Great selection and service. They buy and sell, Used and new sports equipment.

It was super easy to stop by and get all of the gear I needed for the upcoming sports season! I was super surprised with the great quality and selection of used goods they had in stock, and it was incredibly easy to get everything for the sports season without breaking the bank. The sales associates were super helpful and knew exactly where everything in the store was. I plan on coming here before any other big chain retailer when my next sports season rolls around! Love it!

Excellent customer service. They are all very knowledgeable in various sports. They never try to sell me anything that we really do not need. Recently we purchased a new pair of hockey skates that my son was sure fit great. After several tries they were just very uncomfortable. We went to see what our options were and the Owner, did not try to sell us more skates, in fact he baked them again and suggested we give them another try. However, they were still to tight. He helped us find a right brand for my sons wide foot, ordered them for us and gave us a more than fair price for our now used skates. Great customer service! Another reason I am a long term repeat customer!

Ok place for somethings

I came here to get a full set of hockey equipment from skates to jock and they had nearly everything I needed. Its been over 10 years since Ive played and needed help selecting equipment. The staff member that was assisting me was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. He worked within my budget and did his best to get me the best equipment for the price. They even gave me a discount for purchasing multiple items and were willing to negotiate on some of the used equipment. Their selection of gloves and large helmets was slim, but they apparently get new shipments regularly. This is going to be my go-to place for hockey gear and I will be coming back for my other sports needs as well.

Good variety and well stocked. Loaded with disc golf discs and weights. Worth checking out. Staff could be more friendly though.

I walked in one Saturday and there was noone to be found. I browsed the store for a few minutes and finally a young kind emerged from the back. He said hello and walked right past me. Not one time did he offer to help me find anything. The pricing on used items is ridiculous it can be found new for about the same price. I really thought I could come here and find a few affordable used weights but it was about the same to but new...I mean within 5 bucks of each other. What a waste of a trip.

Quick and efficient staff. Beacuse of their wide selection there was not much room to maneuver but the staff did a great job getting people in and out to not cause a back up.

***I dont even leave reviews but had to becuase of tonight***Staff that work tonight would have been better off telling me that he didnt know much about the snowboard equipment that play again sport sell instead of telling a bold face lie about they only buy gear that 3-4 years old!. Not once but twice because I looked at him and asked him to say it again. And then the place has a nerve to charge close to 200 bucks for the board. You would think they would buy and sell GOOD condition equipment and not junk. I dont know who pricing is worse ; Play again sports, A Pawnshop or Gamestop..

I’m only putting one star because I’m required. This place is dirty and disorganized. There were four guys acting like morons in the front. Who knows which one is an employee. I went to use the restroom and it was like an episode of Hoarders! What a shame....

I went to this store looking for a left handed baseball glove for my son gor little league. I assumed that the young man assisting us was knowledgeable and would help select a glove that would in fact fit my son. Instead, I purchased a glove that was way too small for him and was extremely over priced, 40 dollars. They only had 2 to choose from, and everything there was very overpriced.

The people at PIAS outside the Lynnhaven mall have always been accommodating to my needs especially when it comes to hockey equipment. Being in this area, they have the most hockey equipment around and its not just beginner stuff, they also have equipment meant for players who play more than once or twice a month. Along with the hockey, they also have equipment for just about any other sport along with a great workout selection ranging from dumbells to treadmills. The staff is very knowledgeable of all sports and the equipment within those sports. I suggest if youre looking for new/used equipment check out PIAS because no one else around will be able to top their prices !

They wouldnt even consider looking at any of the used sports equipment. Because they had so much over stock. I had to go to the greenbrier location to get rid of it.
