I was looking for a used car to replace my 2015 Buick Encore that was in an auto accident. My car was a total loss and I needed a replacement car. I was interested in a used car. I did not find one I liked. I purchased a 2021 Buick Encore and very happy I did.

I took my mom’s Buick Encore to this location to get a state inspection and an oil change. Since the car only has 36,000 - my mom wanted to use the dealership service department. I was shocked to find that the oil change was VERY reasonable and less expensive than other local service stations. In addition, our advisor, Mallory, was fantastic! She patiently answered my questions, proactively kept me informed of progress (which is great!) and was overall just very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location- great service and reasonable prices.

My experience at this location with Sonny was exceptional from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. When I first arrived, there was another customer ahead of me; however, I was still recognized and greeted. After authorizing my service, I waited for my vehicle to be completed which totaled about 1 hour. When the service was complete, Sonny reviewed the multipoint details and advised future services I may need as well as estimates. Upon leaving I was thanked for my services. The service department overall was just flat out the best. Not only were they able to get my GMC truck in for service 2 days after a July 4th holiday weekend, without hesitation, they went above and beyond their call of duty to get the work done for me in what I would consider record time considering the issue. My hat is off to Mallory Mault for her outstanding customer service, follow up and follow through to the very end. Also, to the service team for getting it fixed correctly and quickly, the first time. When it comes to taking care of my GMC, I wont go anywhere else. Then we received orders from the navy and having a baby being sick and moving we couldn’t attend the re scheduled apt. ( I called to explain ) They will not give me our $1400+ back. The management has not responded and I’ve been trying for months to get my money back. That money really could’ve helped us during that time. So unfortunate..

I am getting my car serviced at this place from past two years..As usual last week i gave my car for servicing and went to pick it up and about to make the payment...cashier asked me to pay $300 and i was surprised as the estimate was provided for only $190. I asked her to elaborate and explain the bill. They charged twice for the Windshield wiper blades.( $44.55 for each wiper blade) They charged extra for the engine oil change and tire rotation. After requesting for clarification, the bill went down to $190. It might be a mistake if it happened one of the item.. Please make sure to ask questions for each service they provide before paying the bill.Thank you.
