This jewelry store consistantly earns their 5 stars. They sell quality merchandise to meet almost everyones needs. Donderos is nothing like the chain stores, that sell low value items, appearing to be a good price. I have learned that the hard way. I discovered Donderos about seven years ago. Since then, I have found a better value for my hard earned money. Donderos really shines most with their customer service. Their staff have always helped me find just the right gift for each occasion. I have shopped for jewelry in Phila., the malls, and every jewelry store in south Jersey. I even went to the jewelry exchange in Norristown... dont do that!!!I believe that Donderos is the best, and most practical decision to be made, when looking for the right jewelry, whatever youre looking for.

Leah went above and beyond to help me repair my favorite necklace. Before I made the drive (i’m about 40 minutes away from them) I wanted to see options in stock. Leah offered to send me pictures of different chains and made helpful suggestions. Highly recommend! High quality items in a friendly atmosphere, will be returning!

I purchased an engagement ring here. I knew exactly what band I wanted and Donna easily helped me pick a diamond. They we able to work with my demand for shorter than usual lead time. We are very pleased with the end result and we went back and purchased our bands here as well. Customer service was exceptional from everyone and I strongly recommend this establishment.

I cant express how impressive the staff here is! Over the years my mother has bought most of her jewelry here and has had many repairs done on her mothers jewelry. So this was the first place in my mind to try when I wanted a custom ring made for my girlfriend of 4 years and a separate gift of earrings made for her sister. I provided the sapphires, and the earrings they set them in came out great. I stopped back twice to figure out what design I wanted my stone to be set in for the ring. The gem has a lot of sentimental value as I found the raw mineral at the top of a mountain when I first started my career in geology and had it cut for an occasion like this. Leah, I believe was her name, went above and beyond and completely put me at ease as well as another gentleman there at the time. Fast forward ~8 months later and the ring took a beating (worn daily by my gf) and was damaged and was partially out of the setting (it was a raised setting). I knew it was a soft gem but when they told me resetting it might cause more harm(possibly chips/cracks) I wasnt sure what to do. Luckily one of the jewelers from the back came up and said he might be able to fix it and keep it in the setting. He had the gem in set and saved the gem+ring. Brittany who was helping us at the time was also pleasant and theres nowhere else Id send people looking for jewelry or repairs.

Always friendly service and excellent work. The cake knife from our wedding in 1968 was engraved with our initials and wedding date. Our daughter used it for her wedding so I had Donderos engrave their initials and wedding date on it. Script was matched perfectly. So pleased.

This store... Donderos.... is a hidden jewel....No pun intended. Over years have bought thatSpecial piece for that special person or myself.I shop around but I buy here. Their attention to detail and customer service are truly unmatched.I brought a sentimental piece of jewelry in for repair and it was quickly restored to better than new! Im so happy that I didnt have to be without it for very long as it truly is a part of me. Everyone should be so lucky to have a Donderos nearby!

Donna was helpful & informational! I went in to have my watch repaired. While I was waiting, I wandered into the ring selection. Donna noticed my interest and showed me a rose gold diamond w/a cushion-cut ring!
