I’ve used Affordable Floors in 3 of my homes for both carpet and laminate. All of my family members have also used them in their houses and they have been extremely pleased as well. The only issue my mom had was one section of a patterned carpet on a single step was a bit off center and they came back and replaced it immediately. Robin is our sales guy and he treats us like family. Highly recommend!

This company is an all around JOKE. We bought a brand new house and this company is who the builder used for the flooring. Well, we have had issues from the beginning with the lament flooring. Before our walk thru, when our home was being built, there were chips in the floor. So...we asked them to fix the floor. Wanna know what they did?! They drilled and pulled parts of the boards up, replaced them and ever since the boards pop up, food and water gets under them...it’s an absolute joke. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. They have been here and replaced these boards over a half a dozen times knowing that this would not work-they just want to place a bandaid on the situation. It’s absolutely horrible to purchase a brand new home and the flooring be screwed up. I will never ever recommend them and will be filing a claim against them soon if this does not become resolved.DON’T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
