We are lucky to be near the beach but it is hard on windows, doors and hardware. After 25 years, we have had to replace some Anderson sashes and a few of the French doors. I have put this off for a few years because I dreaded tearing the house apart. I was so wrong and with the right people from Kempsville Building Materials, it was super easy.The sashes are easy to remove and the trim work stays intact. The balance mechanisms are all replaced and the new doors are going in today. We will be good for at least another 25 years. Dont procrastinate, its a relatively easy fix. I had no idea! Thank you to the Kempsville Building team!
