We called Atlantic Glass to do an estimate for shower doors to be put in after we remodeled our bathroom. Everyone from the estimator, the office staff to the installers were very pleasant to deal with. Great customer service and follow up from the beginning until the end. Very reasonable prices as well. Will definitely use them again for any future needs!

From my first phone call to my first visit here I received first class service! I had beveled mirror strips custom to fit my builder grade bathroom mirror . The cut or measurements were a little off but you guys made it right without hesitation. I’m glad I found y’all because I have more projects to come . Like the terminator said “I’ll be back!

I had a project to do that was semi out of the norm, I needed a specific measurement for glass to fit inside of an old Willys Jeep grill. I called and initially spoke with Julie. Julie, so patient with me and open to my ideas, jumped right on the opportunity to help me, and I am so incredibly thankful for her! I brought the grill in and met with Julie to go over what I was looking to do and she said they could make it happen. Dave cut and set the glass and reinforced it with silicone and everyone in the entire shop was extremely helpful and even helped me come up with ideas for mounting. It turned out to be such an amazing project and gift for a retiring Marine Corps Master Sergeant Jeep enthusiast. I can’t thank Atlantic Glass and Mirror and their wonderful staff enough! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!! Absolutely amazing customer service and fast turnaround!

Awesome staff and service. Had a glass shower door installed over 20 years ago. Handle broke. Raymond and his staff were very patient. Gave me some parts to try. Eventually ordered a new handle. Really spent a lot of time, never rushed. Only glass place I would ever use!

Called on a Monday for a quote on a glass top for our kitchen table. We liked to price and placed the order. It was ready that Friday and it was perfectly fabricated to our dimensions and exactly as we ordered it. We couldn’t be more pleased. These guys were great and went the extra mile. Very fast, same day service. We have used them for years. Just recently, after fixing a broken glass door, they even adjusted the hydraulics in the door mechanism so it wouldn’t slam so hard. I didn’t even notice how off that was, but they did and went out of their way to fix it. They were also very patient while I had a store full of people, waiting for me to get free to sign some paperwork. Great folks. Using them again if we need them.

Heather, in the showroom, was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly narrowed the numerous options down to two, based on her careful consideration of my bathroom and house style; answering all of my questions. The installation, by highly trained technicians was so precise, I could not believe the cut of the glass panels and doors fit each other and the surrounding tile so perfectly-you could have measured it with a micrometer. And after the sale and installation, when you may think customer service is over, I called with an issue. John, of the management, personally visited to install a different water diverter along the bottom of the shower door. We were very happy with the services received from this business. They thoroughly explained all costs and gave us many options, with no pressure. We took our time deciding what we wanted to buy. All staff were very friendly and polite. They installed a bathroom shower door for us which was exactly what we wanted. We will be contacting them in the future to install a sliding glass door on our bathtub/shower in another bathroom. I highly recommend them.

One star because there isnt a zero! Communication is absolutely the worst!! Its been over a month and I still dont have my project complete. Im so unhappy with everything!!Update: Atlantic Glass has still never finished my job that I already paid for and today was the dead line. I needed the finished pieces by today because we go into the camp ground with the dogs today! Thank God Bay Area glass took care of me yesterday (same day service there!) I will never deal with Atlantic Glass again! Not only was my job not finished in over a month and I had paid for it, I got no phone calls, no Im sorry its not ready but the blonde in the office is the worst! Bad attitude and knows nothing. Truthfully besides not getting a completed job didnt piss me off as bad as her attitude. If you do go there witch I highly recommend you dont at least Julie is nice with a great personality, just dont hold your breath for phone calls, updates or finished product. I recommend Bay Area Glass, cost a bit more but 10 times better customer service!!!

Great customer service despite only having a VERY small job. I just needed a glass shelf cut. I called with my specifications and Heather gave me a price immediately. I stopped by later that day expecting to place my order and come back in a day or two to get my shelf. They cut it for me on the spot! And the office ladies were so kind to my 6 year old while we waited. I will definitely go back there for all my glass and mirror needs...big or small!!!

The glass fell out of our RV mirror on the way down to the beach. We had to get it replaced before the ride home and it was the beginning of the Labor Day weekend. We called Atlantic Glass and was told to bring the mirror in ASAP. Several hours later, we picked it up. It was a safety issue and Atlantic Glass took care of it the same day. Great customer service! Grateful for their willingness to fix the problem the same day.

Went in to see about ordering glass doors, about 2 pm on a weekday. Wait. Nobody in sight. Wait.Hear someone speaking, follow the sound, find a young lady who is on the phone. I wait. Wait.Make sure she knows I am a customer waiting.17 minutes pass. Shes making plans on the phone, & hopes her date can get off early.I will never take my business there, ever.

0 Stars if possible - I called for quotation - explained I would email a detailed drawing of the shower enclosure. Emailed as instructed, called back 3 days later was told it took 3 days to get an rough estimate. A week later still no response . I can only imagine what their work is like considering how they run their business.

I am a Class A General Contractor. I do residential and commercial work. I have used Atlantic Glass for almost 8 years now, and cannot say enough good things about them. I have showed up in a bind and Heather, Ray or anyone available has cut glass for me. I use them for my bathroom remodels because I have yet to come up with a shower enclosure that John has not been able to make happen. If you need help with commercial storefront or just a small picture frame they are the place to go. I would recommend they to anyone.

Worst customer experience i have ever had with a vendor. No communication won’t return phone calls; or emails. Awful experience finf it hard to believe this company is in business.

I can only give one star since it wont let me give zero. We called Atlantic to have a window replaced. Atlantic charged our card for full amount the day we called then never installed the window. We called them several times and kept giving us new dates. Finally a month later we hired another firm who installed the same window for $200 less (40% less) and in three days. Please look up other glass companies in your area!

We recently had a table measured for a glass top. When they called with the quote I specifically asked for the full amount with delivery. I agreed to the price they quoted and they charged my credit card. When they called to confirm delivery, they said that they were adding an additional delivery fee. We disputed the new charge and are still trying to get this resolved. It is been over a week and our credit card has been charged but we have no glass or communication from the company.
