I love this Starbucks because they have great service and their staff very friendly. I went yesterday with 2 friends of mine and I tried the new cappuccino in espresso your coffee is always fresh and the pastries are one of my favorite items to eat when Im at Starbucks they were very busy yesterday but each customer was taken care of and less than 2 minutes.

The staff here is amazing even when they have to put up with all the Karen’s in town. Love you all. I will keep coming back.

Java chip, so good. I get this drink in honor of my daughter Melanie who met Jesus early. This was her favorite drink. I only do this as a special treat, otherwise, its too costly for me.

Best place ever. i empathize with the baristas because it gets very hectic and you must remember they are only human. They do their best but are always happy to remake a drink for you if you ask!

Great hot dark roast coffee in the early evening. Staff very helpful and friendly. By the looks of it, Seemed to be a busy store for the area.

This location needs to find team members with some drive. They are slow and the drinks aren’t consistent. Every time I go here they apologize for the wait because even they know how slow they are. I always place mobile orders and never once had it been ready when I get there. Not once despite placing the order at least 15 minutes before I arrive. The store wasn’t busy but everyone is talking and taking their time to make drinks. I’ve been to plenty of locations but this one and the Rio Grande locations are the absolute slowest. At least Rio Grande stays busy so they have a slightly better excuse than Cumberland Mall.

My coffee was good, but my order took entirely to long to be ready. They made other orders that came in after me BEFORE my order. They had at least 5 employees making drinks so there was no reason for it to take so long. One of the coffees in my order was partially melted by the time I got it.

I understand the new guidelines and conditions in these days. So I made a mobile order for a quick pick up. In this way, I don’t need to wait in the line inside the store. I went to pick up my mobile order, they made me wait in the line to get my mobile order. Why do you accept mobile order if I have to wait in the line? What’s the point of mobile order?

Great spot for a quick cup of Java, brunch with friends or networking with colleagues! Love their hours, too. They open early and stay open til late!

Nicest people in city. I go here almost every day, they always get my order right and go above and beyond to be kind. Makes my morning worth it.

The staff here is absolutely clueless and absolutely horrible on customer service! I can’t remember a Starbucks I’ve been to where they are more disrespectful or less caring about their customers! This place is a total joke. Avoid if you want good service and good coffee.

Its great as usual. I.have paralyzed vocal cords ... cannot speak. They were extremely helpful making my visit exceptional. ( I write what I want to eat. The first girl was very caring & the girl who brought my order askedMe a question & the original girl was very caring when she told the other girl my predicament. Glad you open a store with a drivethru. Actually Im not a happy customer. First time i went through the drivethru took me 20 minutes for a coffee. So i decided to go inside this time. Bad choice on my part. Is was quite obvious that drivethru ranks higher than anybody whos in the store. They were so busy making frosty drinks for the drivethru i had to ask them to finish my coffee because i wasnt planning on spending my day there. I can definitely say im not a fan of this location. Its not organized very well.

Went to Starbucks place very nice just like other ones.But I ordered Large black coffeecream and sugar on side. Get my order and girl.put cream and sugar in it. I said I ordered it on the side. She said I kmow but I out it in for you. I guess she read my mind and knew exactly how iI like my coffee. NO told her maje me another one. Idiot

Cute small store but excellent service an delicious drinks an goodies. The staff working at this site should definitely be praised for the work they do even when its super busy an the lines out the door like it was today. Yet the employees kept calm an worked as a team .

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Sometimes it gets a little busy but even then they’re fast and efficient. My drinks are always made well, I highly recommend this store for your coffee stops. 😁

Just ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte.When you pay $6 for a Latte & when you go to drink it & lid not put on correctly & it is a filled up 3/4 of the way! Unacceptable Starbucks, Unacceptable!

Over priced and taste horrible

Placed a mobile order. Went to pick it up and was told they are 20 minutes behind in orders. I can go to Chick-Fil-A and get faster service. I had to call corporate to get the money refunded to my account. So not acceptable.

I love this Starbucks! Theyre really kind, they make my drinks just the way I order them, and they laugh a lot, which makes for a cheery atmosphere.

Small cafe to sit in. The staff are nice, but it seems they frequently get overwhelmed. This could be a much better establishment if management hired more people.

Coffee tastes like dish water and is over priced

Way overpriced coffee but whenever the homies want to go I get the caramel frappuchino and it is delicious. I would never go by myself because of the price.

Extremely rude and do not want customers to practice social distancing they also never make a proper drink. They also refuse to tell you when the manager will be in next because they know they are wrong. I plan on calling everyday until I reach the manager since all they can tell me is they will not be in today.

Awesome store manager, and cozy, friendly feel. This is a great place to hang out or grab a quick cup of coffee. The reason I give it 3 stars is because the drinks are often made incorrectly. The cold brew never tastes right, and they cut a lot of corners at this store.

A nice place. Almond croissants have been missing as of late. Really rubs me raw. But otherwise, it’s a nice place to get a cup. Sometimes when you order a drink, even via the app, you might have to wait. Place gets busy.

I travel around the country and have to say this is by far the BEST Starbucks I have been to. The drinks here are consistently the best I have had. The people who work here are personable and friendly and create a great atmosphere in which to enjoy your beverage.

This is a very friendly place where I have spent many nights with friends or solo. Drinks are great as you would expect from any starbucks. Friday nights sometimes the teenagers come in crowds and fill the place up but clear out pretty quickly.

I need them to be open until they say they are, not closing around me. I come here to study for hours at a time and just swallow the high Starbucks prices, but then the oven is closed an hour before closing, so I have to pack up and leave, just to eat something to keep me going. This town needs a student friendly place, thats opened late hours, for studying! Im sticking to the diners.The rest of it is just like any regular Starbucks. Employees are nice, manager is kinda rude and condescending, drinks are consistent.

Waited 5 mins. for coffee and 20 mins. For creamer for the coffee. By the time we left the cheap cups became saturated and broke before we got to the car! $6 for two coffees and didnt get to drink them. Went to dunkin donuts and we enjoyed two coffees for less $$$. Never again. STARBUCKS has sunk to a new low.

I placed my order when I got stuck at the light at the mall entrance. Waited for the whole light, found a parking spot, went in, stood under the sign.. and still had to wait about 5 mins.Staff ignored the fact I was there. There were 2 girls working, 2 customers in the store (already served) and 2 app orders... (Myself and someone else)After waiting under the sign for about 2 mins the girl then stopped talking to the other customer (apparently ex employee or friend) and asked if I was waiting.After about another 2 minutes the other girl finally started my drink.However, the drink was very good... But that just means they followed the recipe.Not thrilled, but Id go back.

I dont know if starbucks used other coffee by area but my usual around here never tastes right so I go to WaWa for my coffee instead. Im giving it three stars because in fairness the drinks arent wrong or bad just not as I want it to taste. The atmosphere is typical for Starbucks and it is clean.

Decaf coffee and chai tea excellent! The baked goods are delicious!

My new drink is great, Almond milk/ No milk.

I go every Monday morning with a group I enjoy my time I do wish they had more comfortable seats.
