I went shopping with a family member we were going to buy 3 outfits. An outfit that she tried on had a broken strap and they made her pay for it. The customer service is TRASH!

Was really rude to me first when i came in i thought the man was a customer but he worked there unprofessional clothing and when i got there i guess he looked me up and down and was like you know thats a small like i cant fit a small what i had on was a small even though i was looking for a large or a xl second he has all the fitting rooms locked gotta wait for him to unlock it then we cant lock it someone could come in there and see me in my bra then i went in i wear a large and the dress did not fit so i went to get something else he was like wheres the dress im like in there he like you gotta go get it like im gonna go steal it and how he didnt know if my friend was trying it on last but not least the mannequins had on clothing that was not on sale in the stores

We had a really mean lady in there and got mad over us looking around
