Fuel island closed other trucks park like savages cat scales blocked by landstar Had to call the cops on pilot again I guy parked in paid parking that did not pay and tried to fight me. This is probably the worst pilot I’ve ever been to

At least when they remember to make coffee its hot. Dont know why they dont just be honest and tell drivers they dont want to clean the showers. Theyve been closed for remodeling for at least 3 weeks that Im aware of, but there hasnt been any work done on them. The parking lot an obstacle course, at times you cant even get on the scale due to trks being parked in front of it. Will avoid this location in the future.

Showers have been so called “down” for literally months. I’ve noticed the showers depends on how the employees feel about cleaning them. Reaching out to corporate because truckers don’t deserve this all we want is a nice shower. I even offered to shower with cold water and was then told washing is down. No excuse

Pilot is nasty they do NOT clean there and also one of the workers precious rudely talked to me. the slushies machine doesnt work. I IM NOT GOING BACK TO PILOT THEY ARE RUDE.

Super cheap ciggs but the taxes are high. Extreme nice cashiers and maintenance man. The maintenance man hurried & told me he was just finishing the bathrooms. Very kind man. I appreciate that. Cashiers took their time going over prices. Wasnt busy at midnight. Either way, very happy pleasant people work there. Truck parking lot is packed & over packed. Overall great experience.

Only waited about15 minutes for a shower, not bad. Shower rooms are large, and clean, but the shower stall is small. Several showers are out of order for remodel, but I saw no evidence of remodeling going on anywhere.Cooler was poorly stocked, empty racks, product in the wrong rack so the price is incorrect.All in all, the store is clean, and the clerks are friendly and attentive to people.Subway is a little different. This evening, Sunday the 25th, I asked the heavy white girl in Subway what time they opened. Her reply was not helpful at all, and was somewhat rude. She said 7:30am or 8:00am, and maybe not till 8:30am. I found her attitude and answer disrespectful.Maybe she was having a bad day, but, Customer service is what Subway lives by. Might want to train her in proper customer service.

Store is very clean and has lots of selection. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Truck parking is a mess but it usually is. Would definitely stop here again

I just left this location, approximately an hour ago. I will not go into detail, however this morning was very tough and I was having problems with my credit card and with paying.Well, the cashier was SOOOOO patient with me and so nice to me although I was on the verge of tears and I literally could not breathe, she was so sweet. I wish to God id paid attention to anyones names. :( But ultimately the manager came over and she helped me with getting home. More than I ever would have asked. I still dont know what to do, but I FEEL so grateful and SOOOOO s

No showers. No announcement from Pilot. Every shower being remodeled at the same time. Brilliant.

Staff kind of slow, showers down, low on supplies bathroom dirty, terrible parking situation, east coast trucking at its finest.

Waiting for shower is forever. Even the employees walking around acting haven’t noticed you. In your 30mn break don’t try taking shower, unless you have enough time to do pu or deliver.

One of the worst managed pilots ive ever seen management and staff are neglectful let trucks park whereever they want blocking fuel pumps whether you trying to pump or leave the pumps .you let the staff know whats going on the just go out and stair at the trucks and walk back inside.wish there was an option to leave a quarter of a star which they wouldnt deserve that!!!

Caucasian female only greets Caucasian people. She was also willing to help this Caucasian guy but when I stepped up she stepped away and the brown lady helped me. I have rated this place 5 stars many times since the store is normally decent when I come in and the parking isn’t too bad but I’m not fond of people with distasteful customer service skills and working on the front line with people. Find another job!

Clean bathrooms. But, as are most truck stops, (other than the gas price) everything in the store is way overpriced!They are charging $1.79 for a little Debbie snack cake that sells for $0.50 everywhere else! That is outrageous!On the positive side, the Dunkin Donuts at this particular Pilot, are the best of any of them that I have been to. (which is a bunch!)Management needs to do a better job of traffic control for the tractor trailers. They are parking everywhere, and it is impossible to navigate on certain days. They also need to eliminate truckers from using the Entrance as an exit. Just basic common sense and some signage would be beneficial.

First and last time here.Paid for a reserved parking space early in the afternoon. Showed up around midnight to find all the reserved spaces were filled and no free spots on the lot.Went inside to notify the cashier and was told that they dont have any maintenance people overnight, so no one could come help me outside. She then told me to find a place to park thats as safe as possible, and that was it. Didnt offer a refund or even an apology.Enjoy my $15, Pilot. I expected far better from you.

Way too busy (too many autos) for an RV, and you have to go inside to pay. Then they only have 2 registers open and 1 of those is for truckers only. Took way too long just to get gas.

I am the only person for shower and still they took more the one hour to clean.

Small parking area. Nothing to eat in travel store but cold soggy sandwiches and hot dogs. However the lady in Subway did a great job getting customers through the line quickly and made some great sandwiches to go.

Not exceptionally bad but I also wouldnt say its a good store either. The lot is all cracked and full of potholes, litter everywhere and it doesnt look like they’ve changed the squeegees in a while

Gas station has signs out front that says face coverings required. However, I witnessed several guests enter without face coverings and employees said nothing to them. In fact, the employees were busy chatting to themselves while their own masks were down around their chins and not covering their nose or mouths.In a state experiencing such a large spike of COVID-19 deaths, dont put up signs that create the illusion of caution if youre not going to enforce your policies. Normally a good gas station besides this unfortunate experience.

Showers are down. No showers. I spoke with one of the cashiers, and that person told me the place was falling apart and no one would do anything to fix anything

Very good service. Clean showers. Smiling and friendly faces. We had an issue with subway but the store mgr. took care of it immediately. We will be back. Corporate needs to fix broken showers though.

You wonder if any executives from Pilot even know there is a truck parking issue at this location. I see empty land there on Edge Rd. I see land behind the truck stop. I see land beside the truck stop near Events Unlimited. I even see land across the street. Does Pilot even care that DOT regulations mandate trucks must stop prior to 11 hrs of driving? Does Pilot care about truckers? Expand the truck parking so that we wont have to park all crazy! And dont threaten us that our trucks will get towed if we are not in a spot.

Poor selection of food to go in travel store. Only hot dogs and cold sandwiches. Very long line at Subway. Taking this location off my list of fuel stops.

Almost all parking is reserved, dirty, showers not working at night...there is nobody to clean them.

Female bathroom was clean and well stocked. As far as quick warm food not much of a choice. Area was not so clean.🤔 They do have subway a bit of a wait. So if you have some time to wait.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 80% of the time. The app. also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

The staff were very polite and helpful and went out of there way to make sure that we were satisfied as customers. But beyond that our granddaughter left her phone in the restroom and they retrieved it and held on to it till we came back! Amazing and honest group of staff!!!

Typical gas station. Clean and well organized though. The coffee sucked, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Food, drinks and snacks were about average price when compared with other convenience stores. Gas prices totally sucked, but thats not their fault...at least to a certain extent. Overall, nothing really bad to say about this place, but nothing that was outstanding either.

I stopped here for gas, and bought a total of 11 dollars and 51 cents of gas. It is typical for gas stations to do a pre-authorization of 1 dollar, but this has station did a pre-authorization of 151 dollars. It was so much and so uncustomary I called my bank thinking it was a fraudulent charge. My advice is to stay away from this gas station.

Good service with the lowest gas prices around. Then if you also get the pilot app with optional card, you also get 3 MORE cents off each gallon. Cant beat that deal.

Here at 3:30 and parking lot is full except for reservations. Can’t reserve showers online. But place is clean and I was in and out pretty quick. Most of the good parking sport are reserved, but they are easy to get to. The other parking spots for the most part are down the hill and pretty tight. There is not enough room to turn around so blind siding it is the only option unless you go completely around.

Staff are super friendly.. Shanna, Tracy, Janelle, Ashley, Valencia and Greg are very nice polite people and they make you feel very welcomed not to many gas stations do that!Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!

I get gas here at least one a week! I love this gas station. The gas is cheaper than anywhere else. Also they have an app you can get and it gives you three cents off gas and you also get better deals on the items inside. Drink two for $3 and more. There is also dunkin donuts inside. Great coffee and great donuts!

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Store area and restrooms clean and modern.Showers are in need of modernization, as they are not up to standards of other pilots, but staff maintains them the best they are able to. In shoutterm, bolts for the inside of the doors should be installed.

Lot always full, with about 1/3 being dropped trailers and bobtails. But make your own spot that doesnt get in anybodys way, and theyll be telling you to move within minutes, a FIRST for any PFJ Ive seen in 6 years of driving. Never stopping here again, and absolutely will contact their corporate offices. But hey, Im sure the owner will appreciate hearing my feedback, right?

This was a nice place to stop to fill the RV with diesel fuel. There were lots of spots to fill with gas in the back for trucks and RVs. It was easy to get into and out, but we were kinda confused on the appropriate exit to take to get out. The signage was lacking to exit the gas station. Inside the gas station was a Subway sandwich store and an unmanned Dunkin station. The store was filled with snacks, all kinds of trucker supplies and various clothes options. This is an #RVFriendly gas station.

My husband is a truck driver we needed gas we frequent this location often on route. location #4559 on 11/13 at subways when we walked in a young lady by the name Christina had her head done on the counter so we said hello and she never greeted us she started walking away then proceeded to ask her co worker can I take my break . She then said how many sandwiches do y’all want so my husband said two at that point he no longer wanted the food because her attitude towards us was unprofessional. I asked her what was her name and we left. This kind of unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated no matter if it is a truck stop or not.

Bad, 5 or 6 showers but only 2 working.I lost over 2 hours waiting.If you dont eat subway sandwich you lost. No more choices.

If this establishment was consistent, place wouldnt be that bad to rest a spell. They have a Popeyes Chicken here and again, my food was hours old and it taste like it

You get to pay $15.00 IF youre lucky to park here. They let the locals put personal cars in the free spaces to hold them for their return. Its not a great place. I will pay $10 and park across the street first at Chevron. Nice quiet lot that doesnt stink like pee.

Hey, its a truck stop, a really big truck stop. I stop at Pilot because my truck is diesel and I am often pulling a trailer, requiring easy access to diesel pumps.I am not a fan of these large national chain truck stops because their diesel prices are outrageous, often 30-40 cents per gallon higher than standard gas stations off the Interstate a few blocks away.This Pilot Travel Center is large, has lots of clean rest rooms, and has a large convenience store and restaurant inside. Their food is edible, and their is a wide variety of items to buy.If you are traveling by car, you will find that Pilots gasoline prices are pretty reasonable and competitive with other stations and this is a nice place to take a break in your trip.

Nasty bathroom poop on the walls and floors

The truck stop and staff are awesome, the parking is a problem.WAY Too many dropped trailers and bobtails taking up free parking. Dropped trailers should be towed or forced to use reserved parking.Bobtails need to learn to double up or park in smaller areas that rigs cant get into.

The store was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly. Restroom was in good shape. If they had boiled peanuts in the display for boiled peanuts, then I would have given 5 stars instead of 4.

Super clean. Store has a little bit of everything you could need. Your greeted when you walk in and the 2nd shift ladies go out of your way to help with anything you need. I was shopping for a Bluetooth headset and in the midst of dinner traffic one of the ladies helped me look at several different styles and helped me with all of my questions. They are there to make sure your stop is a good one. Great to see such good service. Thank you ladies

I have traveled the entire USA this pilot may not be cleanest but it is definitely way above the most dirty Ive been to.some absolute filthy ones this one is at least a 7 out of 10.the gas station part is a constant steady stream some people act like truck stops are like they were in the old days with only semi drivers and they are not now.they are gas stations full of cars.I dont understand the lack of attention to the Bay parking I was assigned a number that someone was already in the staff in this location excellent Ive never had anyone be rude, this one was a Hess station for many many years they are relatively new to the pilot world hopefully they will work out the Kinks and be one of the best.

Restrooms were well stocked and clean! Cashiers were very nice and helpful to the customers-they each person with a welcome upon entering the store! Ice machine was down, but sodas could still be dispensed or you could buy a packaged drink from the display coolers, which is what I decided upon.

I was stuck on the ice trying to back into a spot. The store didnt have salt for sale but they gave me some drying stuff used for spilled fuel. It worked and I was able to move. Thanks. That act of kindness saved my day and a tow bill. You are my favorite Pilot now.

Wouldnt even give this one star if there was a lower choice. Dont pay online to park here. You will show up and there full. Management says nothing the can or will do. Trucks parked around fuel island so badly you cant get to it. Should not be advertised as a truck stop. Management needs to be replaced for sure.

Always a good safe spot to stop on a trip. All locations have a restaurant and lots of other amenities and a great selection of drinks and coffee. Open 24 hours. Sell both diesel and gas as well as DEF Fluid go those trucks that need it as well as souvenirs and cell phone accessories.

Somehow the coffee area turned me off. Not stocked well and messy. Mightve been an off day. I usually like the gas stations where truckers stop, Like Pilot and Loves because they have fresh coffee any time if the day and cleaner.

Used to love pilot and flying j. Now theyre just as bad as t/a with this reserved parking bs. Back lot here is too small for oversize. Dont risk it. Front row is entirely paidall the way to the tire shop. Girls at the subway are nice and the lady that cleans the showers does a really good job

I was just accused of stealing 6 dollars in gas. After explain and even paying more then 6 dollars to show that i did not. The worker took my tag and went inside. She told me she was calling the cops. After 5 minutes of waiting I had to go inside and ask if I could leave. She said I could but still accused me of stealing. I have the receipt if anyone wants to challenge that and also the charge on my account. Overall very bad experience. Ps I got a 86 k10 that is gas and not diesel so no didn’t put anything in my truck.

This is a pretty good pilot to stop at. We had a great customer service as far as the employee interaction with the customers oh, and they have a Subway right next to it built into the pilot so it makes it easy to just grab a sandwich

Service was great, bathroom a bit rough. Soft drinks were not stocked very good. And coffe was old. But in there defense it was busy and they were short handed

Coffee refill price is never the same. 1.07 one morning and 1.81 the next. Not really a big deal but when it takes 15 minutes to check out at 0345 in the morning with 3 people in line, its enough to start your day of bad. Only reason I even come here in the morning is for the Dunkin Dark roast but with the time I waste here I could just brew my own at home.

I never have a problem when I come here. As a truck driver, I know the best time to get here in order to get a parking spot is after 4 am. Of course it is busy because it is the last truck stop directly on the 20 before getting to Atlanta since there are hardly any places to park in that area. So I get there and the spots to back in are not that bad, unless you have a problem with backing into tighter than normal spaces. The bathrooms are always clean, they always have coffee, even though it is dunkin donuts which I am not a fan of, but it is hot and if it isnt, just request a new pot and they have no problem accommodating. The only restaurant is Subway...ugh and they can be skimpy with the ingredients. Other than that, it is quiet and comfortable. I dont like parking at the top because it gets clustered with truck drivers squeezing in where they dont fit in...typical. But it is a great place to stay.

This is a nice clean place, the shower had changing temps the whole time and hard not to get burned a good one but livable the hardest thing was the constant pressure changes from a trickle dang near to blasting off the walls hard, not able to change the shower head spray pattern as I had a choice of it hitting the ceiling or a water hose stream to the floor but at least better than last place I took a shower at...

Was here 2-8-19 stayed over night had to pay for parking. Everytime I have been here there lot has been full! They have no organization in the lot at all they allow the drivers to make up parking places that makes it difficult for those of us trying to be considerate and not block the other truckers from fueling. the cashiers are so slow and not real friendly they act like you are bothering them when u want to pay for your items. The ladies that were in subway were really friendly! The bathrooms were clean and inside the store was alright. My main complaint is the attitudes and parking.

Went in on 10/26/2018 at 3 am. The employee wouldnt serve me because she said she was going on a 30 minute break. This Subway is 24 hours so I felt that it was unprofessional. As I sit here writing the review, shes walking out to smoke a cigarette which makes it worse. She put her cigarette addiction over customer service and doing her job. Shes an older woman so I would think she would know better. Customer is supposed to come first. Terrible display of customer service!

My wife and I have a large 5th wheel camper that we tow with a diesel dually and the truth of it is that pilot travel centers are the only place we choose to deal with because they are consistent across the chain and have everything we need for a pleasant travel experience along the Eastern seaboard.

Great service.

Convenient and they have a little of everything. The employees here are always nice and ready to help if you cant find something. Also, they carry the Vuse Vibe, vape cartridges which is a huge plus to me.
