First time back in a while. The service was great from the manager Nick and the mechanics. They were able to fix a issue I have had for a couple of years that no body else could.

I was on the last of a 3 day road trip for work and got a flat just I saw my last customer. Called at 430 and Glenn said bring it over. Took care of it in 20 minutes, patched up and able to get home for the night. Thank you.

Took 4 tires over that were filled with nails due to a road hazard issue at a site i work at (building had construction going on) and my paperwork for my tire protection. I was called and told by Glenn my road hazard coverage wouldn’t cover the issues due to this happening at a construction site. I decided to call my road hazard company to seek further information and I was told by them that Glenn told them “it looked like nails were purposely inserted in the tires” so my claim was denied due to them purposely lying and not wanting to deal with a road hazard company. Don’t go here if you want to get anything covered by your road hazard protection.

Took my Toyota sienna and had some exhaust work done about a month ago. I took it back to Mr. Tire since I could here some kind of exhaust leak in the system and check engine light came on. They set me up with an appointment and fixed it with no charge to me. They stated that a part that had been installed had cracked. They showed me the part. They could have easily told me that something else needed to be replaced. Honesty is very important to me. This my go to place from now on.

I had new tires put on my car last Thursday. Next day driving to work the whole car was shaking, obviously my rims were out of balanced. Went back yesterday to have them balanced again with no charge. Again im driving to work today and still no change. Manager told me he balanced them himself and that they were balanced wrong the first time. I paid almost 500 dollars for new tires and came back once already. This is ridiculous.

Went in for a leak they showed me it could not be fixed got a new tire and out in less than a hour be back to get the other three

I Got told from there service dept that the technicians they have hired dont not have experience for wheel alignments this is not one place I recommend for any vehicle to go

I have been coming to Mr. Tire for not only regular oil changes but other repairs to my vehicles as well as lots of new tires since 2001. I love everyone there. They are good honest mechanics and they have helped me out countless times with emergency repairs on my vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone from basic oil changes, to other major vehicle repairs and new tires. They have you covered. I have never had a problem with anyone there but just would like to add that Wendy and Glen have been nothing short of amazing to me over the years.

Always friendly service here! Unfortunately I couldn’t bring my car in because I didn’t have a spare tire, but I was able to pick up a new one, replace it, and bring it in just to make sure it was right. They were very sweet about helping me out!

Would have given 0 stars but google does not allow this. They don’t even know how to do their job right, they were trying to charge me $1100 to fix my car. Thank goodness I did not spend my money there because when I got home I decided to figure out what was wrong with my car, and I fixed it. Without have to pay $1100. They just try to get your money. DON’T fall for this TRAP. I suggest go to another place.

Came in because I had gotten my Dodge Caliber serviced at the Dodge dealership for recalls. As I was waiting, a guy comes up to me and tells me I need all this service done totaling up to $1200. I take my car to Mr. Tire to recheck to find out I only needed a ball joint replaced and an alignment. Craziness.... They have great customer service too. They look out for your best interest

I have never had a problem here. They are always friendly and helpful. They get me in and out in reasonable time. In fact when I schedule they have the paperwork waiting and ready for me when I arrive. I recommended them to my parents while they were visiting as they needed an oil change and they found the reason why their light for low tire pressure kept coming on and fixed it. I keep going back and they have not disappointed.

Service here is great. I blew a tire and had a new one in an hour. After getting my car home and noticing that bias rubbing against m the tire, they fixed it. No fuss, no muss.I wound up buying a whole set of tires just because there wasnt a hassle. Wendy is the best!

Every time that Ive come through here, everyone has always been great. I know that Glenn, especially, really took the time to review all of my options with me, and make sure that we could work within my budget. Sometimes shops make women feel inferior, and I do know my way around a car. He treated me with respect, and the job didnt take that long at all. I wish that I didnt live so far away now, because I would definitely go back! I recommend this shop to everyone.

They charged $99 for $30 dollar brake pads. I asked for new pads and for rotors to be replaced, if necessary. They said front rotors were fine. They elected to not replace the front pads, since the rotors were fine. My car has 70k miles on these pads....they needed to be replaced. I dont know if they were right about the rotors, but I doubt it based on how my car shakes when I brake. What a bunch of clowns.

I had a great experience at this location. The technician who helped me was Onix Barbosa and he was excellent. He made sure that my car was clean when he was done and was very professional. I love Mr. Tire, well my Mr. Tire because of the staff (especially Wendy!). I always hear about people going to shops or different tire places and having the worst experiences and I never have to deal with that here. The staff is great but Wendy is the absolute best! Shes honest and kind and unlike a lot of other places shes upfront with whatever your car issues are. They never try to sell you on extras that your car doesnt need. When I moved away there were plenty of other Mr. Tires or shops around but I made my 30 minute drive every time and Id do it again if I had to because theres no better place. Honestly, its always the calmest place and when I come here I know that Im not going to be taken advantage of. Thanks Wendy! And you too Glenn :)

Quickly replaced my tire (about 30 mins.). Gave me a 10% discount after asking if there were any coupon specials available. However, the new tire was over inflated at 38 psi. 32 psi was the correct amount. I took air out of the tire when I got home. And checked pressure levels on the other 3 tires. Found one with only 20 psi. Went to Wawa and added air to 30 psi. It would have been nice if Mr Tire would have taken the time to check the other 3 tires for me.

I drive an hour to come to this location. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Wendy and the crew are the best!

I ran over a wrench on a saturday, yes a wrench! and nowhere had my tire in stock and Wendy was very patient and understanding about the situation. It took until friday for the tire to arrive and soon as it was there they had it installed within two hours and was ready for pick up! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Incredible service! My Kia had Major Steering Wheel issues and one front tire was making crazy noise. I was referred to Mr. Tire through a friend, and I am so glad I went to the Vineland location. Absolutely amazing folks + professional. They knew exactly what was wrong, gave me an estimate and completely fixed my SUV within 4 hours. Other places where saying it will take 4 days...say what? Yes, 4 days- I didnt have 4 days to spare. I am so extremely happy with the service at Mr. Tire they did the job in 4 hours not 4 days!! Nothing but love this place is great and the price is reasonable! Also, Customer service front desk Wendy was super nice! Thank you!! Its been 2weeks now and my Kia is doing great- hooray!

I always bring my car to Mr. Tire, the employees are friendly and accommodating. The prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch at as minimal wait as possible. I drive past NTB in Millville which is 10 minutes from my house and drive to Mr. Tire 20 minutes from my house because it is worth the drive. I have had nothing but problems at NTB, I have never had a single issue at Mr. Tire. I love it there and will now, not take my car anywhere else.

They were okay. The lady at the front was rude. I don’t if she was having a bad day or something. After they put my tire on, they didn’t come get me in the waiting area I had to go to the front and ask what’s taking so long. She then told me my car was finished. Overall not the best experience.
