Went there to get an earlobe piercing done. My total cost was outrageous (close to $90-100) and when asked, the employee said it was for the earnings, the cleaning solution, and the warranty. She didn’t even ask if I wanted all the extra stuff, just applied it. Afterwards, I told her we just want the earrings and the piercing, she had somewhat of an attitude but we didn’t say anything. She sat me down, applied the dots to my ear. She didn’t even ask me, if i wanted to see where she applied the dots. She didn’t even ask if I was okay of the placement. Honestly, I never write reviews but this was so outrageous to me. If I am getting my ears pierced, why wouldn’t you want to make sure that I am okay with the piercing placement?? When I felt the gun to my ear, I stopped her and asked if I could take a look before she did anything. She did the piercing and said her goodbye and that was it... didn’t clean the piercing, didn’t ask if I had any questions, didn’t give us ANY aftercare instructions. I know I refused the cleaning solution because I had some at home. I know I could have done the research myself but since I paid for the service, I thought some type of education would have been provided. Customer service was very bad. The whole process took about 4 minutes. At the moment, I didn’t ask additional questions because it was my first time so I didn’t know of what to ask/ expect. Now I am home and left with all these questions. If you are providing a service, please do better.

Our experience was great!!! My son (9yrs old) got his ear pierced. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful immediately. I love how you get 2 earing with the piercing packs and the piercing itself is free with purchase of ear rings. So if he wants the other ear done we just bring the sealed earing and the piercing costs nothing.! The jewelry is well layed out and very eye catching. The girls were so amazingly sweet and hyped my son up for his first piercing. I could tell they really wanted to make his experience a good one and not scare him...over all I will be back for the 3rd day in a row I got a lip ring yesterday which has a ball instead of a flat back and its way more comfortable than flat back lip posts. Rating=💯% satisfied.👍👏🤙📿💍💎

Sold us a warranty on a ring that broke in less than a month and then informed us that the repair shop had closed and we would have to drive 40 mins away to get it fixed. No replacement available and no refund on personalized jewelry. They really know how to rip people off!
