Great experience with Beshears in Villa Rica. Tony is very easy to deal with. He seemed laid back, not pushy at all and took the time to answer any questions. I bought a tractor package and had to wait about a week or two for the trailer. Tried to shop around but no one comes close to Beshears prices. Well worth the wait! Can’t wait to go back for my zero turn mower.

My brother bought 2 zero turn mowers and I bought 1,you wont find better people to work with.From the truck driver that delievered to the man at parts counter to Rickey Cole manager..Every one is professional. When I upgrade to a tractor it will be a Kubota from Beshears in Villa Rica..

Two months ago I bought a brand new Z4 11 kommander pro so far it is been nothing but trouble. The lawn mower is only two months old and it keeps breaking a Hydro Spring this should not be happening considering it is supposedly new. I’m wasting time and money being that I own and operate a lawn care business. I can’t keep bringing my equipment in even though It’s under warranty I have a business to run and it is just too time consuming. I bought this mower thinking It will last at least a freaking season before I had too bring it in for servicing this is turning out to be a headache.

I think this place is freaking worthless. Tony is no help at all...never knows the answers to anything, and the older woman there is not much better. Both of them seem clueless. Half the time you cant get any help. Im never going back again.

This place sucks .. They have zero /Customer service .., and when you call corporate they dont seem to care this place is giving kubota a bad name .. I hope this place closes soon .. For the fact that kubota deserves someone that will provide great service and beat others prices

They lost my business over $150.00... I went here to purchase a UTV and had a challenging experience from the start. To be fair, the salesman was new to the job but I was misled multiple times. Everything from the pricing changing multiple times and features not being included when I was told they were. By the end we came down to $150 in price and the manager let me walk.I called one of their competitors and purchased a machine in less than 30 minutes over the phone for a far better price. Im disappointed this went so poorly because reading the reviews you would think this place has exceptional service. The good news, I found a dealer that was interested in serving me in McDonough. When Im ready to buy a bigger machine, Ill know where to go!

Best Kubota dealer I dealt with!

Today is Tuesday. Last thursday i called to have my mower picked up and repaired under warranty. Ricky said he was really busy and it should be Monday before he could schedual a pick up. I obliged and Monday came no call from Ricky. I called 4:35 pm to fallow up, he said if nothing comes up Ill be there before noon tomorrow (today, teusday) well its 12:30pm no call no show from Ricky of the kabota place in villa rica off 61 in villa rica.I had hoped they could at least call to fallow up. I actually bought my mower from them and now they are too busy for me. I was told on purchase that there is no problem to work having my mower covered under warranty, they had a shop there! Selling point. So now that I bought from them they dont care. Buyer beware.
