Ulta is one of the few stores at the Cumberland Mall. The store is beautiful and bright. Everything from low to high end products can be found. UD is my favorite. I only gave 4 stars because every time Ive been there the staff all seem to be having conversations at the register instead of helping customers.
My Salon experience was Stellar. Anna & Nicole took amazing care with my facial and blowout. Everything from my needs, comfort and even the energy was above and beyond! Thank you Ladies for the much needed pampering. I feel human again. =)
I had my first experience with the Ulta salon in Vineland and went in to get some highlights for my birthday. Curshawna did my hair and I am so so happy with how it came out! She did a great job and was so nice! I will definitely be back!
It must be me... The store is neat, but to me completely unorganized. Not stroller friendly.Very few signs to point you were youre trying to go. Im not a big fan of smelling hair dye & chemicals while Im shopping. What I went for they didnt have. Realized after driving all the way there, it was online only and they had 1 cheapo nail stamping kit in store
I set up an appt. for a haircut with Naomi T. and she did an amazing job. Shes very sweet, my cut came out exactly how I wanted. She showed me what needed to be cut off and made sure I was ok with it before she did anything and explained everything very well. If your looking for a hair dresser, I would definitely recommend her and look forward to scheduling my next trim with her : )
My eyelashes were white from glue when I got home. I managed to fix that with mascara. I got in the shower the next day the eyelashes were coming off not even 12 hours later. Had to pay someone else to do them from Facebook (also with white adhesive) there was no residue on the lashes and the strips have been on for 4 days. I mistakenly gave a 5 star rating & a tip at Ulta because I thought the glue I saw would dry clear but it did not. Second time I’ve used their beauty services and was displeased; never again.
Best Ulta I have ever been to. All services available. Every product I was looking for was in stock
LOVE the salon. Everyone is very welcoming. They do a bang up job without the caddyness of other salons!
Curshawna is an excellent professional hair stylist! Awesome!
Great stuff. Awesome make up. Incredible selection
I was there last year to get a nail polish called ballet slippers & it is a very natural nude shade & I have gotten a lot of compliments on the color I am seriously going to stick with this color.
Store was in decent shape, but the salesgirl was very nice.
The make-up consultant was a bit rude at first explaining some tips to me. Usually when I come here its a very pleasant experience.
Very personable and helpful employees but write a few of the items that I was looking for that I had seen on line such as the Delectable hair spray was not available in the store. Also, I was looking for a personal wax melter and a specific hair dye.
They had everything we needed the employees were very nice and helpful
Love this place staff very nice and willing to help
Helpful to people who dont know anything about make-up
They always have what is in their sale paper, the staff is very knowledgeable
Ladies working were polite and helpful. Store was clean, clear and well stocked.
For years I refused to buy anything in this ulta because the empoyees made it unbearable. The products are amazing, but it felt like you walked into their personal hang out and they did not want you there. They would just laugh behind the counter, be rude, and absolutely refuse to help you.I actually only came in to today to see the Jeffree Star & Morphe brushes. Is this ulta not affiliated with the other ultas? There was no display and literally not one thing about Jeffree Star Cosmetics in there. If theyre sold out then do what the other ultas do and put a sign about it. However, while I was in there I was pleasantly surprised with a few things.1. Theyre taking care of the place and making it clean/useable :Theyre cleaning the makeup testers, keeping the makeup in order, and making it useable. Now when you go to the place where something is labeled, its actually there and not covered in foundation. The last time I went there it looked like a makeup war zone. When you finally found something, you couldnt even touch the product because they were so filthy. They also keep up their testing stations so that the bottles are filled, there is makeup remover, and clean applicators near the mirror. I was extremely impressed.2: The employees are 10x better:DID THIS ULTA FINALLY GET NEW EMPLOYEES?!The old employees were ignorant, rude, laugh with their friends, avoid customers, will not help you, have no idea where things are, cant match your skin tone, know NOTHING about the products.New empoyees are helpful, sweet, extremely professional, know about all of the products and where they are.The new employees asked multiple times if I needed help. There was this adorable latina girl that helped me with Buxom lip gloss. She explained the 21 days of beauty and the ulta brushes $7 sale today. They FINALLY have professional employees, which is why I actually bought something at ulta for the first time in years. When I went to the register to pay, I ran into an old employee that reminded me of exactly why I leave ulta and literally RUN back to the safety of sephora. I asked her if the brushes I picked, which said ulta on them, were part of the $7 ulta brush sale. She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and kept saying that they were not ulta brushes. She then asked where I heard this from? Im pretty sure this is one of ultas biggest sales... but if that wasnt a good enough reason, I pointed to the larger-than-life sign on the door that said ulta brushes now $7 through March 30th. She acted like she couldnt see it. Then she said that the sale ended yesterday, but it didnt. So she either didnt know about the sale or she was just rude. Eventually she said that it was only specific ulta brushes and said they were at the front. I was okay with that answer but if thats the case, she should have just said that from the beginning.I would have bought them all anyway, but I was so irritated that I wanted to put two of them back. She did offer to put them back for me, which was nice. However, the interaction annoyed me. The old employees just have this ignorant attitude. I dont think they are trying to be rude. They just really dont want to be there and they dont know anything about makeup or ulta in general.Overall: Until all of the employees act like the new employees, I will not give this more than 1 star because one rude employee can ruin your experience. This ulta needs to ditch the old employee attitude. If they do, locals like me will start going here again instead of driving all the way to sephora in Deptford
Good supply of stuff but pricey.
Love to buy all my make up here
Nice place great placement off Holliday items
I only like this store for its prestige (high end) cosmetics and skin care products. Thats pretty much it tho. I spend a lot of money on cosmetics here and rarely and I mean rarely do I ever get a free gift for my purchases. I can go to Boscovs (they price match) and purchase the same expensive quality make up/skin care products fragrance, etc... and always receive a free gift. Its nice to be rewarded when your making big purchases. The free gifts arent much but they are useful and it makes you feel good when you get one.Ive heard that the employees (the very young employees) gives a lot of the free gifts to their friends that shop there and a few favorite customers. I dont know if thats true but it could be just a little true. Heck I remember being young once (Friends came first) dont you? Only answer that if your at least 35 and over and you agree lol.My point im making is...Everything was for my friends😄But not at work. The employees at the Cumberland Mall Ulta are not as professional as the ones Ive seen in other cosmetic stores in the surrounding area. I know its not easy working in retail (been there) but how hard is it to get paid for being a kind mature part time professional?I read someones review on here that said... The employees are always behind the counter laughing and talkingIve seen that plenty of times myself... Im assuming its with co- workers or their friends that shop there. It really is a turn off.I dont dislike the store but I will say I def dislike the unprofessionalism of certain employees.
People were helpful but expensive, i can get the same thing for the same price at Macys and some of the other stuff cheaper at cvs
Girl took too long picking something out.
If you love makeup, this store is pure girl heaven!!!
I’ve been in several ulta stores in Virginia Beach and Florida. They had brow bars in them. The girls did an excellent job on eyebrows, mapping, waxing etc. Vineland nj store needs to get the brow bar and professionals to do the brows. Nothing compared to other ulta stores.
Need time to look around as their deals and variety of product is grande dios.
You can find the newest trends in beauty care here priced moderately.
Prices too high but well worth it
Not stroller friendly. Wide variety of make up but EVERYTHING is WAY OVERPRICED!!!!
Felice did an awesome job on my hair.
Products are expensive. Some of the personnel are ignorant
Lots of stuff good service
Best cologne ever
You can find alot of different makeup brands here
Great costumer service
Not wheelchair friendly, too much stuff in the main aisles! That is breaking the law! The main aisles have to be 36 inches wide for anyone, in any situation to get through!
Best cosmetics.
It is expensive and lacks a variety of natural hair products but the customer service is great
Expensive as s$!t but got huge selection of makeup and hair stuff
Always have, what i need
It was good
Very helpful
The Best!!!

I love it and more when it comes to makeup 😍😍😍😍😍😍
