Sean is my guy- Im the PM of a VA beach project and he helps me on a daily basis!

My problem is not so much with branch in Virginia Beach its more with the repasentitive who handles the accounts Ms. Christine Hylan. She is rude and sarcastic and takes it upon herself to close accounts if she does not like what you say or reduce your credit limit with no probable cause except you are late on a payment. Apparently she has complete control and no one can do anything about her. I have also wondered why in the last year and half why so many employees who have been there for over 20yrs have left and went to other companies, maybe they see or know something that we dont.Either way with people like Ms. Hylan at the helm I will take my business else where.

One star is a long shot!! The customer service has gone to the curb and is the absolutely terrible. Everyone you get on the phone is rude and acts like they dont even want to help. Cant get the orders correct then get mad at the customer because they messed up. Will be taking our business elsewhere!!
