The service here is great. The employees that worked on both my cars were awesome. They were quick and effective and got the job done. Reasonable prices and great service. Not much to complain about. Called in today and got a quote on another two tires and they were quick to get me in and take care of my issue. 5 stars for me.

Brought in my car, set an appointment and was told it will be work on. Corporate made the decision to not get my car worked on. 2 hours later I was notified- my bumper is not put on right n besides 2 hours I cant get back, I have no car. I am loyal, buy tires n my significant buys her needs too. What happened in two years of our loyalty to have my car ruined when it was told to me it be fixed. Experience at the Landis store in Vineland, NJ was amazing. They are definitely knowledgeable and very capable. After having horrendous experiences at the Delsea and Millville locations, I was ready to give up on Mavis altogether. We were encouraged to try the Landis location and I am grateful we did. Went in for an alignment at the other stores four times, and messed up each time. The staff at the Landis location fixed the mistakes of the previous stores, were honest, and were very kind.

I have been here twice and who ever you talk to on the phone is not connected to the branch so when you talk to them they convince you to come in with a great price. And then when you go in the price changes to the original price. I dont get it. Definitely my last time going to mavis

I called Mavis last minute today for low air pressure on my drivers side rear tire and they got me in right away. I dropped my car off so they could check tire at their convenience. They called me back within 20 mins and explained there was a piece of metal in my passenger rear tire and a nail in my drivers rear. If it wasn’t for their through inspection of all 4 tires I would eventually have had a slow leak or flat on the tire I was not complaining about. The employees were courteous and professional. Thank you Mavis and I definitely recommend to my family and friends😃

I walked in after 5pm on a Friday with a spare tire on my car and a need for 4 new tires. Shop was closing in an hour. I was pretty sure they were going to “say sorry we can’t help you, come back tomorrow”. However, the team was so kind and provided exceptional service despite the late request. They took my car back right away, changed all 4 tires and checked alignment. They didn’t cut corners and finished after closing. I have two small children and was so relieved to have my tires taken care of. Truly appreciate Sean and his team. Highly recommend. Thank you!

This has been an amazing experience. I came from Connecticut when unfortunately I hit a pothole in Newark on my way to Vineland and blew a tire. I went to buy tires and get an alignment at a competitor but they never did what they said was done. As soon as I got on the highway I noticed my alignment was way off so I came across Mavis Tire (Never heard of them before until now) so I decided to stop by and explained what had happened. They took very good care of me my car and my wallet. They fixed my alignment issue and inspected my car to make sure I can safely get back home to CT. My steering has never been this centered before. Definitely coming back here when visiting Vineland. Thank you guys so much for helping me!

The guys did a great job. I was out of town in a rental car that the service was done very poorly. Sean and Zack took great care of setting up the service. Danny took care of the balancing of my tires and did a great job once they figured out the rear tires had balancing beads inside the tires. Josh took care of the alignment quick and did a great job.

Very very disappointed. Took my work truck there to get a whole new set of tires all four tires and you would think that on a first time visit of a company like mine that you would try to impress them because they have a fleet of vehicles that need servicing and tires all the time. Well no the manager was vaping the whole time right in the shop complaining about his stuffy nose and how he wanted to go home. It took them over 12 hours to put on a set a tires and I had to help them remove the spare tire and put it back on because they were not capable of doing so. first they said the tires will be ready in two hours come back in two hours they say OK two more hours come back in two more hours they say its gonna be like 7 oclock at night so I come back at 7 oclock at night and its not even done I had to wait an hour and a half after 7 oclock. And this was all right with the place opened up brand new and just not impressed at all very very poor everything.

Every time I bring my vehicle to get an oil change I am received with a smile and greeting. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I have not went back to another place since coming here. The wait is minimal and they have awesome store hours!! Sean answers my questions and directs me to the best option regarding my vehicle.

I’ve always had great service at the Mavis on Landis in Vineland. As well as the Deptford location. Mavis is the only place I go for my oil changes now and I also purchased 4 new tires for a real good price. I’ve never had to wait an extremely long time for service and the gentleman there are always polite and helpful. Fantastic service! If you need tires or service, this is the place to take your vehicle. The prices are competitive and the service is 5 stars. My battery died while I was getting my tires replaced and the team stayed late to replace my battery. They were more concerned with my vehicle being safe to drive than going home after they closed. Mavis is the only place I will be taking my vehicle for service in the future. Ty, Sean, Mike and Jonathan are awesome.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I made a 1 oclock appointment for an oil change and to rotate and balance my tires. I arrived before the appointment and dropped off my vehicle. I returned at 3 oclock to pick up my vehicle and I was told that they hadnt gotten to it yet. The manager explained that they had had a lot of walk-ins. What is the point of making an appointment if you are treated as just another walk in? And, to top things off, when I told him that this was unacceptable and that I was not going to wait any longer, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for them to find my keys! This place is completely disorganized and I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone else.Update: I am really impressed with the response from corporate. I spoke with a regional manager who was legitimately concerned about my experience. I have decided to revise my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star based on my conversation with the regional manager. I may not go back to this particular location but I will certainly try another Mavis location in the future.

I came in for 2 tires and an alignment without an appointment. I didn’t think I would get in so fast but the staff took care of me swiftly and very professionally. I have already recommended this shop to a few of my coworkers and will continue to do so. The managers up front Ty and Sean were very respectful and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door

First thing first customer service was FANTASTIC !This place is not only friendly but they do a job well done. I called and Sean picked up and after 5 phone calls of nothing but questions he remained calm and walked me through the process and had me bring my car right in. He also called me each time something else needed to be fixed with the car just to make sure i was okay with the price. Most times places like to just rip you off but this place made sure to help me out and get my car back in once piece. i highly recommend this place.

Since the merge from NTB to Mavis; I must admit I was a bit skeptical.Last year I entered Mavis (Millville) with a tire issue. A little flustered over the matter which was making me late for work; I entered the establishment where I was professionally greeted by service personnel (Sean). His approach was calm and extremely knowledgeable. The issue was immediately assessed and addressed in a very timely fashion. I was so impressed that I was able to walk in with no appointment and have my issue resolved with no wait.Since that encounter ive continued to take my vehicles to Mavis (Vineland) and each experiencece has been expedient; little to no wait with profeessional and quality service. Sean and the team at Mavis (Vineland/Landis Ave) are to be complimented on the service they all provide.Happy Customer

VERY SLOW. I waited 2.5 hours for two tires. These guys are unapologetically slow. I was asked to come in at 11:30 for two tires. Didnt leave until almost 2pm. I sat around for over an hour before they even brought my car into the shop. Terrible, terrible service.
