From the moment we walked in the vineland store wanting and in-ground pool to the day our pool was opened, it has been nothing but a pleasurable experience. Tom’s wife sat down with us that day and explained the process throughly. Once we met Tom Landi we signed the contact right away and we were placed on the waiting list. Exactly as estimated by them, a few months later they came and started working on our pool. Everyone in their crew was exceptional and professional. Construction went as planned and the only delays we faced was due to the pandemic and some materials being back ordered. ( not their delay) Tom himself made a few visits to our home when we had questions. Highly recommend this pool company and i will be a walking referral for them. Happy with their service and glad we went with them. They care tremendously about their clients being satisfied and happy.*Ashley L was amazing at explaining the process of maintaining your pool. She was fun n so easy going. Thanks Ash for that visit. :)

Definitely use this family owned pool company. They are so down to earth . Their main concern is that you are satisfied. They take their time explaining everything so you can make informed decisions. Can not wait until our pool and hot tub are up and running.Ask for Tom, Melissa or Debbie.

Very friendly and extremely helpful

I moved to Vineland Sept 1 first time in ground pool owner so I knew a little bit, but not a lot about taking care of a larger pool.. Was told by my new Neighbor to called Landi pools so I did. I asked for help keep it clean for the few weeks I would be using it and if they could come out and help me with instructions and closing of the pool. I was told sure someone will call you back in a few day and appointment will be made.. No one called, I called back and spoke to a very nice lady again and was told about the same thing.. I called a least 4 times more....No one every got back to me. I understand busy, but a call back to even let me know you are to busy to help me is always good customer service.. I still need a pool man for next year but Landi will not be on my list to call

Absolutely the best service I have experienced in years! Toni, Jessica Jennifer and Adam were so patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns Debbie managed to get someone out to look at our pool almost immediately although they were extremely busy this time if year, they had our pool up and running in plenty of time to celebrate my special needs sons graduation! Christian and his helpers stayed to get the job done and they were extreamly professional and kind, Christian took his time explaining how the filter and chemicals work and assured me if we had question he would be there to help. I highly recommend Landi pools and the staff for a job well done at a more than fair price!!! I will be forever grateful for their service. Thank you,

I have been with Landi pools for ten years. They open and close my pool and have always done a excellent job. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always tell me exactly what I need for the pool and get it for me. When I have had difficulties, they take the time to walk me through what I need to do and at times, have actually sent someone over to help me.I especially have had great dealings with Adam, Melissa in service, and Tom who has worked on my pool many times. Everyone there is fantastic though. I just dont know all of their names. I would never consider going anywhere else.

I have never a big fan of pools, not the least of which is the one in my backyard. It used to be the hole into which I threw money in every year.Between chemicals and service calls, I often thought of how nice it would be if I turned it into a putting green- then I tried Landi Pools and Games.From sales to service, they are too-notch. At the end of last season, they closed the pool. Two days ago they opened it (5-6-2019) and within hours the water was crystal clear. Where I’d often spend a couple hundred bucks on chemicals to get the water right in years past, I spent less than $50 and the water is perfect.I’m actually looking forward to pool season- thanks to Landi.

They are still installing my pool as of 8/9/18. I know quality when I see it (Former engineer). They have great attentions to detail. Even the electricians work was quality professional work that went beyond residential standards.

I think that the owner is very good at what he does and is very helpful. The reason for the 2 stars because customer service is nasty. Called with a question and I almost hung up. I am not a pool guy but I really dont need people getting ignorant with me on the phone. Almost went to another pool service co. But the owner seems to know what he is doing. I reccomend not calling if you have an issue just drive there because when you talk on the phone you want to take your business elsewhere.

Had a an above-ground pool installed and they did a fantastic job. If you get an above-ground pool, go with the vermiculite pool bottom. Great service, I highly recommend.

Had to buy an O Ring for my pool filter, it was $39.99. SAME O Ring at Amazon is $14.99 and free shipping. You guys are such a rip-off, I’d rather travel to Philly than buy anything from you all again!!! Shame on you
