Wonderful experience at Jete Dancewear. The owner was super nice and patient. She took time and care when fitting my daughter for pointe shoes for the first time. It took us two hours to drive there (we have zero dance stores where we live) but it was well worth it. We will definitely be returning customers.

This place either has it or can get it if we are talking anything dance, ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, you get the point, they cover it all. The staff as well as the owner are truly amazing girls, and very knowledgeable on the products they carry. They are extremely friendly and patient with each and every customer that comes in, they take their time and treat each as if that is the only customer of the day. Very hard to find service such as this in these times today. Awesome awesome awesome place to shop!

Fantastic first experience @ Jete. Was greeted as soon as I entered and offered assistance. Not a closed question such as “Do you need help with something.” But an open-ended, conversation starter- “What brings you in today?” I love to see that in these days and times, some businesses still understands what it means to provide great customer service. They offer a great selection of gymnastics apparel which is what brought me to them in the first place. Will absolutely be returning!

Brought my 3 year old earlier today, she has the tiniest feet and we couldnt find anything anywhere until here! We were kind of in a rush but the staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable! We walked out with new shoes and it only took 5-10mins. My daughter is very shy but she made her feel comfortable during the sizing! Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service told me I don’t care about my daughter and I need to care more ? Me on wht she can do. Only the old lady the younger girls where ok. Don’t ever question my parent skills if my kids look healthy and happy.

Weve been shopping for our daughter for many years. Staff is knowledgeable. Discounts for local dance schools.

The young lady who assisted us was helpful however, a women who I assume was the owner of the store acted in an unprofessional way. When undecided on what to buy she told the young lady who was assisting us to put the item away. She also stated that the disposable stockings used to try on shoes needed to be taken off before leaving. The way that this women acted was an unacceptable way to interact with customers. I do not plan to ever visit this shop again.

Workers were incredibly sweet and accommodating but the owner, or who I presume to be the owner, was a big bully! She was disrespectful towards her staff and very rude towards the customers, talking to us as though we had no clue what we’re talking about!

This place is cute, and they have a good selection. The service was extremely helpful both times I visited. One lady even showed me how to do a ballerina bun.

I stopped by today and the lady in the store was extremely helpful with selecting and fitting my 3yo daughter with her first pair of ballet slippers. My daughter had a lot of fun during the entire process.

Poor service, nasty attitudes, and they offered to give a shoe sizing when one was not needed and then after told me that they charge for sizings. They are scammers and I will no longer be a customer and will no longer recommend people to them. They don’t deserve any stars.
