Called the Villa Rica location to rent a truck, went to some distant call center and they transferred me to Fulton Industrial. Pfft yeah right.Update: Local company Southeast Truck Rental in Villa Rica had a truck in stock and I didnt have to wait on hold for fifteen minutes to find out where I could rent a truck.

I would not recommend this truck rental place to anyone. It is a classic bait and switch. I rented a 12 truck for a couple of days and had to extend for a few more. When I called to extend it, I asked how much it would be and the representative told me $320 to return it on Friday. However Friday was black Friday, so I wound up keeping it until Monday because we went out of town for the holiday. When I returned it Monday it was $723. I called Penske for an explanation, they pulled the phone call and admitted they told me $320 but said they forgot to mention all the fees associated with it and there was nothing they would do. It seems to me that when a rerepresentative of the company gives you a price they should stand by it.

I have had troubles in the past with a truck I rented and was compensated for my troubles. Was given many discounts for my last rental and I couldnt be happier with my experience.
