I ordered a C-PAP mask over a month ago and still havent got it. No one knows anything about it but the Warehouse is calling wanting to sell me a new machine and supplies because the insurance will pay for it. JUST SEND ME MY MASK!!! It took me 20 minuets of pushing buttons and talking to a call center before I was able to talk to anyone that found my order but the person that had ordered the mask was with someone else so now Im waiting on a call back. No call back so far 1 1/2 hours later.

Oh my... Just need to order one supply for my C pap. The CS rep spoke so fast I could hardly keep up with what she was asking. It was apparent that she works off commission as she tried send me everything my insurance covers weather I needed it or not. Very poor CS.

Always fast, friendly, & helpful. We have needed a nebulizer 2x for our son with breathing issues we always receive immediate same day delivery and patient respectful care. I cannot speak for in office, but over the phone and delivery care is excellent.

They really starting to go downhill, use to be able to call and get what you need the next day or two but this time took me like three weeks to get what I needed plus they complained about how many air tanks Im using

Poor and uncompassionate customer service to say the least. Why would they tell a 70+ year old customer who is being fitted for a piece of equipment that will be purchased from them that they dont have a restroom? No public restrooms? Seriously. I would give them no stars if possible. I am so sorry for any other person who has been subjected to such indignity. Jerks.

Dr ordered me a sleep oximeter through them. Lincare never called me. 1 month later my Dr ordered again and gave me lincares number just in case. After 4 days i called them myself and the receptionist told me it was my fault and wanted to know how i would pay the $40. I said cash. I gave her my work hours 2 separate times during this call and she told me delivery wasnt possible during the hours i was available.A manager/supervisor got on the phone and repeated my work hours to me and said do you reallu work these hours? So i felt she was accusing me of being a liar. Now the manager was claiming that she called and left me several voice mails over the last month. I said no you havent because i saved your number in my phone and it is not in my history of recieved calls. She claimed to use a different number and that she left several voice mails. Then i stated that i didnt even have voicemail set up on my phone, she blamed the me for giving the Dr the wrong number! My Dr calls me, they have the right number.Had Dr reorder through williams brothers, and it was free at williams brothers.All together the most unprofessional people ever.
