I went in knowing that I wanted my nose pierced and went in and filled out my form and gave them my I.d. did not take long to go back with my artist Ariel and let me tell you so professional she cleaned up her station and got all the tools out she needed for me. She clean up the area on my face and marked it and asked if that looks good I said it looks great she then said to look forward as she gently applied the clamp iny nose and in one swell swoop inserted the needle only a little bit of pain then it was gone definitely going back for more in the future. :):):):)

All five of the piercings they have done for me have been done with the least amount of pain possible and theyve talked me through the after care with precision. Walked in and the man acted as if he didn’t even care to get job done. People were hanging out in the lobby talking to each other, which I wouldn’t necessarily mind, but we had to wait for them to stop speaking to each other, they weren’t even getting waited on they were just having a conversation about something irrelevant) in order to get serviced. He acted as if he was annoyed to see us.

Charged deposit for tat called me and told me he wasnt prepared on our scheduled time ( almost a week later) told me we had to reschedule but was not willing to do it on the weekend.

I got my septum pierced here yesterday for my birthday today. Lance did a great job. He talked to me the whole time so I was more relaxed through the process. Great experience! Will do business here again.

We drove 45 minutes to get the “famous $5 piercings” which are now $10. No big deal. But the piercer was also 45 minutes late. Pierced us with a captive ball ring which we later found out from another piercer is not the best to pierce with. My friend asked for the right side and she pierced the left. Let my friend walk out with blood all over her face. Overall NOT a good experience.

Been going there for years for piercings. Fair prices. A lot cheaper than most. Took my daughter there for her first two piercings besides her ears. We got pierced together. Special mother/daughter moment.

Overall, it was a great experience! Clean shop, the piercer was knowledgeable and quick, and the prices werent bad either. I had to get a couple of re-piercings and I expected the whole process to be horrible, but it really wasnt; I took my little cousin to get her nose pierced too and she had a great first piercing experience. 10/10 would get a hole here again.

Had my ears pierced and re-pieced without a bit of pain. Turns out my husband had his piercings done here when younger too. We plan on driving up to get our daughters ears pierced now if possible. So worth the drive for the price and pain free piercings!

Horrible customer service!!! Went into the shop for 3 piercings came out with NONE!!! The owner of the shop told us different two different prices (bar bell & hoop). Once he asked what we want the prices went up! Then when we reminded him what he told us 5 mins ago, he got angry & started cursing at us! Very unprofessional!!! I have gotten 2 pieces done here. The first one is absolutely beautiful. The second one I am not happy with at all. Never had to go back to get a touch let alone be told with the area they dont guarentee so it will be another 20 bucks for the touch up. I made an appointment for a late evening and got told that 9 should work but also got told since it was right before closing he couldnt promise anything. I proceeded to tell him I am driving 40 mins to come back. So I thought since I am spending gas made an appointment and am not happy with my tattoo that he would want to fix it. It wouldnt have taken more than 20 mins since it is a small tattoo. But since I have to pay for a touch up anyway Ill have someone else fix it.
