I came to this Walmart from Brooklyn to get treated with disrespect from a team member name dahlia she was so rude. I stood waiting for someone to help me get a tree down for 30-49 mins and I called the store and asked for assistance. No one came until finally a team lead name Joshua came and help he was very helpful and greeted me with respect.

Big, nice Walmart Supercenter! New and fully stocked. Nice employees. Clean and organized! Definitely recommend for a Walmart trip. Thank you for reading my post ❤️

Curbside pick up is a joke - just go inside and get it yourself. You can’t check in thru the app, you call and nobody answers, and you end up waiting a good 20 mins for them to bring it outside.

Surprisingly quiet and rather laid-back. Maybe it was the rain, Maybe we were between waves of people. Either way easy convenient and like I said previously rather laid-back for a Saturday night.

Used to love this place... Shelves are empty.... and getting emptier by the week.The meat dept was completely empty...Powerade unavailable for 2-3 weeks.. among many other items. And thats all the Wal-Marts.. So a trip to pu some groceries becomes an all day road trip to 5 dif stores...

Very poor customer service skills. I needed help with getting a fishing license. I spoke to 5 different employees and not one of them could help me. Three employees stated that they could not help me because they did not work in that department. Another one stated they were on their break. And the other one said the machine was broken. What machine? I been getting a fishing license for the past 6 years and the only machine I see them use is a computer to enter my information and a printer to print the licenses. Do better Walmart on Landis Ave NJ. and keep an eye on your lazy employees.

Had new tires installed. Waited a extra 15 min. While mechanic was talking with friends. He forgot to put factory/matching stem caps on. Took 2 phone calls. One where I was hung up on. Had to go through corporate Walmart to get my caps back. Ill find a new Walmart next time..

Nice place to shop, had most of what I wanted. Check out was easy and not crowded, machines seemed clean and well taken care of. Good prices

Was driving to he shore and to my surprise I had to take a massive dump. was pleasantly surprised by the amenities in the Walmart bathroom. They even had soap which was a pleasant surprise. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. Will be back!

Handicapped accessible, nice big isles. There are a lot of empty shelves where there should be products. There also are not enough staff, so if your looking for someone, that is futile.

This store is almost as good as Amazon. They have almost everything.Most of the employees are very helpful.And if you dont want to do your own shopping, theyll do it for you.

I was in a Walmart closer to home getting some snacks. While scanning the price of Macs pork rinds with the Walmart app, I saw they made Buffalo pork rinds but not available in my local Walmart. So I opted to drive an additional 15 minutes farther from my house to buy & try Macs Buffalo pork rinds at a Walmart supercenter. Ive found Super Centers carry more products than regular Walmart. Well it was worth the trip. Buffalo pork rinds are delicious. I bought a bag of Macs vinegar and a bag of salt & pepper rinds to try too. 😋

It’s 7:00 AM July 12, 2021. I decided since I had go to Walmart because I needed a new backpack and Fanny pack for a vacation. My entire time I was stalked by security. Standing uncomfortably close to me. I can tell it was loss prevention. I chose to ignore it. Well backpacks and fanny packs are throughout the store. Near men’s wallets, back to school, luggage, and sports gear. So obviously I had to walk around in order to compare. Well that same loss prevention guy kept going all around the store right behind me. Deeply staring at me no matter which department I was in. Well I put my stuff down and decided I will just take my business elsewhere. If you don’t want to be profiled and stalked go shop somewhere where the employees don’t think of you as a criminal.

I enjoyed going to Walmart to buy Cuban bread the long bread. Now its been discontinued. The prices are not placed properly. And a self-service is lousy. Those scanners drive me crazy and they fail 75% of the time. And one more thing. Those bags are a nightmare. The bags stick together the scanner talks too much and the service is lousy.

The lines to pay for our stuff are too long. So many lanes and none are open. this my only complaint here .. people with a few items, they should have lanes for them. no full carts allowed. maybe we got to rush in and grab a thing or 2. and should not have to wait behind 10 full shopping carts bc not enough lanes are open! So As I stand in line with 2 things in my hand realizing ima be standing here longer than i expected makes me mad!

Tires priced fairly. However I was surprised when I asked for Michilens and on sale . They didnt have so I said ok the next one up was told 10.00 more for each tire ... I pay go out to my car Goodyear tires on it 😒 ok whatever but double check before you pay . I was not sitting and waiting for them to change. As well the guy who put them on had no customer skills at all .... But Allyson at the customer service desk was amazing and helpful.

Mostly rude employees, customers are definitely interesting. The nail salon in the front is usually very busy. Online inventory vs. Whats actually on the shelves are completely wrong. Id go to Millville walmart any day vs. Going to this place

Vineland NJ walmart is the only store I ever have problems with! I order groceries to get delivered. Set the time, pay... Well my groceries get delivered super late if they even get delivered at all!!! I understand things are hectic right now. Maybe short staffed just like everywhere else in the world. I definitely stay patient. I get it, I understand. But its been 2 x now where groceries never showed up just kept saying they were being prepared .I call and no one answers! Rings and rings and rings!! So here it is yet again 11:00 at night. No groceries, no updated email, no anwser at the store . I had to contact corprate Walmart. Cancel my order, for the 2nd time. Lesson learned: Ill just go food shopping in the store from now on. A store, not Walmart! SMH ):

Nice clean decent product selection employees helpful and knowledgeable about products and where to find them very crowded would rate five stars except for the fact that I stood waiting to checkout for probably 15 minutes the store was incredibly busy, height of the afternoon and they had two checkout lanes open for people who were paying with cash which is ridiculous. This has also been at other Walmarts as well I have been to. There are 20 something check out closed and 2 open, why?? I dont understand that you have employees milling about stocking shelves that dont need to be stocked and yet two cashiers to handle all of the customers who are paying with cash. I went to the self checkout area and was told no because I was paying with cash I had to have a card to utilize the self checkout. Why? If youre going to do that there should be a self checkout for cash and one for cards then that is unfair. That is the one thing about Walmart that makes me not want to shop there is I have to stand in line for 15 plus minutes every time I go there other than that super great shopping experience always good prices always

The pharmacy makes me wait extra time for my prescription,when they told me 28 days, it can be filled.I take seizures BAD!&ONCE AGAIN THEY MADE ME WAIT AN EXTRA DAY...I HOPE THEY NEVER CAUSE ME TO HAVE ONE ..THEY ARE TREATING ME VERY IGNORANT,THE PHARMACY.I BEEN CLEAN FOR 7,YEARS,GOTTA BAD HEART,&PANIC ATTACKS(WITHOUT THE MEDS,I TAKE GRADMAL SEIZURES N THEY CAN KILL YOU!!! I love ordering my groceries online and picking them up at the store (especially since its free). 99% of the time my order is correct and any substitute items is usually better (more for a less price).

This Walmart is terrible. They never have anything I need in stock, and they are constantly stocking isles in the middle of the day blocking the walkway with pallets of stuff. It would be ok if you could at least get what you needed, but everything is always sold out. Whats on all those pallets??? Certainly not anything Im ever there to get... Or maybe all the stuff I need is just perpetually on a pallet 🤔. Either way it makes for a horrible visit, every visit, and I hate it. Thanks for taking the time to read my rant. ✌🏼😜😂

Why is the Vineland NJ store always so understocked? This is supposed to be a Super Walmart and many times that I go there, the shelves are bare. I see alot of employees standing around, conversating with one another,using FOUL language around customers, but I dont see them stocking selves or taking inventory. Walmart has to do better than this......

This Walmart used to be good, not anymore; since they started hiring lazy unstable Puerto Rican migrants.Now since morning many items out of the stock, showing up close to lunch time, SHAME

I love shopping at Walmart. Its my favorite store. There are just many times that things I need are out of stock. Im force to have to shop at another store to complete my list. It doesnt happen often but when it does its aggravating.

Staffing is the big problem. They never have enough cashiers open its difficult to find customer service people in the aisles and some of the shows are empty because they do not have sufficient staff

Was harassed by two minority people in the customer service line who accused me of cutting in line.. the line was about 8 people and I was in the aisle. I left and found a manage who went to the desk with me to do my return. The two were so nasty and complai ing that they were next. The service sest clerk who was the only one on duty was nice. The manager did my transaction. I only wanted a replacement. Never going there again.

I love Walmarts they need more cashiers. Instead of having two self-service checkouts using credit cards they should think about having one self Service check out for cash and oneself check out for credit cards.

The store was easy to navigate, clean and friendly staff. The store was well stocked. My only issue was the lack of mobility scooters.

I generally find what I need. The pharmacy is very good. The fact that they never have enough cashiers has influenced me to use them less. That the store is in seemingly constant flux makes shopping more trying.

This Walmart has really stepped up the speed and efficiency of their grocery pickup area.

Found everything I was looking for... wasnt familiar with the store. No one was available to assist in helping find items.

Lately I know theres a shortage of coins and whatnot, but this store should have a better way of letting customers know before hand if the register you are about to use is either cash/credit. Today I went on a self-service and had both cash and credit but I took out cash from half of other cards I had to do some food shopping, I finish scanning and bagging my items, to go pay cash and not even have the option...I was upset to say the least. I had to use a card I didnt want to and that wasnt for that use. Its not the 1st time it happens either. I mean not to mention they have self serve lanes open when they feel like it, is what it seems like. They never have a set schedule. They almost always have only 2 cashiers, and 20 lanes closed. I dont understand the logic behind their madness. They have also been lacking in their merchandise...they dont seem to restock as often as before. And price tags ring up differently sometimes from what you see on the aisles you got them from. It takes forever to have someone check so may as well just leave it or pay for it. And alot of their staff are not very professional or just respectful. At times Im afraid to ask anyone anything, the answer almost always is I dont work in that department and walk away. I cant hate on WalMart as a brand but maybe they should have the big bosses come in and pretend to shop for themselves to see how these people are running their stores.

They had enough scooters. I need to use a scooter to shop as my nack is bad. This walmart definately had enough. Not many do.

I am a person that goes to Walmart all the time it pretty much has everything that I need as well as the website is very convenient and theres more things on their website thats not available in their stores but if I may say they need more associates I say this because theres times that the self to go scan and go as they have it they have two associates there then they pretty much will have three registers open but at the same time the lines are so long and there was four scans to go that were closed I was in line for almost about an hour waiting to check out I asked one of the associates that were cleaning the machines that why was four scans to go lines closed he replied we didnt have enough associates working and theyre hiring young children at this time that dont want to come to work I dont feel the need of having to come to work and know the responsibility of coming to work and serving and doing good duties as theyre supposed to I say all this because I see young children beginning an opportunity a challenge that sometimes they dont know how to meet therefore I rather have someone with experience an older person that is loyal knows responsibility and have a need to be at work because they have a need to come to workGracely yours faithful consumer Marisol Gonzalez

I have put my card number in I dont know how many times. When I go to check out for pick it said that my card is not available. I have called corporate about this situation they said that I would not have anymore problems. I have been dealing with this for 2 months now. I am disabled and would just like to pick up my groceries. Dont understand what the problem is. This is ridiculous and out of control. Thanks Lisa

This Walmart is clean and has security cameras all over parking lot,, the staff is helpful and professional with the store having basically what you need !! Other Walmart’s in the area from what I have experienced runs out of items and don’t restock,, it could be Bc of covid issues but this one has never let me down !!

This is your standard Walmart Super Center, though I find this one to be more on the messy side.I ran over a soda bottle pulling into a parking spot. All of the trash cans in the parking lot were overflowing. The store was quite messy, but they were also in the middle of seasonal transitions through out.They have a sample kiosk in the produce department, be sure to have your Walmart app ready.

Went to get paint there was no help around to talk to. Then at check out went to self checkout debit or credit only. They told me go down the other end they take cash NOPE card only I said you think they should have a sign saying so oh they had one for hiring 16dollars an hour for stocking night crew but not cashiers guess who is taking your job. Bingo machines WALMART WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE DAYS OF US THE PEOPLE PAYING YOUR SO CALLED LOW PRICE AND YOUR COMPANY HAS TAKEN A LOW COST WAY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH NO ONE HELPING THE PEOPLE THAT SPEND THEIR MONEY THERE YOUR COMPANY HAS LOST ITS VALUE TO THE PEOPLE YOU SUCK!!!

First time going to this Walmart. Staff is very friendly; well staffed. Had everything I needed and cheaper sales tax!

If you dont find it, they should help you find it.

I use the shopping and pick up its free and you dont have to walk all over the store, load your cart, empty your cart onto the conveyor belt, put the food back into your cart and then put it into your vehicle. You just place your order, pick a time for pick it up and pay for it, drive there at the designated time and they load it into your vehicle. Then you just drive home and put it away. Its great for the older people, disabled or busy mom with kids! You have a choice for them to substitute your item if its no longer available or not, but they usually give you a higher priced item of the same type of item at the same price as what you ordered to begin with, so why not? Unless thats what you really wanted was that one particular item then just check dont substitute it.

Your typical Walmart where anything and everything is for sale except another checkout line..23 checkout lines with no more then 5 open... ever..this is purposeful of course as everyone knows they brainwash you at Walmart by means of hidden messages in the music played in the store to the subtle signage placed in the store. The employees are pod people. If you know someone who worked or works there now...??? Sorry about your loss

I hardly visit Wal-Mart. The staff in Vineland dont care, at least half of them. One cashier had an attitude with every single person in her line. I left the store then called the manager. I go like their garden center of nothing else. They have great deals on flowers and plants.

Im very disappointed cause they wait until people are done shopping and at the register to tell them that they are not excepting cash due to the bank not giving them the cash and you can only use credit or debit, I call BS, they are trying to make us a cashless society, and im not falling for it. If you can deposit money in the bank then you should be able to withdraw, and WalMart should have signs on the doors as you are coming in to let you know that they are not excepting cash at all. That was my experience today at Walmart in Vineland nj

I liked the fact that there are like 3 entrances, walk may have been long but it was excercise, found everything I needed, in and out

Run of the mill Walmart, high risk store so a lot of the electronics are behind glass, requiring a store employee. Needed to get a USB-C cable, took about 15 minutes as one employee was running the electronic section with about 5 people ahead of me. He looked exhausted. The products behind the glass were mismanaged with a lot of product on the wrong tag.Registers were packed a day before Easter, a lot of customers not wearing masks properly, but nobody to enforce. I guess 3rd party security was more for loss-prevention than mask enforcement.
