Had a great experience working with Rob, Jason & Korie. Steve, the owner, was quick to come out and give me a rundown of our options and an estimate. They redid our deck and were quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a great job hauling away old wood, I was nervous with dogs and potential leftover nails but they were very meticulous with cleaning up the jobsite. They managed to squeeze me in before family came into town because the hole in our previous deck was a bad tripping hazard. I would recommend them and Steve to anyone.

We needed to have rotting wood and four posts replaced on my front porch. I sent out several emails and left many voicemails for other companies trying to get a quote. I received two responses. One company wanted to charge double what Ace quoted. Plus, they listened to what I wanted and gave me options. They communicated during the process as some hidden “gems” were found but the additional money needed was not much. Rob installed and took great care of our house. When he finished I was at work. He snapped a pic and sent it to me - even placing my porch chairs back in place! Any future home projects I’ll be reaching out for sure. I wish I knew about them BEFORE I signed a contract for roof and siding because I’m willing to bet I would’ve saved money.

We hired Ace Home Improvements to replace some boards on our existing dock. They did a fantastic job and the final result looks great! Steve, the owner, is great to work with and he is friendly and he answers questions or responds to texts right away. We had one of his workers, Josh, who started our dock project and he did great work. Another employee, Rob, finished the underside of our gazebo and dock. ACE Home Improvements updated my existing deck with composite decking And railings. I kept the same framing and layout on a large deck including the pathway, front porch, and outdoor shower. I had a specific vision for the railing and drink rail and the crew definitely delivered! The owner Steve was very responsive whenever I contacted him. I had his cell number and could text whenever and know I would get a response. The crew did a great job and you can tell they took great pride in their work. If any issues came up, they quickly contacted me so we could get a path to move forward. Their attention to detail was excellent. I was very happy with the way they worked with me to create the design I wanted for the rails when my “wants” didn’t exist in standard railings that were currently available in stock. They knew the rails were important to me and updated me at the right times and confirmed with the first section that it was what I wanted before continuing. When I was getting quotes, ACE was right in the middle. They worked with me to understand what was doable with my budget and provided cost per additional square foot of framing that might need to be replaced during the demo. They were honest throughout the entire process. Thanks again for working with my vision to create a deck that the entire family loves! It is safe and gorgeous! I would work with them again on other projects based on this experience .

We recently purchased a house and had the home inspector miss major damage. Some bring structural. We had to have called 8 different companies trying to find a contractor to come help us out, with no responses. We filled out Ace’s online questionnaire and within a few days David reached out to us. He was there the next day to get us and estimate. Then came over on a weekend to bring us the contract to sign to be able to start the very next day. He was absolutely wonderful. He came when he said he was, called and stayed in contact the whole way. Gave us his personal number. Even took pictures for us throughout the job to be able to hopefully use to go after the people who missed this and tried to cover it up. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work on our house. It was done quickly and looks beautiful. Installed new gutters on two story home and fixed siding storm damage. Did the best they could repairing old siding, I need to replace entire house siding soon. Gutters were installed quickly, professionally and look great. Crew was friendly, courteous and did complete cleanup. Would hire again.

I used Ace for some recent roof repairs. They were very responsive. Vincent and his team were out here the day after I called and were able to complete the work the same day. Quality roof and chimney repairs, they knew their stuff, and were the best price around. I will use them again for any future work.

Rob is great. He did an outstanding job fixing our outdated tv nook. Put up a new wall, moved the electrical forward and finished it nicely. He was always on time, professional and communicates extremely well. If you’re looking for some work done on your house call these guys. Pretty sure there isn’t a job they couldnt handle. They are great and their prices very reasonable. I’ve already referred them to friends and coworkers and have more work to be done myself.

WOW! is all I could keep saying after Mark finished the work he did. Lets start with the doors. I have 2 of the exact same outswing French doors that face each other on opposite ends of my porch. One installed 8 years ago and One installed 4 months ago. Both were sticking and drafty due them not sealing properly and they were installed by two different contractors. Mark knew almost immediately after looking at them what was wrong and fixed them in short order. The doors open and close like they are supposed to and I can only imagine my electric bill will go down since Im no longer heating and cooling the outside.Next the windows...Lets just say the window install was...unfinished. The trim using the word loosely placed on the outside didnt seal the gap between the window and the brick and water was coming into my room every time it rained threatening to ruin my newly installed floor. You could see the Tyvex wrap around part of the windows in places. Mark, expertly wrapped the windows, evened out the trim so it looked like each window was custom and finished up with an amazingly precise caulk job against the brick and mortar joints that accentuated even more that he was an ultimate professional.To say that Mark (and Steve) are highly recommended is an understatement. I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and the standard of their work. Ive already recommended them to my sister and will continue to do so to anyone who needs work done.

Definitely recommend these guys. Our repair man Mark was fantastic, extremely cordial and professional. He repaired some some trimming and replaced some shutters that were damaged from the last storm. He came in, did his thing and was out of there in no time. Time from first phone to repair was 3-4 days which I really appreciated because Im sure they were real busy after the storm.Given all this I thought the pricing was extremely fair.Definitely keeping Ace in my speed-dial and I am looking to use them again real soon.

I contracted Ace Home Improvements to replace a wooden exterior door on my house that was rotting. It was a difficult job, because my house is a century house and the door size was non-standard. They did an excellent job of installing a good steel door into the space and building from the frame to the walls. I was very pleased with the final product, as well as the promptness and professionalism of the work crew. Will definitely contract them again in the future.

It all started with siding in 2008 when Steve showed me that he had a color of siding for which I had been searching and that no one else had. The work is first quality. There have been issues with manufacturers and Steve has successfully resolved each situation to my full satisfaction. Over the past few weeks, I’ve called several contractors to come out for an estimate on replacing the brick molding on my backdoor, or the whole back door due to bugs coming in. I received a couple of estimates out of the several contractors I contacted (with no one answering my calls or giving me a definite date on when they can do the work). I then called Ace Home Improvement on Friday afternoon. I must be honest, when I initially heard the cost, I was hesitant because I was quoted cheaper and was not trying to spend that amount. When I thought in terms of reliability, lifetime warranty, and the fact that Steve was available to answer my call, I decided to go with Ace. I called Saturday morning to let him now we can move forward and can set up a day for next week, I received a call from Mark Saturday afternoon who said he can come out the same day to do the work or Sunday. My door has been installed and Mark found the main reason why bugs were coming in. I’m very pleased with Steve and Mark’s communication and professionalism. I even recd a followup call from Steve to ensure I was pleased. The price I paid was worth it and the service I received.

Awful, just awful. It was a headache from start to finish. Getting them here to do the job was a chore, and they always showed up late. Disgruntled workers that would bad mouth the boss and who were quick to pass the blame. Pushing too hard to finish the job so they could get paid--Im still cleaning up their debris months later. I find caulk drops everywhere from my patio furniture to the air handling unit. Completely dissatisfied, Steve promises more than he delivers.
