I’m glad that journeys is still apart of the mall, I’m happy that i can find Vans shoes there, and more reasonably priced than at the Vans outlets which is just a hallway away. I like how open and attentive the staff was; although felt frustrated and embarrassed that I didn’t know what size shoe my daughter needed because every shoe varies and she in the 100% for her age group. So she doesn’t fit anything her size. The ladies here were very patient with me and helped me, I wanted to leave because I’m not good in public settings but last time I shopped online at the Vans official site I was super disappointed. I’m so glad I went in today and thankful that the employee helping me was understanding . And we left in converse that she was dancing the whole way home in .♥️ Thank you !

Went on a Saturday. Really busy, good service, really great selection.

Friendly staff but under manned. I was being helped until someone else walked into the store and the employee had to help them and there wasnt anyone else that would take my money so I found a better price on Amazon while waiting and had my shoes delivered.

Great selection of Dr. Martens boots. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me in my new shoes. They provided pletty of sock options as well.

Me and my wife were shopping for a few pairs of shoes today and I literally JUST left this particular journeys store. When we walked in the store, there was only ONE assistant on the floor helping customers with her hands filled with boxes; Jennifer. Me and my wife tried on a few pairs of sneakers and boots, while the woman kept going to the back of the store bringing us alternate sizes. She did all this to see if we could leave satisfied with a pair that fit, so she went to the back for us maybe 5 times and never complained. She was very friendly. We saw two men come out from the back and just stood there and talked to each other in the corner. These men who happened to be employees just stood there and watched her work. Neither of them asked if she needed help. We asked her what her name was again to verify her name was Jennifer. When we checked out we purchased 4 pairs of shoes. One of the men took over the cash register when it was our turn to check out. He said who helped you guys? Was it Charles? And we said no Jennifer helped us the whole time and he said again okay Charles and we said No Jennifer helped us. The man checking us out KNEW Charles did not help us, which Im guessing was the other man who was standing around in the back talking to him. I got my receipt with just an employee i.d. so I dont know if JENNIFER got credit for her hard work there but i was VERY VERY upset with the laziness I saw with those two employees. Its wrong to let one young lady work while they stand around doing nothing. Its unacceptable that they tried to give each other credit when they KNOW they werent doing anything but talk to each other.

Rob deserves a raise and promotion. Most helpful. Stopped what he was working on and helped me leave with both what I wanted and needed. Very personable. Go see Rob!!!

I went there the other day just to window shop on 4/18/18. One of the employees was an out of this world Sales Man. He should be selling cars, not shoes. They ended up not having my size in the shoe I wanted, so he brought me multiple options of similar shoes and then offered to order them for me! I received the shoes 2 days later at my front door. It was so easy. I missed his name but the employee number on my receipt was 368369. He was friendly, outgoing, knowledgable about the product and shipping process, and good looking (that always helps lol.) He even convinced me to buy no-show socks & I am so happy i did cause they look great with my shoes! Hes was great employee and sales man, if he isnt a manager, he needs to be! Great experience. Not only was he great, but the other two employees there were also friendly and I noticed them greet every single customer that came in while I was there. They were eager to please!

The staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. And were courteous send quick. Very knowledgeable

Gets busy but the staff is great and works hard to find what you need .
