Definitely a nice place. Better then Dennys. If your not sure what you feel like eating. Here is the place too go. Hugh menu with hugh portions. Great taste too. Staff and table area very clean. Definitely recommend this diner
My son wanted Pulled Pork sandwich. It wasnt on the menu. He asked and they did accommodate him. My seafood was perfect. Love it there.
My breakfast was really good. 3 eggs sausage homefries toast. My wifes omelet was not. She said it was dry and over cooked.

I was at this diner with my sister and niece on June 12, 2021. My sister and I are both gluten sensitive. We asked if the dish we were interested in had breading on the chicken. Our waitress told us no but the food delivered was breaded. The man working there(maybe owner?) was so wonderful and accommodating. He took the food back and redid the entire dish to be gluten free. It was so lovely of him to do that. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend.
Decent food but the fried clam strips are pretty amazing when done right which is almost always. I was very pleased with the service.They have a sign asking for patience because they are short staffed because no one wants to work. They seemed staffed well and my familys food was prompt and delicious.I would and will definitely eat here again.
Everyone gives this place high standards. I feel like if your from the city or been around, you know its just a standard place. Fast service, maybe because i came right when it opened. Thanks for the food and service.

Never had anything but a great experience from the food to the staff it is always a pleasure to dine here. The Arizona chicken is awesome. But I’m sure you will enjoy anything you get here. Even with a the shortage in staff the are still the best around.
My wife and kids had breakfast while I ate lunch we all thought the food was great, the portions were pretty big.
The best place for familys. Service was superb. Dinner was delicious. I had the portobello stuffed mushrooms they were full of crab meat. He had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and the onion rings were huge and deliciously crisp. My kids loved their dinners chicken nuggets and a cheese burger. The French fries were just perfectly crisp. oh and how could I forget my favorite side dish of pickled beets.
Food was excellent wife had quesidia chicken and i had broiled seafood combo. Waitress was great .overall excellent

Great food, on time service, clean!But some of the staff is a whole other story. Ive been here a couple times within the past month and its the same ones everytime who make it a point to gossip and stare. I just left this afternoon and Ive never felt so uncomfortable out to eat before. Three specific females kept looking at my significant other and I, talking very loud about unprofessional things mind you, and one specifically felt the need to look at us and smirk snarky everytime. Maybe theyre the ones who have no clue. Just because youre mad about being under staffed doesnt give the okay to be utterly unprofessional, childish, and disrespectful to a married couple. Get it together
Place used to be good until recently I went to have breakfast for dinner with my wife, and 3 children one being a baby do didnt eat. Food was pretty bad, but the worse is the bill was $90!!! That is ridiculous I can eat at much nicer places for way less. They lost my business and will nvr go there again. Matter fact just yesterday I had Applebees we had adult drinks, appetizers and 6 meals and it was $90...you see the problem here? To much money for low quality food...
Absolutely great!!! The flounder francaise was the best Ive ever had and our waitress Jennifer was amazing!!!! :) The host/young gentleman at the counter was great also!!!
I was happy with my food I would have given it 5 stars but my girlfriend had a hair in her dish they should have offered to remake it they did take it off the bill but my girlfriend ended up just eating bread and the sides

Our waitress was attentive and polite. Nice and clean. I didnt have burgers like most of my group; however they were huge! I had shrimp scampi and it was good; not the best but worth it. Their portions are to die for and very inexpensive. The reason for 4 stars is out took too long for her to take our order, but the wait after ordering wasnt bad for the size group we had.

Maybe their wrong day, but food was dreadful. Eggplant parmigiana clearly microwave defrosted and then covered with marinara sauce, fried shrimp also bad. Tap water barely drinkable. Hope they get better
Very generous portions of good food. And the menu is so big it is overwhelming!! But we had a good meal here and are excited everytime we head this way because we know this diner is around. 😄

I went there, there food was overly greasy, puddle of grease on my plate and the way the managers are to there employees, So disrespectful and unprofessional like who wants to listen to you cussing up a storm in a normal conversation. They need to be more professional

Food is always good I ordered the sizzling chicken it comes in a cast iron pan its so hot the handle burnt me my arm has a blister I would recommend asking the customer if they would rather have there food on a plate instead

I don’t go to establishments that insult their prospective employees by calling them lazy. We are in a pandemic and I get its hard but you cant offer wages people wont survive on and get mad when they don’t apply. Your problem isn’t with workers, its the fact that we haven’t raised the minimum wage in ages but we will bail out corporations. If you have a problem finding employees, contact your local representative.

I have been driving past this diner for years and took notice of the breakfast prices on the sign out front thinking that some day I was going to check them out. This past Sunday I was in the area for work with a couple hours of down time and knew this was my chance to check them out. It was nice to see a very clean dining area and pleasant staff who seated me wherever I wanted since they were empty a little after 7:00 on a Sunday morning. My only real problem with them was the name they had for one of their choices for a meal. The omelette I did order wasnt anything to write home about so because of that and knowing there are dozens of other places where I can eat without seeing the prementioned item on the menu I seriously doubt I will be back but you might like it here since it is pretty much your normal South Jersey diner, just nothing special.
We both got sick !!!! Gray meat, country fried steak served in less than 2 minutes !!! Frozen microwave trash food.

The Golden Palace had great food! They had super fast service, the waitress was so kind to our party and made sure she was on point. Everyone had a amazing time while eating the great food that this diner prepared. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

As a family, we seem to always go here. Each experience is different. This last time, I just had a problem with the fruit flies.
I love this place. The owner and staff are complete sweet hearts. Theres a waitress named Patience who is phenomenal at her job. Shes Such a people person. Definably recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The seafood especially broiled is a must. And so are the French fries.

Wound up here for dinner as I was early for a drive-in movie. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. They had a good amount of outdoor seating and the staff was definitely putting in a lot of effort to make sure the guests were taken care of. Even though I found this diner on accident, Ill definitely be back.
I ate twice here. Once for breakfast the other for dinner. Both times I was not impressed. Honestly speaking it was bad.
Fried Jumbo shrimp platter with 2 veggies and Manhattan soup was absolutely Delicious!!! I called my order in and picked it up. Extremely courteous and helpful staff person took the order. Food was hot especially the soup. I will definitely do this again....definitely!
Our waitress Jordan took over ten minutes to come over. Guess because the hostess took the drink order that is ok? And to get refills or the table cleaned we had to put the empty plates and cups at the edge. I wanted to add a salad to my order but she must have been too busy to come back overThey should consider seating the waitstaff by ability and how busy the waitstaff is at that moment. It is obvious she could not handle her station. My burger was ordered medium rare. When it came out the ground meat was literally falling off raw and bloody on one side. our medium rare prime rib was medium well. The second one was 1/2 medium rare and half well done, depending on what side you ate. A manager never came over, with two bad meals i shouldnt have to ask, they should come apologize. Overall a poor experience from a once great establishment.

Where do I start? Ive been going there for quite some time now and for the first time I must say, I was rather disappointed. Not at all for the service or food because once again the waitresses where very pleasant and Im sure smiling under their mask even though they must have felt like it was a thousand degrees out all dressed in black, and the food was still good and plentiful. With that said, I said something to the manager about allowing the girls to dress down a little because of the heat and he pretty much ignorantly brushed me off. So please if you go, remember to tip your servers good. They truly deserve it. Oh, and if you will...say something about how they let their own family members dress cool and comfortable while they worked.

Great filling Reuben sandwiches and fries. You wont walk away hungry. They had an outdoor tent set up with tables underneath and the wait staff wore masks. Service was prompt and courteous.
Cream of crab soup was awesome. I also had the cheesesteak and fries. Coffee was good and tbd unsweetened ice tea was excellent
