You guys are the best! Watching you and your guys set up the beach was always so amazing to me...attention to every detail and always there to honor all my needs! You made my job so much easier not to mention the piece of mind knowing you guys were on it!

The WORST customer service. Dishonest advertising. And poor assembly. They didn’t use any nails to secure the dance floor. The panels were loose. There were holes in the tent roof which caused some of my wedding decor to be wet. The pictures on the website are not the same equipment they actually provide. They use other companies equipment and have no idea what they’re actually renting out. The tent we received was dirty and stained. They were unwilling to come back to clean it before the wedding. Some of the wood tables had nails sticking out of them. I really can’t make this stuff up. They were unwilling to give us a a decent refund because we didn’t send the pictures within a time limit that we weren’t made aware of. I can go on forever but don’t trust this company.

Erica helped us turn a parking lot into an amazing venue for our daughters wedding day! Cant thank her and Obie enough for their ideas and expertise, they were a pleasure to work with!

My husband and I got married on July 14, 2019 :) and throughout the year and a half of planning, Rental City has been more than supportive and incredibly reliable!!We had the pleasure of working with Erica O. Any time I emailed her with questions or (mostly silly) concerns, she would respond almost immediately or the next business day. She is very thorough, organized, and made sure to always let us know that we could reach out for any needs.The customer service for Rental City is above and beyond what I could’ve ever imagined. Our tent, tables, and chairs were set up and orchestrated with the venue so flawlessly and beautifully.I can’t say enough good things about Rental City. Customer service was bare minimum, prices higher than other rental places, physical location hard to find. On bright side--linens were fine, came in the correct color, were clean & folded. They were also good about handling last minute order changes.

Rental City went out of business they were cleaning the place out when we went by the other day they had a good run while they were in Vineland I wish all the employees the best of luck p thank you for your services and youre honest work were going to miss you

We love working with Rental City for all of our tent needs. They are timely, professional and always provide suggestions when asked. They have provided tents for us for over 8 years, from small events (150 people to large wine festivals seeing over 6,000 people and numerous vendors.

So i been calling Rental City for the past week to setup some rentals for events my church was having this weekend. When i called it was 3pm the lady left me on hold then got on the phone with me and told me that they close at 430 and that she needed to process my order ASAP then put me on hold for 27 mins. She was very rude and short. Then i went there today she told me that my items were not ordered just a quote she was ignorant and did not want to help. I have never experience such unprofessionalism and poor customer service. No greeting nothing she is detrimental to the business not sure if she is naturally like that or she don’t like dealing with her own people. Ie African Americans but she was rude and not helpful. The company could of made at sale but because she was so rude my director walked out of the place.
