Anyone who has gone to an Apple store to get help with your iPhone during COVID knows you will be turned away and told to download the app and make an appointment, only to find out nothing is available for weeks. Well dont waste your time waiting, I was able to go to the Cell Phone Zone the same day, I called ahead and they had my battery in stock, and advised it would take only 30 min and cost was $40+ tax. The gentleman that waited on me was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It was less money than Apple and BestBuy. I would highly recommend them and use them again!!

The service was extremely fast and cheap. But you get what you pay for I guess. My crack screen was replaced in less then 30 minutes, but the quality was horrible. I had my brightness turned up to 10 and it looked like my old screen set on 4. The worst part was my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi stopped working and the screen cracked the next day with a screen protector and case. Instead of correcting the issue I was accused of dropping my phone and breaking the screen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I would rather buy a new phone than deal with this company again. You BUY CHEAP, YOU GET CHEAP and the customer service that comes along with it.

I went here today, 4th of July, to get my iPhone 7 screen fix, everything was doing okay its just the screen. He said he can do it for $80 within 30 minutes, so I walked around the mall about 30 minutes then when I went back he said: Give me ten minutes, so I waited another 10 minutes. My friend and I waited for them to fix my phone. After more than 20 minutes, he told us that my home screen button is not working, so his gonna put the old phone screen back. He just made my problems with my phone worst and wont even give a compensation to get my home button fix, which theyre the one who broke it at the first place. THIS PLACE TOOK SOME PARTS IN MY PHONE WHICH IS THE REASON WHY MY HOME BUTTON IS NOT WORKING. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE AGAIN. ITS A SCAM.

Absolute worst! The guy was super rude... Had to come back because my screen came off again. He was rudeabout re fixing it and said the phone was no longer going to be waterproof if he re fixes it and that he didnt have to disclose that to me... Super sketchy. Horrible job. Glue was all over the screen he said he cant clean it also my phone started typing by itself.... Phone is still not glued on right but after 3 times of going back i seriously dont think they know what they are doing.

Absolutely horrible! They didnt fix it right the first time, they didnt fix it right the 2nd time, then they didnt fix it right the 3rd time. Then Omar refused to attempt to fix it again for the 4th time I had to return it. I wasted a LOT of money for them to not do their job correctly and fix my screen. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The absolute worst place ever to get your phones or anything fixed from these ppl first off I’d like to say they blamed me for scaring customers away because I showed back up from work in my uniform (not to scare anyone but because I was coming from work it was on my way home) mind you I’m in the military ! I asked the owner to fix my home the back glass part of the iPhone 8+ he said he would for 120$ I asked for military and he was like oh ok 90$ but will u come with me to footlocker and let me use your discount to get a pair of shoes ? What? He tried to hustle me?! I paid him money to fix the phone and when I got it back I noticed something wasn’t right with my camera and that there was more damage to the outside then there was when I got it. Went home and noticed my camera wasn’t working and it would focus on top of that the flash wasn’t working nether was the flashlight on the iPhone I brought it back today in my uniform after work and he said oh I’ll fix it for u but no refund I asked for my full amount back and he still tried to hustle me with 50$ then he said I’ll give u 50$ but I want the glass back back lol mind you he broke my glass back even more to get it off and put the new one on there I said no then I said I’m calling the mall security and cops and he says oh god here we go a loud and rude customer so I called security and then called the cops as I was on the phone he told me to lower my voice and he would give me 70$ and take the back off. He still wasn’t getting it so he wouldn’t give me 50$ or 70$ at the end of all that he said I’ll fix your phone I said no it should have been fixed in the first place he grabbed my phone out of my hand and started trying to fix the back on his own I said Um no what are you doing he said I’m gonna break the back like u gave me and give u 50$ back since I had to give u the back u still can pay for it so I said no give me my phone we can wait for the cops! The cops can’t do anything but better believe I’m taken this up higher and getting them out of this mall and ruining more customers property! STAY AWAY FROM WALK IN FIX !!!!!!

You need to ask for Ferda to fix your smartphone, otherwise your smartphone becomes dumbphone. To fix the smartphone, you need a great craftsmanship, attention to details, and more. I wouldn’t let others to touch my smartphone other than Ferda! The prices about $100 less than others and get fixed within 30 minutes. Others may take several days to fix and could break the phone altogether!

First off I hate lying reviews so on my sons soul everything I say is 100% so by no means am I a phone person...so 3 weeks ago my old Samsung grandprime screen finally gave out and instead of transferring forget it Ill pay to get the screen fixed np...found this walk in in the mall said he could fix for 80 ok cool....so I believe I could of gotten cheaper of xourse! especially when I looked on line and saw a screen for my phone was 9.99 but OK cool bro 70 dollars worth of labor whatever give me my phone everything worked but the home button oOK cool bro looks brand whatever we good...fast forward 3 weeks my bro used my upgrade to get the iPhone X again Im not a phone person so whatever but he gave me his S8 and told me sell it so I did some pricing and when I ask the Russian he said yes Ill buy it 240 but I told him there was a small crack...he said its cool...drove from Chesapeake just for him to try and play me and say 15 bucks it took all the decency to not smack the accent outta him...like u fix screens all day u would fix this half inch crack and resell for 3-400 then he said so u not gonna take the 15??? I snatched my phone so quick and told about word of mouth in U.S.A. and he lost a customer for life...and threw his card out my console when I got to my car...moral of the story honest and integrity equal good business well at least to good people russian if your reading this I know u make money all day EASY money but 15 dollars for a 800 phone??? I hope it wasnt because u thought I was needy,dumb, desperate or ummm stupid...I really might detour people from your stand when they approach in the mall say at least 15 potential clients?? what ya think??
