In a difficult car market (October 2021), Team Nissan was a pleasure to deal with. After shopping for a couple of weeks and finding dealers that had new cars listed online on their website but not actually in stock or representatives promising to return a call and failing to do so, Team Nissan followed through with a request for more information. Kelly, the rep that contacted me after I left a text through their website, confirmed the vehicle that I wanted was indeed in stock and available for sale. After advising her that I would be in that night to purchase the car and some back and forth regarding the selling price and finance terms, I stopped by as promised. The sales person, Christian was pleasant and cordial, no pressure, he took my information, and we did the deal and I was out the door with the vehicle at the price and finance terms promised with no extra add-ons required. The car was prepped and detailed and had a full tank of gas. Very pleased with the entire transaction.

Sold a car to my son. This car has MULTIPLE issues.They have had the car repairing it longer than my son has owned it (still making payments)GM wont call back. GM doesnt respond. My son wrote a honest review and was threatened to bring back the loaner car so they can put him into a lower end model even though he is still making a car payment on a car he has had less than a total of two weeks since he bought it a FEW MONTHS ago. HE WAS BULLIED INTO TAKING DOWN HIS REVIEW.Told that INSURANCE IS INVOLVED. Why? Is this title NOT clean? Is it a R-Title. Is this something the finance company should have financed?Call the GM? Why? He has tried. Seems like the GM ONLY WANTS TO RESPOND TO BAD REVIEWS. Maybe hell respond to litigation.

Weve been using Team Nissan for over a decade. This is our fourth car since 2010 with you guys.I wanted a more luxury SUV and had been looking at the Lincoln Corsair. We went to the Lincoln dealership in Turnersville and was very disappointed with the car. Ironically, an old friend from England had purchased a 2021 Rogue over in the UK the day before and posted on Facebook how much he loved the car. So I figured it was worth trying out.So we arrived at Team Nissan and was met by Chris. I told him what I wanted and 5 minutes later he turned up with exactly what I was looking for. I wasnt really planning on doing anything that day but the car and the deal you guys put together made it impossible not to do anything.I dont know what I was thinking looking elsewhere, but Im glad I did because it reminded me of the simple process that you guys present.

Literally the worst car dealership Ive ever been to, period. Drive 100 miles out of your way to another Nissan dealership, that is my advice. Never been lied to and treated so poorly and Ive bought many cars in my life and probably visited close to 50 different dealerships. Stay away. They only care about squeezing you for as much as they can. They dont value the customer at all.

Purchased a 2016 vehicle in 2018. It had 50 miles on it and I was told that it would be considered a new vehicle. Therefore I was guaranteed to receive the full 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. The dealership explained that I would receive all new car warranties; however, the dealer was deceptiveand refuses to honor the full warranty policy. If you purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle from Nissan, the warranty starts when the vehicle is made (manufacturer year) and not the year when the vehicle is purchased. I found this out a week ago when I took the vehicle in to have something fixed that should have been covered under the warranty. Instead they couldnt fix the issue and charged me a deductible fee. I have also brought my car to this dealership for smaller fixes and the mechanics appeared to be unknowledgeable about fixing the vehicle. They service department also lacks customer service skills because they dont communicate with the customer about car issues. You as a customer will have to inquire about this information for yourself.Long story short, please stay clear of purchasing anything from this dealership. The salespersons are dishonest. Therefore they cannot be trusted and your agreements will not be honored.

If I could give a -1 star I would. I called for a Dodge Dart and spoke to issac. He said it was available to look at. He told me to call before I came to get the car ready for me. I told him I was driving from out of state and I drove 1.5 hours to get there. Then I walk in and I had to find someone to speak to because no one greeted me. The man that helped me said the car isn’t even there and that it’s at Dodge getting fixed. So the man took my name and number and said it would be back on Friday that he would text me pictures of it in the lot so I didn’t waste my time again. I didn’t get anything. So I called and i spoke to issac again and he had no idea what I was talking about and said the car was still there. I said well can you let me know if it’s in the lot right now cause I’m not driving over an hour again. And he said he would call me back and he never did. Needless to say, I went to another dealership. This place plays games.

Took car in for recall. Service manager was very nice. But while doing job told me mechanic was having trouble & was waiting for help even though he had been there 30 years. Got job finished a little later. Left drove an hour home. Got in car starting driving a light went I never saw in my life. Then cruise control wouldn’t work. Took car back (another hour up) looked said they didn’t do it. Put car on computer said recall was done right. That wasn’t the problem. Forward emergency brake system & cruise not working. Weren’t sure how to fix. Said they had to call Nissan. 5 minutes later came back & said fixed and it was. Don’t feel safe using this dealership even though they were very nice.

My experience with Tony was beyond everything I expected his warming friendly personal n experience n knowledge was everything I was looking for.

Zach was awesome. Personable, friendly, honest. The best car-buying experience weve had. No hassling, haggling, or any of that stuff. I brought my car in initially back in October for the issue I brought it in for this time. At the time in October, they wrote down the wrong description of my issue and fixed something completely unrelated (which Im not even sure was bad to begin with) and I still had the issue I needed repaired. This time, after a MAJOR malfunction, they find out the cause of my issue, fix it, tell me to come get it .... when I get there, they tell me it is still making a noise and we will take care of that. So Im given a rental, wait almost 18 days for ANY kind of update and never receive a phone call, text, email or any kind of communication from them. I finally call about my vehicle to get an update on whats going on, they tell me its finished (convenient) and that they just need to take it for a final drive first thing in the morning. I get there the next morning and it still is not finished. Theyve had my vehicle for almost a month now and I still have no idea when I will get it back.

Go to another Nissan Dealer. Went with my cuz. They make false promises over the phone just show you can come in. In these Pandemic times no one has time to waste to come in a dealership because of lies. A friend of mine bought from them in the same week and they gave her an empty gas tank. That’s absurd.
