We use Water H2Ole for water delivery to our business and they really go above and beyond. We used more water than normal this week and when I called to find out our delivery date, they sent a driver out (Ike Nelson) the same day to give us enough water to hold us over until our normally scheduled delivery date! Ike was really awesome, very friendly and polite. Im really glad we do business with them and hope anyone looking for water delivery will stop here and trust my review!!! These people are awesome! Ive been having my water delivered for years from these guys and couldnt ask for better service or water. They are so wonderful and accommodating. If your looking for great water at a great price this is it.

We have been using this company for a few years. I have always spoken to Jake who was very nice. We are a small operation and we are in and out of the office. They tried delivering the water once and we were running late so we missed them. They didnt leave a note on the door or let us know that they were here. I had to call them to see when they were coming since it was almost closing time. When I spoke to Jake, he said they would come out two days later and would be there first thing in the morning. They did not come here first thing. Instead, they tried delivering at 11:45 when we had just left for lunch. When I called back and asked if we could setup a specific time, I spoke to Ike, who told me they would not make any money from us for at least a few deliveries since we were not here for those two deliveries and to leave the empty bottles in the hallway for them to pick up. I was shocked. Ike was very rude and kicking us after YEARS of service is very unprofessional and bad customer service. I would not recommend this place as long as Ike is still there.

I searched for a water company on google when I first moved to the are and couldnt be happier that I found this business. Could possibly be the BEST customer service I have ever had! So glad I chose this company for my water needs. Always very willing to help in any way. A nice locally owned/operated business that has much better prices than larger stores. Almost forgot, the water tastes great!

We had consistent issues with delivery for 3 years or so. The owner, Ike, will say that those issues are not his problems. The driver would miss nearly ever attempt leaving his high and dry on a regular basis. They dont seem to understand how to leave a door tag so that we could make arrangements to re-deliver. They would just literally no call no show. We would then call to make arrangements, which they would again blow.The final straw wa today when they said they would be here first thing in the morning and call prior to coming. When 11:40 came around, there was no sign of water. So we left for lunch. While gone, they showed up. Again no tag. They had called at 12 noon which went unanswered (we were at lunch). Upon returning, we called and spoke to Ike. Ike, who likes to talk a lot about what arent his problems and what yours are, was rude and dismissive and basically told us he wont deliver to us anymore because he couldnt make any money on us for another 5 deliveries. I have 5 of his bottles, he asked for them back and I told them to come and get them. He said, he would be right over. I guess the empty bottles and a lost customer are worth getting over here for after all.We have signed up with a competitor who is dropping our water off on the same day, today. What a difference.

I dont know that I could ever say enough great things about this company!!! First of all their water tastes phenomenal (and thats coming from a SERIOUS water snob!) and they are the best value in the area. But more than that their customer service is out of this world!!! They go above and beyond all of the time! Today, Friday, I realized I was at the end of jug 4/4 instead of 3/4 like I thought. We have an adult dinner party Saturday and a 5th birthday party Sunday with around 30 kids coming to my home. So to say that I screwed the pooch is a serious understatement. When I called to see if I could get same day delivery I really was preparing myself to go buy bottled water. BUT water h2ole came through and delivered in less than an hour!!!!!! Save yourself the headache and homework and just go with water h2ole! They are the best!!! Thanks to Ike and his crew for always being SO wonderful!!!!!
