Very busy and not much help. Store didnt have alot in stock.

Was not happy with my visit the girl at the register didnt want to take time out to sign me up for the 55+ she was just telling me how I would still get the other deals and even after I explained that I wanted it anyway because I do a lot of ordering online she just basically rung my order up gave me my change and sent me on my way so I didnt even bother to ask about being signed up she simply didnt want to do it

They were not helpful. Spent 200.00 worth of stuff for wedding. Asked a question and was told if its not over in that section they dont have it. The web site said that it was in stock. The lady could of came over to help me. Need to find another craft store or start shopping online at Amazon. This is the second time in this store and was treated nasty. It wont happen again. They need to hire staff that want to work.

I dont normally shop here, but went in with a friend. I ended up finding the best sales! I ended up going back several days later for more Xmas items. 60% off baskets. And they give an extra 10% off for teachers! I got 3 beautiful baskets for $21.07.

I was extremely please with the service i recd, the young gentlemen Brian i believe was his name went extremely out of his way to help me in the picture frame dept. This was the Vineland mall Michaels this young man couldnt be more polite an professional. Hobby lobby couldnt take the time with me so i left an went out of my way to the Vineland store glad i did. He put my picture in the frame I purchased there in 10 min. I didnt have to be put on a list like the other place said they would try,to have it ready for Christmas 3 days away. He also helped me pic a frame out to match my picture. He gave me a Michaels discount using his phone as I left mine in my car so i would not have to go all the way out in the parking lot to get mine as I am 70. I like Michaels. Their prices are better than other stores. I only go there if I want something specific or Ill spend more than I want. The staff arent always friendly though.

Check the 70% OFF CLEARANCE section in rear store aisle FIRST!! Easy to use/find price checkers save time & are 83% more willing to assist than paid employees!! Great store try not to burden the ones in the Michaels shirts though or they will let you know how bothersome your queries are!!

Lady very rude I have got there before anyone but she decided to attend all white customers even if they did come after me I did call first and I was placed and a hold with put even communication of it. She ignored me wile she continue to help the others and left me for last. I lost 15 minutes and all she had to do was give me a simple bag that has been sitting there since I arrived. Never will i accept another order from this place. We deliver food not at supplies. Essential remember? Ill risk my life to feed another human being not deliver for them so they can finger pain wile I risk my life. Do not recomend at all for anyoje.

Good customer service

I used to love Michaels but they have gotten crazy expensive. Still, they have good sales. Got harassed by a group of young black men here once a couple of years ago so dont really use this site too often.

All inclusive Italian menu. Superb veal dishes. Tasty and flavorful gravy. Delicious fried smelts. Savory and full-bodied soups.

The young black male was the only employee that offered any help and it was so much appreciated uis kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed

Really good inventory but pretty pricey

They have a good selection of a broad craft options. Knitting yarn and tools, artists sketching and painting supplies. I buy quite a bit of this stuff here. If you sign up as a member for free, you get coupons as well. They do have a nice selection of sewing tools and supplies, but they do not sell fabric at my location in Millville, you have to purchase that online. I have recently started getting some of my journaling supplies from here as well. The staff is friendly and helpful!

I have used Michaels for gifts ranging from art supplies, puzzles, science tools and jewelry kits.The options for storage have been very helpful: boxes for photographs, plastic container for my multi-sided dice collection.I also purchase supplies for my own projects.

Michaels is a craft store with a large variety of items for all different projects. The store is clean. The employees are nice enough. Ive really never had any issues. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because AC Moore which is a few mintues down the road has a much larger selection. They usually carry whatever you cant find at Michaels.

Love the store but the customer service could be ALOT better, because of the poor customer service i can only give them a 3 star. I did customer service for 12 years for Acme Markets an our store only stayed open because of GREAT customer service...our customer said our prices where very high compared to other stores but because we where so nice they rather shop with us😁 GREAT customer service is key!

Always enjoyed Michaels. Been going since i was a kid always havr fun creative stuff.

I went in for only one thing. A sale item that was listed with its location in the app. It was right where it was supposed to be, so I was in and out of there in only a few minutes. The store was a bit crowded with merchandise again, but I guess thats going to be an issue from time to time. I prefer to have room to actually move my cart around without having to backup if I see another person coming toward me.

Everyone at the Vineland NJ Michaels are so helpful. I can usually find everything Im looking for but if I have a question there is always a friendly person to help. Today I found some really soft yarn for a baby blanket.
