Do as you want but i suggest dont buy anything Cervini... Lied twice to me about shipping time for missing hardware and refused to pay for shipping back on their dime or give me a small refund for their mistake.(Responding to your reply... I had talked to Andrew Stavoli, like I said, not how you do business, I stick to my review. This is also not the only place Ive warned people on. I belong to a few bigger car groups. Even if I deter one or two people, I did my job sir. Good day)

I purchased a FACTORY COLOR MATCH hood from Crrvinis on Feb 26th. Lead time was 6-8 weeks. Took 3 months to get the hood. When the hood came in, the color is lighter than OEM and there are splotches of light and dark spots which unfortunately are not visible in pictures. While installing the hood vent and rain tray, the tray would not fit as the holes did not line up and one of the studs that holds the tray in place came out due to a sub-par quality crimp. I contacted the company and was extremely patient. I made several attempts to resolve the issue and week after week all I got was the run around. Finally, I get a response that the paint manufacturer reviewed my pictures and determined that they will not be meeting with me to further correct the issue. They basically wiped their hands of this. Also, their hood is advertised as being able to clear most big blowers when in reality, itll only clear a stock blower. Im now stuck with a $1500 paperweight.

Bought a hood for my Mustang GT and could not get the fit right. Contacted the excellent staff at Cervinis and they scheduled the car to come in and have the fitment adjusted. I cant say enough good things

The hood looks really good. I picked Cervinis because they have the biggest Shaker and the hood has the biggest bulge, the Mopar one is a little small. The other reason I went with them is that I want to go with a supercharger down the road and their shaker is the only one that will still be functional with out dropping almost $1000 on a kit to make it work like the AFR Shaker.The delivery took more than estimated by about 3 weeks, but I read reviews on forum and read that it happened sometimes. Overall I am happy with the product, the paint matches perfectly, the only thing that didnt come in with everything is the billet grilles for the shaker scoop but I called and they said they would ship them out next week since they are on back order.I want to thank the whole Cervinis team, especially John and Kelly with customer support for answering all my questions and concerns even when I wanted to cancel the order.

I recently ordered a ram-air kit for my Mustang’s Cervini’s hood. The kit arrived pretty quickly but the filter was in bad shape and the foam gaskets/seals were missing. Fortunately, I was able to contact Andrew in customer service pretty quickly and he had a new filter and the gaskets shipped out within a couple of days. Looking forward to seeing how the kit fits and functions on my fox body mustang. :)

I am extremely unhappy with my order... I ordered my hood on July 30th, it came in two business days, great. The Vents that were supposed to be shipped with the hood were missing. I Get told that they will ship them out. Week goes by, I call, they tell me their machine is broke they will ship the following Monday.. I wait a few days. Then I call back, I get told another week. Finally I talk to a girl named Haley who said she will have them pulled from Stock and shipped. LIES Nothing was pulled. Its now 9/8/20 and I still do not have what I ordered and my car is still not fixed. Andrew says hes working on it and to check back tomorrow... I just want my parts......THANKS

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! RIP OFFOver the years I have purchased multiple parts from them so I trusted them to paint the new hood I just for my F350 it shows up the fedex guy wouldn’t wait around due to COVID for us to open and inspect the hood with the box being in perfect condition I sent him on his way. I opened up the box which was in perfect condition and one of the staples that they used to close the box clearly damage the hood you can see clear as day with the paint and the hood was rubbing on that end of the box with a staple has gone through. They refused to help me out, they refuse to fix it. With the pictures I sent you can CLEARLY see the white paint where it rubbed on the inside of the box where the staple was. I will never do business with this company again they are very dishonest. If you keep treating your customers like this it’s going to start effecting business. But guess what guys they don’t care, the individual person is their secondary part of the business. The damage was in no way caused by shipping, it was an error on their part clearly. They get to keep my money and not do anything to fix it. Real stand up of you guys

Bought the 4 inch cowl for my s197 Mustang and the craftsmanship is absolutely amazing. I was also given a discount for picking the hood up from their warehouse. If you’re within driving distance I highly recommend doing so because shipping fees for oversized freight will make the prices skyrocket for these kinds of things. outside of that there were a few little nicks but that doesn’t matter it needs to be prepped and painted anyway. Would definitely do business again

Honestly there parts fit perfect ive never had any issues with the fit and finish and they come with all the hardware needed to install ive orderd many C500 body kits and other parts over the years . ya the wait times are long for parts but if you want quality parts then its worth it . i

*BUYER BE AWARE*Poor quality body parts. I purchased a brand new hood install was easy. The next day I tried to open the hood to show it off and the hinges came off and broke.Contacted Cervinis and they refused to back up the product. Instead the actually blamed the installer, although the hood was already installed.This would have been very dangerous if it happened at high speeds.Take your business elsewhere that actually valje their customers and back up their products.

Ordered a C-series pedestal spoiler for my 19 Mustang. First one was damaged in transport. They replaced it no problem with next day shipping. The spoiler fits great and looks awesome. I had my local shop paint it. Thanks Cervinis!

I ordered side scoops and a chin spoiler for my 2015 Mustang I was told it would take four to six weeks for delivery. After waiting eight weeks I canceled my order. I was told that my refund would take 7 to 10 days. Its now two weeks later and still no refund I have made at least 10 attempts to contact customer service to find out why and no one can give me an answer. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau hopefully they will have results in getting my money returned. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. If youre thinking of doing business with cervinis do yourself a favor and Shop elsewhere

I have bought 6 C- series body kits since 2005 and 1 stalker kit for my 2005- 08 mustangs ive built over the years Ive never had any issues the fitment is bang on everytime. People that say they got damaged goods thats the delivery companys fault for man handling the boxes because they run around on there routes like chickens with there heads cut off . I doubt cervinis would mail out damaged products...... over all i like there body kits and never had any major issues .

Do NOT order from Cervinis! Believe all the 1 star reviews. I ordered a painted hood July 6 from their website. Like other reviews, the website indicated the part was in stock and would take 7 - 10 days to ship. When my order confirmation came, it said it would ship in 4 - 6 weeks. My body shop said Cervinis is the best, so I decided to wait. Received notification on Aug 15 that the part had shipped freight. When the freight company delivered to the body shop (without scheduling), a front office employee signed that the package arrived, but was not aware that it was expected they fully inspect the box, then remove and inspect the contents. The freight driver dropped off the delivery and took off. When the body shop employees went to look at the delivered part, the condition was deplorable. The box was literally falling apart. The hood was poorly packaged (as other reviews have mentioned) and was in no way wrapped to endure shipping without sustaining damage. When the hood was inspected, it was discovered that indeed there was cracking/splitting/damage to the hood, rendering it unusable to place on my car. Cervinis was contacted immediately (within an hour after delivery) and informed of the damage. The representative, Russell, admitted that Cervinis has had issues with this particular freight company in the past; he told me he was putting in a new order and the replacement hood would ship in 2 - 3 weeks. I sent Cervinis pictures of the damage and my text conversations with the body shop regarding the hood damage. Later that day, I receive an email from Cervinis that the body shop had not marked that the box was damaged, so the freight company was not claiming any responsibility. After a few more rounds of conversations with Cervinis regarding the delivery ticket, I lost all confidence that Cervinis was going to make good on the damaged hood. The last email correspondence I have from them literally blames the body shop!? What? Did I just enter Bizarro World? So, Im to believe that my body shop is now supposedly responsible? Responsible for not pointing out that it was Cervinis who poorly packaged the hood (thin wrapping and hardly any protective foam) and the freight company that poorly handled the package in the delivery process all before the delivery driver left?! That makes them responsible now?! Unbelievable! (Should I also point out that it was the body shop who referred me to Cervinis; talk about throwing someone under the bus!) Ive never had such poor customer service in my life. Now Im left with two companies not claiming any responsibility for their negligence, blaming each other and blaming a body shop. Please do yourself a favor and believe the 1 star reviews. Immediately cancel any order you may have placed and dont place any order you may be contemplating. Im not a person to ever write reviews, though I do look them up in most cases. I really wish this time I had done some research before placing my order. Learn from my mistake. Stay very far away from Cervinis unless you want to add misery to misery in your life.

Order the cervinis uper and lower for my 19 mustang gt. Had a little install issue. Im am local to them and when I spoke to Jim on the phone he offered for me to bring the car to their shop free of charge. Then once I was here there was another problem as I have a whipple supercharger on my car. The HE pump gets in the way of the lower grille on drivers side. They made me a bracket to lower the pump so the grille fits perfect. Again free of charge. I can say they stand behind their product 100%. I will definitely buy products from them in the future.

Was buying a Blemish hood from this company, called them and sent messages over with no replies back. Went up to local hub in Vineland where staff couldnt do anything besides sit on there phones. Next day posting was taken down with no phone call or email. Decent products but garbage people working there and the Owner Jim is not fit for a retail setting, no wonder they are going downhill. Dont waste your time with fake ads and displeasing service.

I purchased a brand new 3 inch Cowl Hood from cervini unpainted. It came in a box free floating no bubble wrap no protective cardboard. There Transport service damaged the Box severely so the hood inside was also damaged. The hood was full of scratches, scuffs and had two deep gouges. Before I even accepted the hood I contacted cervini and told them the state of the box and that the hood inside was damaged. They asked for pictures I sent them. They wouldnt take the hood back unless I sent it back to them on my own dime I refused. so then they proceeded to tell me to take the hood and take it in to get a quote to have it fixed.I took the hood I brought it in and had it professionally checked out and sent cervini the quote. They never had any intention of ever repairing this hood. They played me for weeks I sent them a quote for $300 from a professional auto body shop and they told me they would only give me a $50 credit. Im stuck with a damaged hood and a $300 repair bill that I will have to pay out of my own pocket to get this hood fixed so its in condition to have it finish painted... I will never and would never recommend cervini Auto design...

Cervinis, Has good looking products however the quality leaves something to be desired . the timeline you wait for items is completely unacceptable. I am 3 weeks into waiting for Grills that were suppose to be shipped 2 weeks previous. Brett is the only person there that knows whats going on . I asked to talk to a MGR but nobody ever called me big surprise..NOT BUY YOUR ITEMS FROM AMERICAN MUSCLE NOT CERVINIS. THIS IS THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HOPE OTHERS LEARN FROM MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I recently had a problem with the Cobra R hood I purchased from Cervinis for my 2010 GT. I noticed that the hood had developed slight depressions in some spots of the surface area. There were three or four spots about the size of a dime, and a couple of spots about the size of a quarter. I don’t know how else to describe them except to say they were like mild indentations. The spots would not be readily apparent to the casual observer. They were apparent to me, and given I take my car to several car shows a year, they would certainly be apparent to the show crowd.While at the Ford Carlisle event this year, I dropped by the Cervinis display. I was lucky enough to meet Jim Frie, the Director of Operations. I asked if he would mind walking over to my car and taking a look. Jim did just that, as soon as I asked. There was no, we’ll see about later, he just dropped what he was doing and strolled over. He gave it a quick (but thorough) once over and suggested that there might be a flaw or defect in the fiberglass preparation. He told me that once the Carlisle show was over and he returned to the Cervinis plant, he would put in an order for a replacement hood.The Monday after the Carlisle event I got a note from Jim to confirm that the hood replacement order had been put in place. He told me he would keep in touch, and notify me when it was ready and we could schedule an install. I live within 3 hours of the Cervinis facility, so I elected to have them do the install.When I arrived for the install, the Cervinis team was ready to complete the work. They got the install done in minimum time and brought my car out for inspection. The replacement hood was flawless and a perfect fit. I was even able to snag a set of the new Cervinis hood struts, which are a welcome change from my previous American Muscle aftermarket struts. Those struts had already run out of gas. There was absolutely no charge for the work done that day.Jim and the whole Cervinis team were great. They handled the replacement issue with professionalism and great customer service skills. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them for your body design needs.

Update 7/3/17Sent the ram air kit back over a month ago and still havent received a refund. No one replies to emails, phone calls etc.... grifters.ordered a ram air hood and ram air kit. Unfortunately they dont tell you on the website that the ram air kit isnt compatable with an aftermarket CAI called customer service and explained it to them, they expect me to eat the return shipping on the ram air kit. its unfortunate. Would not recommend them. And will look for other companies to continue my build with.

Everybody i know said i was crazy to spend this kind off money on a body kit but i tell u ive put 50 60 kits on cars for customers but this one i did for myself 2010 mustang c series kit has the fit of OEM i tell u no lie its flawless, now painting a unprimed part is no small task but with the directions that came with it we had no problems, and if u do have problems just call they are vary helpfull and understandingthanks guys C&K auto service

After 27 days of waiting for my hood, and multiple emails, and phone calls with rude people... I can say one thing about Cervinis. I will NEVER buy another item from them. Their employees are incompetent and rude. The hood came in cracked, and had to be repaired, THEY DIDNT EVEN BUBBLE WRAP THE HOOD! They advertise Free Same Day Shipping, but wont tell you they were out of stock and had to make a hood. Worst buying experience Ive had!

Lets just say dont waste your time because all they do is waste yours. Ordered a hood at the Carlisle Ford Nationals and told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. Didnt show up until 5 weeks.Go to pick it up and the paint is chipped up. Mind you the packaging was minimal at best. Shrink wrapped. In a single ply cardboard box with 4 little blocks of foam in the corners. For the money they charge you would think it would be packaged better.I called to return it and the guy says they need photos and hood back before they can start working on the next one to replace it. Military orders in a couple weeks so I needed it escalated since it was already late.I send the hood back only to get a call a few days later when it gets there that it got refused. The shipping company says I have to pay return shipping and storage fees if they dont take it.Cervinis claims I needed to wait for return shipping approval which no one told me when I was on the phone. I offered to drive the 3 hrs to pick up the new hood and bring the old one back but they said no. So the only thing they offered was to split the cost of the return. For the sake of getting the hood back and not racking up more storage fees I paid it.I dont understand how its the customers fault when they dont tell you the process. At this point I opened a case with the BBB. The first reply was they were doing me a favor by offering to install the hood which isnt a favor when its 7 hrs round trip and costs $150 more in gas and a day off work for 2 people. Needed to bring a truck to get the old hood home.Obviously they will file a claim with insurance to get the damages. I replied unacceptable. The next offer was for them to install the hood and $150 which was accepted. Drive up to get the hood and it took 3 hrs,out of spite of course.They are unaware we had been previously to have a hood installed and it took 45 minutes. Honestly I dont know how a company like this stays in business. Its absurd the lack of customer service they have. The run around, the customers fault, not delivering on time, just the whole experience is awful. Im also a little underwhelmed with the cost I paid to get the underside painted and it has scratches and a bunch of imperfections.Cervinis you can do better. Seriously you can do a lot better. Ill be sure to let everyone know how poorly you treat customers. Ill be taking my money elsewhere.

I order a stalker 2 hood which arrived in 5 days.The ends of the hood were broken off and not in the box.The ends were also wrapped in a protective foam.I called customer service which stated there was nothing they could do since I signed for it.Didnt know i had to remove hood and its protection from the box before signing paperwork.Now I see why they were the cheapest on the internet.

Bought one of there hoods with hood struts and the hood struts failed after less than a year on the car and car sat for the majority of the time while I was on deployment. Called customer service and they kept telling me I had to file paper work for a claim. I did 3 claims before they told me I had to buy new ones.
