even 1. Asked them if it was flavored and they say yes. Get home, its not flavored and son is spitting it all out. Call them and ask can they flavor this bottle or give a new. Basically no one there can do the reconstituted math to flavor and we have to wait on a pharmacist in the morning would have to make the call whether to flavor it. Then go back and say we need a whole new prescription and that insurance wont pay for it. I dont know why I still use them, its always a long wait while they stand and talk and rude. Wish VR had another 24 hour pharmacy.

I asked them to text me when the prescription was ready, they did not. So instead I had to call (12 hours later) and was told I was the second caller, no one came back on the line and after 20 minutes I hung up. I had to call back just to get some help.

They refilled my meds within 20mins and l had no wait.

I hate this pharmacy! They are the slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The employees are rude and will shout your personal business loud enough for everyone to hear. They never greet you and always seem like you are a nuisance to them. Forget calling them. They leave you on hold for sometimes over 30 minutes. Go to Villa Rica Drugs. They are a complete 180 from this place.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The people that work there are incompetent and ignorant, rude and completely uncaring.

Ive been with CVS many many years never had any issues but at this location the people here is so rude unprofessional, always a mix-up with something and just doesnt care..They are very very slow..As long as I live in the city of VR I will never use this CVS I actually changed over to Walgreens because of this location...

It does not matter what time or day it is, l used them to get my meds and l dont have to worry about closing hours.

This has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a CVS, we have been using this location for a few months now and will be transferring back to Kroger pharmacy in Dallas, its worth a few minutes extra drive to be taken care of by professionals.
