I called them about mobile home rated flex duct. Not only did they know what I was talking about (where several other supply houses were clueless), but they also had it in stock. The two guys at the counter were very polite and professional. When I went to the garage bay to pick up the product they had already loaded it into my work van. I almost fell over as this is unheard of in the HVAC supply house world. A true breath of fresh air.
