I pulled into Lilliston Ford with my used 2011 Ford F-150 pickup truck to see if they would work on it even though I purchased it somewhere else. To my delight, they said sure. So Elaine set an appointment for me to have the radio checked out and to do the Multi-Point Inspection. Everyone at Lilliston Ford was polite and personable, the physical plant was clean, there were several amenitites like free coffee, snack machines and the like. I bought my Ford F-150 there in 2008. They always take great care of me when I go in for service. They back up their service 110%. I see other people I know when I am waiting for routine service in theyre lovely waiting area. They provide a snack service hot coffee and tea as well as a nice television area while youre waiting for your service to be completed. If they are going to keep your vehicle for more than a day they try and have a loaner car for you. When you shop for a vehicle you have to consider the quality of service that you are going to receive after the sale thats why I recommend Lilliston Ford in Vineland New Jersey.

I take my 2010 F250 to Lilliston Ford in Vineland because it is the closest Ford Dealer. Service there usually takes at least a week or more, and they are not diligent at progress updates during the service time. Whatever I bring my truck in for, they always find other repair and maintenance work that costs thousands of dollars. Since my truck is older and I want to keep it in good condition, and since they do good quality work, I usually go along with their extra work.
I had a great experience here. Bruce was a great salesman that listened to what my wife and I were looking for in a 4x4 SUV. He was able to locate one within our price range with a bench seat in a matter of days. Also Patty made sure that everything ran smoothly. She and her staff were awesome. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good quality vehicle to come in.

Your car is never ready when they say it is it always takes at least another week and when you call to get an update on it they tell you that they cant give you an update only the person that took your order can give you the update which makes no sense to me

Easiest car purchase ever with the friendliest staff. I just purchased a 2017 F150 on April 10th and drove 3 hours to this dealership. Upon arrival Ken had everything prepared, there were no surprises and they made the experience fun, like it should be. Each person we met along the process from the sales manager John to the Finance manager Tim were so professional and took the time to make sure we had the best experience. I would recommend this dealership over any other. As I mentioned, I drove 3 hours and I would drive 3 hours again just to work with them. Nice Job all!!! I love the truck!!!

Told the mechanic that I was having break issues and had to go out of state with my 2yr old and didnt feel safe. He proceeded to tell me well if I feel safe to drive it then to go and come back Monday. 1. If I came to the dealer about a issue with my breaks how would I feel safe going to another state.2. I told him I didnt feel safe driving it .Come to find out the problem was my break booster and got it fixed that same day by a different dealership.

I bought my second car with Ian Schneider at Lilliston yesterday and it was as easy and seamless of a process as I remember. They beat a financing deal I found online and have me a great deal on the car. Ian went above and beyond and recommended products to customize the car and care for it. I can’t recommend Ian highly enough!
If I could give less than a 1 Star review, I would for their service department. The scheduling manager needs to be fired. On multiple occasions (8 plus for both my wife and I) I have either scheduled an appt to drop off my truck or have them pick it up. Every time there is an issue....Linda (who seems to be the one who has to call every time...) is either very unprofessional or states: well you booked online so its always an issue.....well...Linda....because Ive had so many issues.....I call after scheduling an appt to confirm.....and every time I call Im told yep, we have you scheduled.... then when I bring the truck in its...Well we dont have enough technicians here today, you have to come another day or well, you booked online, so its not our fault or (as todays excuse): My driver isnt in today, you should have called! Well, Linda, I did call and was told I was on the schedule. Dont offer the pick up service if you can not abide by it; or more importantly fix your issues....I wouldnt put up with this customer service and poor planning in my business.... Im shocked that Lilliston does.....completely UNSAT!!!!
Lilliston Ford is a great little dealership. I was up in New Jersey on vacation visiting my family and some friends, my maintenance was due on my 2019 F150. Came across Lilliston Ford through the Ford app. Matt my service advisor was great 👍he was able too get my F150 right in & took the time to show were the costumer lunge was. The only thing I would change is, they dont have courtesy washes for their costumers. Ive really gotten spoiled @ my regular dealership down in Florida, ( Lakeland Ford ). But if Im back up in the area and need service done on my F150 I would go back to Lilliston Ford.
My experience with lilliston ford was very good. I ordered a 2022 Ford F350 on 4/22/21 and on 8/03/21 my truck was delivered. Amazing right?? The salesman and staff at lilliston were very nice. And everything was pleasant and easy. Now. Lets see what happens if my $62,000 truck starts having problems. Thats where the integrity of a dealership really shows. But for now. I say thank you to lilliston Ford for helping me order and receive the exact truck i wanted..

Trading in my truck at Lilliston was the best vehicle buying experience i’ve ever had. i wanted to trade my f150 to lower my payment. i knew the truck on their lot that i wanted. they made it work for me. I ended up seeing familiar faces that i had worked with and for in the past. Bill, my sales rep, I had repaired his heater just months before. now, he was helping me. i was worried. my credit has kinda been through the ringer. i know they worked very hard to help me get what i needed. i had my 2 young sons with me and they made it easy to be in a dealer alone with 2 kids. everyone who walked by asked if we needed anything. i ended up getting a way better truck for less money with less miles and left feeling amazing. the team in there has helped my wife before when she was buying a vehicle there. The management staff are caring people who have been in the business for a long time. they’re down to earth people who have helped me more than they can know. can you imagine going into a place of business to make a big purchase and there are actually members of your own community in there that you know? that you’ve actually known? there is a family in there that works with you. they really want to help your family. i didn’t think my deal could happen. now every time i get in my truck i know it’s just mine and it’s thanks to Bill I and the Nelsons and the wonderful team at Lilliston Ford in Vineland.

I contacted Lilliston Ford Inc. on Friday 12/18/2020 after seeing they had a vehicle on their lot I was interested in. I spoke with sales consultant Heather Steele who invited me to test drive the vehicle. On Saturday the 19th Heather had the vehicle ready. I took it for a spin but since I already owned a late model Ford Transit Connect I was very familiar with their quality and operation. I expressed my interest to buy and was quoted a very good price. I am 74 and have been through many vehicles in my life but never had I such a pleasant buying experience than at Lilliston Ford with Heather Steele and others on the sales team. There was never any sense of pressure to buy. Heather was always very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. Ive owned 5 Ford vehicles over the years, each purchased from other dealers I never wanted to return to in the South Jersey area. I would go back to Lilliston Ford in a heartbeat.

Booked an appointment to test drive a Ford Bronco Outer Banks. Showed up and they said they had none in stock and that their inventory wasnt updated. Test drove a Big Bend model instead. Then the salesman told me that they had an Outer Banks in the back but it was a courtesy car. I asked to check that out and instead he gave me his card. Im not impressed!

My husband and I wanted to buy a vehicle for my son. We found what looked like the perfect vehicle online on the Lilliston Ford website. I texted them and received a response immediately. We live 40 mins from Lilliston but we were very happy we took the time to go and see the car. Bruce, our salesman, was great! He was informative, accommodating and really worked well with us. Because we were surprising our son with a car we were a little anxious but he made the experience a comfortable and stress-free one!! Bruce and the team were all friendly and kind and very helpful. Made appointment for warranty work. Once i got to the dealer they said i was 200 miles over the warranty period but couldnt get there on a weekday and sooner and was told they dont do that work on Saturdays. Then i needed a key. I was told 225 bucks i said fine then 45 mins later they come out and tell me they dont have any keys left. My visit before that one needed a different part done under warranty and refused to do it without diag. And then told me my truck wouldnt be cover anyways.
I really love the team here they worked with me to get me into a nice car they took my crappy car for way more than it was worth they were willing to fix problems that showed up and I know that if I have an issue they are there to help. They actually brought my new car to me at work so that I could have it sooner and were letting me use one of theirs until mine was ready. Kenny was the guy who helped me with everything he is super nice.

Don’t ever get your car serviced here, was given the worst possible run around. Was told my car would be done on 6 different days and was done on none of them, had to wait almost 4 weeks for my alternator and power steering pump to get changed when it could have been done in a few days. Had to leave work early to finally pick it up or I would have had to come in at 730 am the following day because 0 communication was given and I found out my car was done for hours only AFTER calling them myself. Literally made this account for the sole purpose of leaving this review because that’s how awful my experience was here.
I took my car to Dennis at Lilliston for the first time and my experience was very good. He stayed in contact with me to let me know how the process of my car was going and he also told me correct dates about when my car would be done. He was very nice to deal with.
I received a transmission line change from here. Service was prompt and car was worked on in a timely manner and the price was also affordable.

I woke up to a dead battery! After getting a jump start at 10:00am I called Lilliston Ford service dept.and asked if they could install a new battery. They said they were booked solid but, come on over andwell fit you in. I finally got there by noon and they took my car in and replaced the battery in less thanan hour! They exceeded my greatest expectations! Great service. as always.
I got there for parts for newer fords for my dealership. They usually have everything i need in stock, place is clean and Bruce the parts guy is knowledgeable.
The absolute worste experience i ever had dealing with a dealership! They had my truck for warranty work. Took them 3 weeks to do oil pan gasket. Had my truck almost 2 months. They didnt even look at the issue it was having that caused me to bring it in. They said they test drove it, and heard a noise. They decided that they were going to pull my motor out of the truck, and take it apart, based off hearing a noise. Every time i reached out to find out what was going on, they gave me nothing but attitude qnd excuses as to why they havent done anything on my truck. The service manager told me that if its not getting done fast enough to take it somewhere else i had to tow it out of there and bring to another ford dealer who wants to work, and provide service to the vehicles they sell. My truck has been at the secind dealer now for 3 days. The issue is diagnosed and the parts where ordered. Turns out its bad turbo, like i told liliston it was. So they were going to take a motor out of my truck and take apart rsther than check the turbos. Mind you the truck only has 30k miles. Very well taken care of. Spoke with a sales rep yhe day i was there about picking my truck up to bring to better dealer. The sales guy even told me not to have them work on anything. He said i wont bring my 2 fords here for anything, i pay another dealer to work on them mind you he works at liliston ford! Just do yourself the favor and keep away from this place. Overall they are very rude, clearly inexperienced, and no respect for customers.
As always, we are completely satisfied with our experience with Lillistons service department. Our go to guy is Dennis Ackley, he is always very helpful AND knowledgeable. He always seems to know the correct questions to ask to better diagnose any issues and how to correct them.

I had to bring our car back a second time, after an oil change, because no one told me that it needed a wheel alignment. They said they would give 10.00 discount. Final charge was higher, than I was quoted. I do not believe I got a discount.

I called to schedule an appointment a week in advance and wanted to change my belts on my f150, they said no problem so i show up and the guy tells me sorry i cant replace the belts we can do it next week.
Lon story short, I had a service done recently and took a trip to Ohio. On the way the engine light came on. The truck ran fine but took it to auto zone to read the code. Was a air temp sensor circuit. When I returned to NJ, I called Vineland and was told to bring it in now. When I got there got a runaround they couldnt check it. Wasted time and gas...
Recently had my F-150 serviced and had a recall resolved at the same time, the service department and staff is very professional and courteous, the work was completed early and with the ongoing covid- 19 pandemic in effect they covered the drivers seat and steering wheel and I noticed the steering wheel, controls and dashboard was wiped clean. Very satisfied from start to finish and strongly recommend using Lilliston.I also purchased the ( used ) pickup there less than a year ago and was also very satisfied with the whole buying experience. Drove away with a fair deal.

Why isnt ZERO stars an option?? I ordered a brand new 2020 F-250 recently. Waited 2 months for the truck to arrive. Never received a single update call or email from the rep I worked with (Bruce Hayes). I finally get a call on my work phone this past Friday and a message was left stating the truck came in. Unfortunately I was out of town on a business trip. I returned Bruces call on Tuesday when I got back in the office and could not reach him. I spoke to a different rep, who just called me back to state that Bruce sold the truck THAT I SPECED AND ORDERED to someone else. Not only did they display a complete and total lack of integrity in this situation, but what is even better is that my sales rep didnt even have the guts to tell me the news himself. Their excuse is that I never gave them a down payment, but the rep did not require one for me to order the truck, and we were working on a deal for a trade in over the last two months while waiting for the truck to arrive. I also much mention that we had made prior purchases here in a similar way without the need for a down payment. Can’t just blame Bruce for this one because I’m sure he got managements approval. Not only did they lose my personal business, but they also lost my companys business as well. What used to be a reputable place to buy a vehicle has unfortunately fallen downhill fast. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALES REP AT ALL COSTS
The cars here are very dirty and disgusting who ever is in charge of detailing need to be fired FORD obv don’t care ...sales people don’t wanna take more photos when ask about car they have with only 3 photos...the sales people here have a idc attitude and not family friendly I advise anyone stay far away from here as possible ...I went to Mazda and bought a car with a better deal

I recently took my car to Lilliston Ford quick lane for an oil change. I received very good service. I got the multi- point inspection which comes with a print out of my cars issues and updates from the last oil change. My service advisor was Steve Juliano. He did a great job going over my invoice with me and explained what was done and what needed to be done in the future. I also got the DRIVE SURE BENEFITS until my next routine maintenance visit at no extra charge!
