I am sure this is a Good repair Shop because it was highly recommended to me by a friend. However, I wasnt able to use them because of logistics and where My car was at the time I needed service. 🙃

Great customer service, fast, quality work. I dropped my car off in the morning after an unexpected bumper meets curb issue and it was fixed within a couple of hours and ended up cheaper than the quoted price. Plus they cleaned my headlight! Scott is very helpful, he worked on my 2008 model after getting the front crushed and somehow managed to work a miracle to not get it totaled! It’s an excellent body and engine shop, they definitely know what they’re doing and they do it well!

We have been using Alestra Automotive for our vehicle repairs for the past 6 to 8 years. They have replaced transmissions, engines, air conditioning and may other parts. They have always been able to complete most our required repairs within a day. If they could not complete within a day it was normally because of waiting on a part on order. They were professional enough to call and let us know the status of the repairs. They will not do anything that is not required. The staff is very pleasant to work with and they are very professional. I would highly recommend Alestra Automotive for your vehicle repair.

Alestra has been our family’s mechanic of choice for years. Honest, reliable, and amazing service 100 percent of the time. Scott has brought our cars back from death’s door. One other mechanic told me to sell my car for parts because it wasn’t fixable and that he would sell the parts for a share of the percentage. I brought it to Alestra and it was repairable. Great family owned local business. Fast and friendly service! Went in for an oil change and an inspection. Not intimidating at all, and as a woman, you worry that your lack of knowledge in auto mechanics will be taken advantage of but Scott runs a no bs business. They are very comprehensive and don’t pressure you do to more than what needs to be done. The lobby area is very cozy and they have the good chocolate, not the cheap tootsies.

Unsure of the problem, he suggested I take my car to Alestra near by. I could not be more grateful of this advice from a stranger. Scott was honest, helpful, and kind. A year later, I brought my car back, and I had the same great service. They helped me with my serpentine belt but there was rattling under the passenger side after that, took it back in to be told I need a new A/C compressor. I didnt have the money for that and had to declined, then I was told I would need it to pass inspection this month (which I know is incorrect) . I passed my inspection btw and youve lost a repeat customer.
