Arrived on time,very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Return visit for installion of door was late due to emergency, but the job was performed in speedy fashion and the work was top notch. Smoothest and quietest motor Ive ever seen.

This is a great company. I rarely post reviews but have to on this one. The company was responsive and quick and the technician Zack H did an amazing job and worked on discounts for me during the install due to equipment I already had. He also came back after the install to verify it’s operating functions just to make sure all was well. I would definitely use this company. Can’t recommend them enough.

This companys employees were very professional and the repair of my garage door opener was handled quickly, and the cost was reasonable. I was very impressed with the young man who did the repair. Overall, he was perhaps the best of all the many, many people who have done repair work at my home. Im glad I chose them to do the work, and I highly recommend this company!

I was shocked that Lion came to my aid so quickly! The same day that I called them. Zack was very prompt and polite!He respected Covid guidelines and did exactly what I requested. Upon arrival technician stated it would be a simple repair spring replacement. I asked the cost because it’s free estimates and was told no more than $200. Technician finish the repair in approximately 25 minutes and handed me a bill for $426. I asked him why it was over double his estimate and he explained he makes a percentage off of the parts and labor. Would not use this company again. Beware.

Excellent service! Yesterday I went out to my car in our garage and when I tried to open the garage door to back out, I saw that the cable on the old garage door opener had broken. I called Lion Garage Door to see about scheduling a repair. The individual I spoke with was very courteous and said they would have someone here the next day which is exactly what happened. The repairman Dan could not have been nicer, explained what needed to be done, and was very proficient and professional in completing the work. I was very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called at 8a and they had somewhere at my place by 2p! Had to replace the springs in my garage door, only one was broken but recommended the other get replaced too since they were probably the same age. Total was almost 600 which seemed a little pricy but it was quick and efficient work. Zachary was great!

Zack did a great job on our repair. The company came out on the same day that our spring broke (old system). Zack explained that they no longer install those types of systems for safety reasons & the new one is quite expensive. He professionally installed the new system.

Lions came to our office to pm 8 commercial garage doors and repair 3 (simple repairs such as a hinge or roller). Within 5 minutes of arriving the technician was smoking inside of our garage bay and said all of the doors are unrepairable and need to be replaced. When pressed he said he could repair one door for $1600. The technician gave me some nonsense that he would not be able to get parts for most of those doors because they did not have a model number on them when in reality hinges are measured in height so he did not need a model number the technician clearly did not know what he was doing and was a sales person who is very unprofessional thinking that it would ever be appropriate to smoke inside of somebody’s building. I requested for him to leave with no repairs done paid the service call fee, And requested a quote for the replacement of all the doors he said I should have a quote within 24 hours A lady in the office called me back the next day and told me that quote would take an additional day. I never received the quote, I contacted overhead door and they completed a PM and repair on all eight doors and only charge me $600 For two technicians who were professional. I do not frequently call a business a scam however I don’t know anything else I could call lion garage door repair. Would not wish their service on my worst enemy

I called Lion at 6:30 in the evening and received an appointment at noon the next day. The customer service agent on the phone took detailed notes about my garage door issue, so that the technician could be fully prepared and stocked when they arrived.Tobias and another gentleman showed up 5 minutes early and quickly identified and explained the issue. Both men were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They provided me with a quote and got right to work. Their price was very affordable. This company is amazing!

They took my call on a Saturday morning which I appreciated very much. Our garage door had quite a few issues and was not opening at all. He replaced several components and reinforced all connections. We also bought one door opener. The door now opens and closes effortlessly. That wasnt the case before. The service agent Michael Perry did a great job. I paid for the whole service $574. I definitively recommend them and will rehire, if needed. They are reliable.

Technician was professional, on time and left the work area clean. A few days after the service was done I noticed an issue with the cables. I sent an email detailing my concerns. The next day Lion Garage Doors called me, listened to my concerns, promptly came out and fixed the issue. Good company with nice people that stand behind their work.

Toby did a great repair job for us and is quite knowledgable about his business and products. When we upgrade our garage door opener, we want Toby to do it.

My wife met Eli through a real estate transaction she was involved with and it just so happened that we were pricing replacing our garage door. We made an appointment to get an estimate and he came over to our house with a brochure that we looked through to select what we wanted. We selected the type of door, color, motor and we also had him price several options of glass and hardware just so we would know the cost and he emailed a professional estimate. Eli explained to us that we didn’t need to replace our motor and that it would save us some money however we elected to replace it anyway because it was affordable to do so. We chose the other items we wanted and gave him the go ahead because we had already received several considerably higher estimates. Eli gave us the lead time and installed the new door when he said that he would. My wife and I are very happy with the product and workmanship and Eli was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Furthermore there was nothing unpleasant about the whole experience. I strongly recommend Lion Garage Door for a new door or repair. We are glad that we did.

I had called another company who quoted me over $600 to service my garage door. I Then contacted Lion Garage Door. He was on time and his quote was over $400 less to perform the same service. He completed the work the same day and did a terrific job. Highly recommended.

Very flexible for appointments. They were able to work around my work schedule and meet me in the evening so I could get an estimate. After 15 years, I wanted to be just push a button for the garage and not fight with it. After taking with them and another company on the phone who wasn’t as flexible I decided to go with Lion Garage Doors. They were able to come out the next evening and take care of installing the whole system including a keypad and remotes. They even gave us some tips on maintaining everything and answered all of my wife’s questions. I’ll let anyone who asks know that they’re the best garage door company out there.

This is my worst experience!!! I called them because the garage door doesnt open. The guy came in and told the issue is the spring and it is going to cost me $175, I told him to go a head and fix it. he fixed the spring but the garage door still doesnt open and still took the money. I called to complain and left message twice. The third time they blocked my number!!!!I called again to talk to a manger and they gave me the technician who came to fix my door and told me to stop calling us, he was using abusive language. TOTALLY unprofessional and borderline criminal

Very impressed. Called on Sunday, came out on Monday, Memorial Day morning. Eli was fantastic!!!! He did an excellent job figuring out what was wrong and fixing it. A few hours later, had a new motor, sensors, garage door opener, and programmed my car opener...very happy!!!

Our garage door was quite old and very creaky. We finally got the time to get it fixed. A friend recommended these company to me, and it was the best decision. We got a techie that knew what needed to be done, explained in detail and completed the job quickly.

Best maintenance I’ve ever had! The garage door stop working while my husband was out to sea, so I had to set up an appointment when the technician arrived he didn’t mind when I asked for confirmation that he was the technician (Can’t be too careful). After a quick inspection, he told me that the springs was loose and that he could take care of the problem while he was still there. He quoted me a price and after a quick google search determined that it was a very fair price. He didn’t even charge me for the estimate or service call, just the part and work, minus a military discount :-). I didn’t have to deal with any pushy sales people at all. And within an hour everything was working the way it was supposed to. Very relieved.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, GO TO “MILLER’S GARAGE DOOR COMPANY” INSTEAD!! His service charge changes day to day...I should’ve followed my gut and not allowed them to install my garage door opener. After a incomplete installation, call the next day to inform of my issue the owner ROB stated there would be an additional $90 fee to come back out, after his guy didn’t complete the work. WTH? I’m gonna dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with BBB.

When considering the harsh climate, without any excuse, they arrived the same day. It was much-needed help and did a great job.

Way too expensive, the technician came to the house an hour and half late and charged me $90 just for moving the lock on the garage door which was stopping the door from closing.

My garage door is old, but I cannot afford a new one at the moment. Luckily, whenever my door breaks, this garage door repair company manages to fix it at a great price.
