The bagels are delicious!! This place is one of my favorite places to get breakfast sandwiches. I called and ordered for pickup. The order was ready quickly. Staff was nice too. Will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

This place is delicious! The sandwiches had a ton of meat, and the bagels with cream cheese had a great amount too. Theres a great variety of choices, from sweet to savoury. They were missing a lot of bagel types when we ordered- they were out of plain and everything, so have second choices ready. And if you want a good toast, choose darkly toasted if you order online. The whole family was happy with their food!

Ladies, I usually order an everything or poppy seed egg sandwich. Please dont man-handle bagels that have toppings! When you cut the bagel in half, be delicate. I no longer have mine toasted cause after its cut in half and a good portion of the toppings fall off, and when it come out of the toaster and you add butter, even more of the toppings get knocked off the bagel and 75% ends up on the cutting board and Im left with just a few poppy seeds. I asked for butter on the bottom half (you forgot) so you wouldnt disturb the top half with the toppings. I only visit once in a blue moon nowadays cause I cringe when I watch all the flavored toppings get scraped off the cutting board. I never worked in a begal shop and not sure what else could be done to prevent this from happening. Other then that..great sandwiches.

Truly the BEST bagels you will ever have! They are so fresh and tasty. Weve been going here for years and its one of our very favorite things to eat. No other bagels compare!

There was an amazing selection no doubt I will come back but I’m not to sure about microwave eggs they didn’t have much flavor and I even got an everything bagel other than that my bage was pretty good

First time ever and never will I ever again. Ordered a steak egg and cheese and the steak looked and tasted like cardboard.

I ordered a egg bagel with egg and cheese, salt, pepper, ketchup, a regional standard sandwich and was pretty disappointed. They microwave the eggs, use packets of ketchup, and the cheese wasnt even warm. I definitely expected more from a bagel place with egg sandwiches on the menu. The bagel wasnt bad and I might go back to try some of their sweet bagel options with cannoli cream cheese.

Service was quick thats why I added a star as for the sandwich if I could leave zero stars I would. If I wanted microwaved food I would stay in my house and make my own. Havent returned in months. There was a miss communication between myself and the counter person, along with an ordering program which doesnt allow for special requests^^^ IE: butter on one side, cream cheese on the other, ^^^and I was actually charged for 2 bagels. The owner Victor and I have dialoged via email, and I see the genuine concern he has for his business, in taking the time to figure out why my bagel was so expensive.

I just ordered for my first time. The sandwich was very good but the only problem I had was that I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have bacon and the lady told me they were out of bacon. I walked in to pick up my order and I seen another woman packaging a whole bunch of bacon. I was even charged the same price. Other than that the sandwich was very good and very fresh.

I called to place an order and asked the VERY kind girl on the phone to talk to the manager since online pricing and menu is $1.00 cheaper on everything. The owner picks up the line and says are you actually a customer or busting my Ba**s?... I could not get in any words without him jumping down my throat. Needless to say he told me to do him a favor and not order food from there. What poor customer service and especially poor owner for treating customers this way!!! A simple answer to my question would have sufficed but once he asked about why Im breaking his balls I canceled my order. In all honesty I am unemployed, have a pregnant wife at home, who craved something from there. Besides the fact that these sandwiches are way overpriced. Consumers beware!!!! Its evident that they are out to rip people off for not ordering online!!! I will NEVER give this place business AGAIN if they are going to treat customers like this over a simple question about pricing!!!!

South jersey isn’t known for their bagel but this place was disgraceful. They microwaved the egg and pork-roll! The service was even worse it took 15 minuets to make the one microwaved bagel. Would not recommend to my worst enemy better off eating gerbel food. I am ashamed I even finished my bagel. I only gave 1 star for the chocolate milk that was pretty good. Bagel university....you failed me.

This was my 1st visit to Bagel University, I love their bagel selection and cream cheese variety. This morning I had a jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and an Asiago bagel with buffalo chicken cream cheese for later.....yummy 😊

Theres only one pet pee that really gets to me is when you feel that youre racial profile. came across very strongly! THATS the way definitely felt I pulled in front of the bagel University today my family are order of bagels will usually order close to a half a dozen of sandwiches with different varieties were somewhat regular but today I dont know if I will be returning knowing its 45 minutes before the place actually closes for the day I went to go and place my order as I went to the door door was shut and locked I stood outside just wondering maybe hell come to the door and open it knowing that hes seen me at the door, No acknowledgement!!!! So I went to my car sitting there a few minutes calling my family let them know that the bagel University was closed we decide to order elsewhere in that moment and as I pulled out I realized he allowed someone to come in to place their order sitting there in dismays thats not racial profile that I dont know what is? It really made me so angry to know that I stood out there waiting not only by the door which seen me sitting in the car waiting for the possibility that he might open the door and he never did! But hell open it for someone else thats light and bright I am not Prejudice but for the first time I definitely felt like I was racially profiled my moneys green just like everybody elses money .This is the last time Ill be entering in that facility they lost my business!!!!

The service was great but the bagels are so very *mediocre*.Very subjective, yes - so for perspective: if anyone remembers the Bagel Factory that was on Delsea long ago - those were awesome. These arent as awesome. Its like a shoprite bagel. I wish bagel factory was still around :(

Decent bagels but way overpriced, asked for butter on a non toasted bagel and I cant find the butter you cant see it looks like a little oil was spread on it. I didnt know butter cost that much or the big kids keeping it for himself. Disappointed to say the least I hate paying for something and not getting what I paid for.

Staff did not know basic ingredients of top food allergens in bagel sandwiches and appeared annoyed when asked, so that an anaphylaxis event was avoided for a child with a dairy allergy.

Got the University of Delaware and the chicken was so tender and juicy, it was awesome, also the homemade potato salad is really that, just like I make at home, cant wait to go back!!!
