We bought a dump trailer from G&E back in March for our landscaping crew, as well as used their services to repair a broken trailer door- they have been nothing but a fantastic company to work with. I went in today to buy a trailer and desperately needed to rent one while I waited since all were sold. I waited behind two other customers until it was my turn, when it was my turn, the gentleman at the counter went to another customer that was just browsing the aisles, not in line. I waited 15 mins in line to get blown off. The customer told him to take me and I was still disregarded. I will gladly take my money somewhere else. This is the second time I’ve been treated poorly at this business.-I wanted to update my review. The owner contacted me and cleared everything up and got me what I needed. After several interactions since my review with GE, with the most recent being today, I would recommend them to anyone. They are very helpful, accountable, and kind. I went in this morning and worked with Shannon. I bought a PJ 14ft 14k gvw dump trailer the entire process was organized and smooth. I want to say I was there not even thirty minutes. Thank you!

Bought a used 2018 Diamond C Utility Trailer; got a great no haggle price, excellent friendly service on phone and in person. There was a spring missing on right rear tailgate; my sales rep Ed Freed had manufacturer send it direct to my home in PA; arrived quick. Very nice store and staff! I had some back and forth communication with them via phone and email and made some small purchases there. They were professional and personable and I am confident to recommend them. I appreciated the Christian signs in the business too, but that is just me :-) WELL DONE and I dealt with Ed who is an asset to the business!

Put a non-refundable deposit down on a trailer that I ended up not getting because my friend decided to sell his to me. Instead of taking my deposit they credited me so I could buy a bunch of other things I needed to tie down a piece of equipment. They didnt have to credit me but they did and I will definately go there in the future when I need a new trailer.

I brought my horse trailer in for brake problems. Turned out to be the electric connection. They repaired that and serviced my bearings. They did a great job in a very timely manner. Very friendly and would highly recommend them.
