Been coming here for almost a year for multiple services and very satisfied. Friendly and professional. They have a wide variety of services offered. Prices are very fair. I would advise to plan well in advance for an appointment because they are very busy as they should be! I love this place and have recommended to many.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was very well kept and clean. I am excited to return for my next session. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to this place for close to 5 years off and on for different things. The staff has always been friendly and on top things PlUS the prices are reasonable and they have always do good work. If your trying to get hair free face or other areas this is the place to be.

TERRIBLE terrible terrible customer service. Sandy and the lady on the phone are NOT the people for this job. They talk to customers in a TERRIBLY DOWNGRADING MANNER. If you will be spending so much money on a service, make sure they treat you RIGHT. If youre going to be charge around $1000 for some service, at least have the decency to serve nicely or be a human. Horrible people.

Sandy is pleasant and efficient. I purchased a laser hair removal package from her and continued to go in for individual sessions after the package was used up. She has the best prices in the area and provides a clean and safe space.

I cannot say enough about Sandy and Kathy.Kathy is always so friendly to talk to when I come in. Im almost 60 years old. Today, when I left the studio. I was told when I went back to my office that I looked 15 years younger. I was promptly seen; the receptionist was very pleasant and Sandy the esthetician was wonderful. Her skin is gorgeous by the way! I’ve never had laser hair removal and,this was my first treatment out of 4 so I’m anxiously awaiting the final results.

I purchased Groupon for laser hair removal and went to 5 sessions. The hair never stopped growing and the laser burnt my face. Huge waste of my money!! I reluctantly decided to try Light RX in Va Beach for laser hair removal. While it was alot more money. The results were phenomenal. My 1st treatment stopped the hair growth. I do not recommend Nu Me Laser for African Americans at all. They do not have the proper laser for our skin type

Phone number is disconnected. I have been calling since January and always get the disconnected message from Verizon. I thought it was an error months ago, but now I am attempting again to utilize a groupon but it appears they cannot lay theirbphone Bill, or have gone out of business. So where is the groupon money going?

I bought a groupon last year. The receptionist was very clear who would be a good canidate. When I arrived for the appointment I found the office to be cozy and personal. Sandy did not have me waiting long at all. She asked me lots of questions to make sure this would be a good fit for me. The laser was uncomfortable but not awful. After the first appointment I was so thankful I chose to have this done. It has been 3 visits now with 1 to go and I am happier than ever. I am so comfortable with Sandy and her knowledge she laser ed my face to remove scars. She said it would hurt and it did. It did help the scars and they are looking better every week. Sandy was clear one treatment to my face would help but not remove every deep scar. I appreciate her honesty and will continue to go to her.

Wanted to charge me extra because they didn’t consider the neck part of “beard and mustache” then the lady tried to convert me.

So far I got no complaints . Sandy and the rest of the staff are efficient and I get great service.

If it is a customers first time getting any procedure, your job should be to make them feel safe and confident in your abilities to perform any procedure and to treat them.We purchased our Groupon for this location back in October. We went to one visit and afterwards my fiance (a transgender woman) has been in tears about returning because of the harsh abrasiveness and rudeness of the esthetician. She didnt make my fiance feel confident nor comfortable.Upon calling today when we were supposed to go in and making a complaint about the rudeness from the esthetician she proceeded to yell at me that it isnt her job to make my fiance feel comfortable that its my job to do that and shes had plenty of MEN (she emphasised this knowing my fiance is a transgender female) who have done just fine.The lack of respect and the amount of rudeness from this esthetician its no surprise my fiance wouldnt want to return. Groupon very kindly just refunded my entire amount upon my complaint to them. So if you want to take your chances go for it. She does just fine at what she does, shes just one of the rudest and abrasive people Ive ever met.

This place was such a ripoff!!! We bought the groupon to try and save a little for a hair laser removal. You are there for 2 mins max. It is ridiculous they are finished before it would actually work. Very disappointed and not coming back and will not recommend. Save your money and go some place that will do it right so you actually get results for what you pay. They will reoffer the groupon price again but there is no reason we shouldnt have been completely finished after the 8 treatments like other people have at other places.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 2WEKKS THIS HAS HAPPENED! THEY SAY THEY OPEN AT 10:30 BUT WILL MAKE YOU WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL AFTER 11:20am ... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NEVER GO HERE!
