Love the knowledgeable staff and the juice selection the fish tank is a must-see. The aesthetic of the shop fits in really well for the chicks Beach area. Normally aside from covid there are tasters with menus on tablets on the counter and those were really helpful. Owner is awesome known for a while this shop is a must stop shop even if youre on your way to the Eastern shore or back up the East coast.Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful dont sleep on this spot. theres also a waffle Town USA across the street if youre hungry!!!

Was visiting with my sister and had a issue with an older tank so she suggested going to Vapor chasers. We got there and the staff was all super friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing how to fix it. I decided to get a newer tank the matched my mod better and I’m in love with its new look. I can’t remember that staff members names that were there but they all deserve a shoutout for being such outgoing people! Definitely will be back! My new favorite vape shop!

I loved this place at first, I bought a vape from them about a month ago and had problems with it from the start. I went back in to have a guy help me try to screw it together and buy a new glass piece since it was leaking constantly, he didn’t seem to know what he was doing but was nice regardless. I ended up buying 2 new glass pieces that I thought seemed to big but since he worked there I listened, I kept having a slow leak problem and noticed it more and more so I changed the glass out yet again and the problem persisted. Finally liquid leaked into the USB charger port got inside the vape and completely blew it up, I called to see what could be done I was told nothing have a nice day. No refund, no exchange, no nothing over something that wasn’t even my own fault but what I believe was the stores fault or at least the employee that “helped” me.

Vapor Chasers is the only vape store that my wife and I go to anymore. Employees are knowledgeable about all available products and have always been able to make suggestions from personal experience. The shore drive location also has a liquor license so feel free to grab an IPA 6 pack along with your vape juice. Store locations also offer a wide array of CBD products including Delta 8 and Delta 10 pre rolls/cartridges/gummies. Awesome store!!!!!!!

This is the best vape store in the Hampton Roads, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I came in to get some vape coils, which turns out there is a million different kinds and it’s super confusing. I bought the wrong kind as a result and when I went to change my coils they didn’t fit. I brought them back and they exchanged them! Which was a absolute life saver since it’s the holidays and I didn’t have extra funds for more. The guy that helped me was so kind and genuine, I left feeling really glad to have found a store that’s not intimidating and that actually care if the costumer is happy. Also they have a really good selection & I haven’t disliked any of the juice I’ve bought there. Thank you!

Looking for a new vape and I’m clueless, but Brandon took the time to stop his closing duties, chat me on the basics, and completely set me up before I walked out the door that night. The selection and pricing are awesome- I’ve been vaping for almost 10 years and this is definitely my new favorite vape shop. Josh and the other employees are cheerful and pleasant to do business with. Really down to earth folks, never tried to “sell” me anything like some places do. Josh has patiently helped me find just the right flavors and he is very knowledgeable about what’s out there and what he carries in his store. The bar height chairs are super comfortable too- not a common feature for sure. Overall the best vape shop in town!

Horrible customer service, I was told I would get a device for 50 percent off due to a malfunction in the device. Then I was told by someone else they would not do it and only exchange with receipt knowing full well I bought it less than a few days ago. Then another manager said they would only offer 20 percent off. Defamation was also in practice from the circling rants from the unprofessional staff. They might have good salesmenship but there customer service isnt worth any money you spend in this shop. Beware shoppers!
