I want to thank he sales rep.Tara as she came to my home the same day I called. She gave me a date of when they would come to install the doors, and sure enough, the doors where in.The installer was very professional. He was very efficient, clean, organized, and did a very nice job.Thank you

GO ELSEWHERE !!! ****We bought a premier door and opener about 4 years ago for well over $3500. It malfunctioned yesterday causing it to not open. When we scheduled a technician to come out, he immediately determined that it was an issue from installation where the installer screwed the support bracket into drywall and not a stud. (The image shows the original location where the original tech installed the bracket to the drywall a just inches from the stud). The technician called the office to state that we should not have to pay as it was an install issue not a warranty issue. The main office refused and insisted we pay. When we called to speak to Don, the owner, the office assistant refused to connect us with him stating she will try to get a hold of him but whatever he says goes... after not getting a return call, the technician was called and told that if we are not paying, to pack up and leave without completing the job or saying anything to us!!! Imagine the type of person whom as a business owner would pin an honest technician in that appalling situation! Now imagine you giving your hard earned money to someone like him. Be Warned****

Very respectful and professional. I emailed them about my situation and received a call the next day to schedule a appointment. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and had no problems with fitting me into their schedule. Gentleman came and made repairs / replaced what was necessary. In my original phone call, I requested several parts be replaced. Service guy evaluated my situation and only replaced the parts that were needed. He didn’t try to “sell” me anything extra or explain why “more” was needed. He was in and out in less than one hour...even with us bs’ing for about 20 minutes. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again if needed.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had a spring replaced on our shop overhead door. Job was done correctly but the spring was too loose and door would not stay open. Called for a service call to have the spring tightened 4 months later (business was slow and we werent open very often during COVID) and had to pay $247.50 for literally a 5 minute fix. What a joke. Owner of the company was very rude and would not listen to reason. We will not be using this company again for any of our 10 locations. GO ELSEWHERE!

This company is horrible. Ownership through employees are untrained and miserable. The worst! Disrespectful and terrible follow up and no service. Don’t get fooled because they are nice on sales. We had issues with our door One day after installation and took us seven calls to get a service follow up. They were rude arrogant and dismissive.

Called yesterday for an emergency in VentnorThey had a tec there within an hour and a half. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and courteous and I would highly recommend their company

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Once you have an issue two days after install they do not respond. Their employees on the call were are horribly untrained in service. I never have to post something like this... I am serious- run from this company bad news.Owner called me back - Don Marshall- said Mike I really dont care how my employees speak to client... What is wrong with people and how is this joke in business. Competition is needed - and an attitude adjustment across this firm is in order.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. They arrived late. No call. The service person was completely incompetent. I called to have my password change on garage door opener. They could not figure it out. I saw the guy looking it up on youtube to figure it out. They did not solve the problem and charged me for a 45 minute service call. Over $200! Do Not Use this company!!!! I called customer service and they were also unhelpful afterwards.

We were really in a bind. We left our house last night and the garage door closed crooked. Thank goodness the car was outside.We called Perrone and they said maybe Monday. We called South Jersey and they said they were all booked and maybe Tuesday.Norma, from South Jersey, called back a little later and said their guys finished up a job and were on their way. The guys came, fixed everything up and their price was $110 which I thought was fair for 2 guys for almost an hour.Norma was very pleasant and they guys were too.I hope there isnt a next time but if there is, I know who to call.

Rude staff, horrible service, and owner just does not care. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our circuit board went bad after 6 years, we called with the problem and they sent out Tech - JB who diagnosised a Bad Board.. He quoted $250 installed and $395 for a new motor. We were charged $146 & 9.67 tax $155.67 but our credit card was billed $158.70. When we called to have a board replaced, I spoke to Norma after waiting 2 days to have the call returned and were told we they do not give any credit for money paid for the estimate and we would be charged an additional $235.00. I asked to speak to Don the manager and she said he was unavailable. He never called back. I went to ELMER DOOR Company and they do not charge for estimates, because its not like you can bring the door to them. They will fix our door for $220 and believe me when the other side breaks they will also fix that door.

Quoted a price and wound up being almost twice the amount

I purchased a very nice door in sept 2014. About 1 year after the guarantee expired, the door stopped working. They came out and determined the failure was the fault of their original installer. They then returned, replaced the broken parts and reinstalled the door properly. The new service man was very knowledgable and very polite.The manager in the office was determined to make sure that I would be completely satisfied which I am.

Technician took his good old time to climb a ladder and install 2 springs....it just costs way way way too much money to replace 2 lousy Springs my bill came to close to $900 just unbelievable

Called a local guy in Wildwood Crest. Said he would be back never called, even after I called him on several occasions. When I called South Jersey Overhead Doors, they came out the same day!!!

Must be so busy they do not need work-no call back to come out after I talked to their sales rep to come out and fix a few of our commercial doors. Waited a few weeks, but I hear this over and over about them after asking around. Either they do not want commercial jobs apparently and had I known that, I would have called elsewhere had I known they did not want the service job which was a new panel, adjustments on a few doors, insulations trips-Overhead Door Company just tell people you dont want jobs below $1,000 or the like! Telling customers you will come out and not following up is rude and trust me, commercial companies DO talk to each other and people read these reviews.

If you have any problem with a garage door is because you havent visited them!! Enough said.

I have waited for two weeks just to get an estimate, after that I just gave up and hired another guy. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Very unprofessional and expensive service. Charge $250 /hr.
