My laptop quit working on me and I needed a new one ASAP. Placed a same day site-to-store order for a Dell Laptop. On the website it says that the order will be ready in an hour.. I placed the order at 5:15pm, got in to the store at 6:30 but they were closing at 7pm. I went to the pickup desk and told the young man at the counter that I was there for pickup. A girl standing to the side told me that sometimes it takes more than an hour and that the guy in the back hadnt received my order yet. I explained to her and the guy at the counter my predicament and they ended up pulling through for me with less than a half hour to closing. Super friendly service and they were able to hold up to bestbuys ready in an hour claim.
Bought Galaxy 4 watch. Sales person setup the watch to my phone. Couldnt have been more helpful. Very nice!
This is going to be a bit of a sappy review. I was recently in a tragic house explosion (gas leak) and resulting fire. Although from the outside it seems as thought there’s just a few windows missing, we lost everything in the home. Being a college student, and normal young adult, I was devastated. I lost all of the things I needed to finish my undergraduate education this year, as well as all of my savings for the semester. I went to my local Best Buy in Vineland and although reluctant to speak of my situation they asked why we were replacing things and after explaining the situation we were in the Best but staff helped us so much. Chelsea, Matt, Joel, and Ronnie helped my family and I replace our belongings at a rate that was more comfortable for our current financial situation. They kept repeating that best but is a family and they are there for their customers through everything, that couldnt be more than true. I have never experienced such kindness from such amazing people.
Nice place with good prices, my laptops that I have gotten from here are awesome! The workers are always looking to help and inform you about products. Everyone is very well informed about what they are trying to sell you.
The people on the floor could be a little more helpful but otherwise its a good experience
I was really disappointed during my most recent visit. I drove many miles to go to this store to buy, money in hang, a desktop computer. They said they had no computers in the store, only the empty demos buy I could purchase a computer on line. If I wanted to purchase a computer on line, I wouldnt have driven more than 50 miles to this store, money in hand, to buy a computer. Best Buy typically had computers for purchase in the past.
I stopped in today to play with some phones Im thinking of upgrading to. A woman walked up and helped me right away - Im very sorry I do not remember her name. She works in the Vineland store. She immediately checked stock availability on the phones I was interested in. But I realized this particular contract Im on presently is not to own my phone. They were very understanding. I need to go to the T-Mobile store :-( to do my upgrade. But please go to Best Buy if you are having issues with your current cell phone provider. They can be more helpful than them and have more of a stock and supply of merchandise
I swear they have like fifty employees working at any given time, but more often than not I could walk around the store for an hour and won’t even get a person to come up and ask me if I need help with anything.Side note, the car electronics install is a 5 star service
Made a blunder with a cellphone upgrade to were we lost a pre-order discount and also made it hard to get a warranty processed when an issue arose with it because of the way it was setup intially through them.
Went to Verizon to get a new phone. They were horrible. Went to BB and they took care of everything! Its amazing that theyre better at selling phones than the Verizon place next door! I wont waste my time there again! Thanks BB for the smiles and great service!!

Picked up an air fryer that was a super buy online. I went inside and was greeted by two young men and they said how can we help you!?. Easy peesey, they had it ready on the shelf. Showed my drivers license and email. It took not even 5 minutes on a Friday aftefnoon.. Very pleased!

Maybe a 3 star for the area, but easily the worst Best Buy I’ve ever been to. Shelves were empty. Rude service at the cash register. Electronics staff didn’t know their products. Very small store and very little inventory.

We were visiting North Carolina and needed a new GPS ASAP! We ordered at Best Buy online and requested curb-side pickup, their online platform is user-friendly, but got to Best Buy a few minutes to closing time. We could see the employees were preparing to close the store and leave. My hubby has a broken heel bone and cant walk on it. He pulled up to the front door and motioned to a young lady, Tatyana, to come over. Tatyana immediately responded, communicated professionally; and even though the store had started closing, she took the time to deliver exceptional customer service. Best Buy has good sales, prices, and offer many name brand tech; and with employees like Tatyana, theyll be in business a long time!

The 1st time that I wrote the 1st review for Best Buy was a night that I just left the movie theater which is located behind the Cumberland mall.I was with my daughter watching a movie at Regal Cinemas. This experience on June 18th was a better experience because I found a great sale on a Lenovo Chromebook laptop. It was a return,openbox or a display laptop because its usually priced at around $249.99. The laptop is perfect for what I will use it for. Preloaded with Google software and I use Blogger,Google Marketplace, Adsensce, Adwords, Analytics, Google Shopping.I found a Lenovo, HP, Dell laptop similar and all were close to $300. Best Buy has 5% cash back and coupons on my main website I always use,so you can save $25-$750 on certain products like refrigerators, TVS, Wireless, Speakers, Video Games, Routers and Modems.Best Buy is a better version of Circuit City.I talked to staff in the back of store because Im looking for a TV and the staff was great and very knowledgeable about products and advised me that I can save money by looking at circular each week.

Worst BB ever!Im an Elite Plus member and I cant spend money at this store if I tried. They close earlier than any other location and their curbside pickup hours are so inconsistent it becomes a guessing game and you just gotta gamble if youll get your stuff. For example, I made an order for curbside pickup which their biz page and the app said is open til 9pm. I drove almost an hour to get here and at 7:30pm the place is locked down and deserted. Yet their Google biz page says pickup til 9pm & currently open and this was updated by them 6 days ago. And Best Buy wonders why they have such steep declines in revenue. So Im canceling my order and ordering it through Amazon which Ill have faster then going to pick it up from BB. And save your Covid Safety excuses as not being open when you say you are has nothing to do with Covid. Thats horrible management.
This is the second time I tried to reach Best Buy Customer service on the phone. The first time I gave up after being on hold 15 plus minutes with not one associate answering the call. Today I tried again, I called the Vineland, NJ location on their direct number. I was on hold for 17 minutes when a national customer associate answered the call. I asked her my question and she had put me on hold for an additional 9 minutes while she contacted the store and asked them my question. Very poor service from Best Buy!
Having a lot of experience with Best Buy as a previous employee in another state so I gave this location 3 stars simply becauee they had the product we needed but the customer service left a lot to be desired. First, I appreciated that no one jumped down my back to offer help when I first entered or followed me around because I prefer to be left to shop until i have a question. However, when I did have a question I expect help and for the employees to know how to answer it professionaly. That was not the case. I found the TV mounts i was looking for but they were easily 70% higher than the price what we found online. When I asked for alternative I was told these are the high quality ones, if you want the cheap ones there under the sign over there now putting the attitude aside, if youve ever been in a best buy you know there are about 80 signs that can be seen all over the store from any given location. After asking for more clarification I was told under the geek squad sign. So I go look.... no mount. I then begin to looking around thinking i missed something. The same attendant comes over and says hey you, youre looking in the wrong place and point me to the mount that is laying on the floor UNDER the display shelves. Because you know the floor hiding under a shelf makes a lot of sense so why didnt I think to look there!? 🙄 To add to my annoyance im with the situation the hey you bothered me more than not being able to find the mount. I dont expect to be called Maam or anything but I have never been addressed as hey you after you provide me the minimum amount of help possible and in my opinion showed no professionalism and very little in the customer service department. I appreciate that he did come over to finish telling me where it was and I get being busy, which it wasnt, but I am very reasonable when it comes to these encounters because of my background but I would avoid shoping in person at this location if possible. Maybe theyre better as a location to order online and pick up but even so I will try that before I ever step foot in that particular Best Buy again.
Its a good place. You can pretty much find lots of electronics and appliances ect.... However, customer service lacks a little bit. I was in the appliance department for about 10-15 minutes. Not one employee ever acknowledged me. Other than that .... no complaints!

This was a pretty unorganized Best Buy and a lot of items were out of stock. Hopefully this is just because of Covid and this is not how the store normally runs.

Had to make 3 trips because the geek squad gave me wrong parts for my stereo even when I took the stereo to them....but... walmart had the correct plugins I needed!

Went in to drop off some recycling and to purchase a computer. The sales associate was somewhat less than enthusiastic and gave me very little information. He did tell me that best buy would charge$100.00 to transfer data from my old comp. Or $200.00 for a years service.
Ordered curbside pickup and had a very pleasant experience. Convenient, easy, and quick.

In order to make an appointment to repair an iPhone screen, you must call a week in advance at the exact time of day you want the appointment to be. So if you want to get it repaired on a Saturday at 3, you have to call at exactly 3 oclock on the previous Saturday. What???
So, they only had 1 single 17 laptop in the entire store ! & the ones they did have in stock had extremely limited options. It was quite disappointing. & imho the prices were actually less for the very same specd systems OVER a year ago, which is odd & a 1st in my experience regarding consumer elecronics. That might just be a reflection of the pandemic & of the fact that most shopping is now done online. But regardless youd be WAY better off almost anywhere online.

This store has gotten much better in the last couple years. I was helped by friendly staff while upgrading my phone.
I was shopping for a laptop, and they were out of everything I chose. They couldnt even order them! Why do they have them on display, then? As usual, the salesman I spoke to tried to push me to buy extra stuff I didnt need for when I chose a computer. I got nothing at this location.

Customer service was horrible 😫. It was Dec 23 at 8pm. The store was getting ready to close at 9pm. I stood in a somewhat line by the prepaid cellphones. I waited there for a customer service rep for 30 minutes. 1 reo was taking care of a woman who was purchasing a cellphone 📱 and needed it turned on and all that stuff. Thats a process that isnt quick. But while I was standing🧍♀️there, there was a manager next to the rep that was helping the woman. And she wasnt doing anything but looking at a computer. She didnt even call for anyone to come over to help. The line finally started to have to more people in it which then she couldnt ignore anymore. Not that it matters but I think that best buy reads the reviews also. So I dont know her name but she was of Hispanic origin and shes a manager, it was 8:45pm. Finally another rep came over to help. So I stood for 45 minutes, with the mask on because of covid-19. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I told him what I wanted and he went in the back to see if it was in stock. In the meantime, I needed to ask a question because a couple of the prepaid phone 📱 had no sign on the metal hook. So there wasnt any info about 3 of the cellphones. I tried to ask her (manager),she was really rude with her tone in her voice. She absolutely didnt want to be bothered and she didnt hide it. She replied back that she couldnt help me. All I saw her doing was looking at a computer 🖥 screen. Anyway the guy came back to me and had the cellphones 📱 I wanted. But I couldnt compare them to the other 2 phones because there was no info about them where there should have been and the guy who was helping me wasnt near a computer. So I just took them. I was happy with them I knew they were alright, because they were 400$ a piece. But if I could have gotten 1 a little cheaper and nice I would have but I couldnt compare them to anything because the store was closing and she didnt want to help me and the rep that was helping me wasnt familiar with the cellphones because its not his department usually. Talk about frustrated 😞, I was!!! Its a couple days before Christmas 🎄, store is ready to close and I stood for 45 minutes before getting any help. This Best Buy is a very small store and I only went there because its convenient for me but next time Ill drive 🚗 up to Deptford or Egg Harbor Twshp. The guy who was helping me was extremely helpful and courteous!! By now the store was closed. He actually suggested that I might be interested in the same phone 📱 that had been returned but was at a discounted price. It was for myself and it had never been used so I said why not. So I had to return 1 of the phones because I had already paid. So I had to go to another line and wait for a couple minutes. This other guy rang me up. But the price came up as the original price not discounted. So we had to get the manager and guess what?? It was her....so she was rude to the guy who was ringing me up. Because she came over the walkie-talkie and I heard her. Because the purchase was so much money 💰 he had to have her come and take care of the mistake, which wasnt his fault. His name I remember was the same last name as myself. Thats why I remember that lol. Next time I will go to a different Best Buy. I know everyone is crazy 😜 because of covid-19 and all the changes that are going on. But when it is only a couple days away from Christmas 🎄 and near closing time for the store the manager of all the people should be setting an example for the other workers and be polite and take care of customers who are standing🧍♂️around. Have more curiosity and patience and compassion. Because I sure had too.

After my purchase I was introduced to the Geek Squad so I could ask questions about Microsoft Windows 10 (s). This was the best Best Buy shopping experience I have had!

Went for iPhone battery replacement. Paid waited received nothing saying it was done came back 3.5 hrs later. Was told it couldn’t be changed due to being non Apple battery...ok. But could have asked at the beginning or at least advised once it was noticed. Instead of waiting 3.5 hours for me to come back in. Reminded me why I haven’t purchased anything from bestbuy in 6 years. And will continue not to shop there. Customer service is terrible and will always be terrible.
