From the start, Lucio was vary informative, he checked our power consumption and roof structure, then developed a plan for the solar panels. This was August 28. The install was scheduled for October 29th. Rain was forecasted for that day and was rescheduled for the 27th. The installation of the equipment was completed in a day and electrical wiring was finished the next day. It was a great thing to see the electrical meter moving backwards! A couple of days later VEPCO came out and replaced the meter with a new Net Meter and we are making our own power!. Yes, I know it is now Dominion Energy, but they will always be VEPCO to me.The panels look great on the roof and the electrical panels on the back of the house were wired very neatly, a sign of a craftsman.Lucio and his support team and the install crew were polite, informative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Prestige Home Improvement to my friends and family.

I’ve had a couple conversations about solar prior to speaking with Prestige. I was on the fence however, after speaking with them all of my questions were answered perfectly. Love the work they Did to our home. We had vinal trim put up and new gutters. They were there to do the work on time and worked hard all day to get the job completed. They did an awesome job and have no complaints. We have had several people ask who did the work and tell us how nice it looked. Very happy with it and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great job at a reasonable cost.

Request a quote for roof replacement, the sales man wouldnt give me one because I told him I was obtaining quotes from nine(9) other contractors to compare each companies labor warranty (which is different than workmanship warranty), their GFA contractor ID to confirm GFA credentials, price for plywood replacement and other wood replacement if required.

Hector came by and sold me my solar system for my home. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole process, and more importantly the service. After my system was installed Hector even came back by and installed my Nest thermostat and dropped off my LED light bulbs.. himself!!!. Highly recommend Hector and Pristige.

Ben came out to our home to give us an estimate cost for the roof, gutters and down spouts. He explained the process and materials in detail. I was not ready for the cost to do this project. When said what cost would be, was floored. The best price after speaking with several other companies. I must say the crew that did the projects were A1 Professional.

One of their salesman named Andy came by my house today. My wife told him no to getting a roofing quote however Andy would not listen and managed to manipulate my wife into giving out her cell number. My wife is eventually called Terrell and canceled the appointment and you wrote down even though she told him that we did not want an appointment. as a former salesman door-to-door myself I understand that they are trained to keep going until someone shut the door on them however this is a horrible practice and the reason I got out of sales because you hate yourself at the end of the day. This company is preying on people who are polite and dont want to be rude and should go out of business. if they show up Friday anyway I guarantee I will be giving that person a piece of my mind.

I had solar panels installed through prestige. From the start talking with Megan who answered all my questions and told me what I needed to provide them to the final install this company was amazing. From my first phone call I was receiving solar energy and saving money in 6 weeks!Hector came and gave me all the install information and all the saving costs aswell and the real information and even came and installed my nest thermostat once complete. Such a great professional teamAmazing cost, shop around if you dont belive me, you wont find a better service or a better price.Theres no con, no gimmick, no chunks of money up front this is the real deal. People must belive the deal is too good to be true but let me tell you its 100% true and real.The install went way smoother than I could have even imagined and took less than a day, I was expecting a messy few days but I didnt even know they were there.

The siding job that was completed on my house in Virginia beach looks amazing! The contractors who came out to install the siding were very professional and very quick! The only problem I had was the amount of time it took to to start the job was around 100 days after signing the contract. I would absolutely do business with prestige again!

Had roof replaced. They called on Monday said they would be at my home on Tuesday right on time and had it all done by 5:00! Cleaned everything up and put everything back were it belong. This is a letter of appreciation, primarily for the Window Install crew on November 21, 2017. It was a 13 window install with a real problem bathroom window but no problem for these professionals. Billy, Anthony, and Chris showed up on time and hit the ground running. Where ever did you find such a bunch. They dont know breaks, just work, work, work. This was a real team, assisting each other, double checking their own and each others work. As a customer, their dedications and professionalism filled me with confidence. In 2005 Prestige built a 1700 sq ft addition to my home in Virginia beach. It was built beautifully and you cant even tell its an addition. This year I had them replace all the windows in my home and I was very happy with the job. I plan on having them do a roof for me next month.

Prestige installed our windows in a very timely fashion. We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and the sliding glass door. We love our windows and door. I was especially surprised at the drastic change in the temperature in our home. I can already tell that the difference. And they look fabulous.

Prestige replaced a roof for my husband and I this year and I can truly say I’m so glad I let them come out for an estimate. At first we were just gonna have them repair the roof on the back of the home but after discussing more we thought we would look into our options on a whole roof replacement turns out for the price we would be looking at for repairs we could use that as our down payment on a new roof. Prestige even did some much needed repairs to the home that wasn’t on the contract which was awesome. From the install crew to the customer service everything was great !

Had them come out to do trim work around my room because squirrels were getting in and some areas were rotting. They came out and completed the work so I thought. I couple weeks go by and I kept hearing things in our attic so I’ve been on the roof scoping things out. Finally, I notice an area that you can’t see unless you go three houses over that wasn’t completed (rotten wood and holes). I’ve called several times on and off for the last 6 months and every time whoever answered said they were getting ahold of the manager and were coming out. Finally I called and got to speak with the owner, who said they were coming out ASAP. A week goes by and I finally get a call from a worker who says he will be out the next morning around 10 or 11. He never showed up so I called the business again. I got ahold of the owner who says he hasn’t heard from the worker today and doesn’t know what’s going on. I paid a lot of money for the work and I’m highly disappointed in the efforts put forth to fixing an issue. Would not recommend to anyone and will turn away anyone I can to avoid them having this experience.

This company did a beautiful job on the wrapping of trim. The only thing I notice was the after they wrapped the columns on the front porch they were crooked. I was actually was going to call you all to information of this. They worked diligently and cleaned up great!

Prestige installed new gutters and trim on our house. Quality and workmanship are outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with that. However communication was extremely difficult (admittedly I have a difficult time taking calls during the day) but once we got on the same wave length everything went smoothly.My only other complaint it that when explaining to us the financing options, Mr. Humphries we would have 1% interest for our financing. Even after asking him to explain it different ways he stood by that 1%. Once we received the paperwork, though, the one percent was only for our monthly payment. 1% of the total cost. The interest rate was actually higher and only for a year when it would higher still. While we decided to accept this, it was very disconcerting. Transparency goes a long way in getting and keeping business.At some point we intend to get our siding done but due to what was either sly salesmanship or a grevious misunderstanding of how their offered financing works, we will be seeking other offers before deciding on which company to do business with.

Like the the quality of windows. Like the fact they only took a day to put them in. What I dont like is they never have anyone in their office . I get someone on their cell phone. When they say they will call you back, they never do. You have to constantly call them back. I needed them to fix .something they did.i was told that Billy would be calling me back which he has yet to do. This is why they only got three stars from me. They need someone in their office at all times.

They are good when you buy. But I have been waiting a month to get a leaky window fixed. Water is coming into the hours and the caulk is separating from the wall on the inside.

Installed windows and now every window they put in has water damage around it. Talk to the owner and they said they are not liable for it! Worst experience of my life!! Do not hire them to do windows!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Mr. Humphries is rude and unprofessional. He measured my home, pulled out a calculator, and wrote down an estimate on a piece of paper with NO explanation or breakdown on what I am paying for. The next day the manager called me to follow up on the meeting. He had a bogus story from Mr. Humphries about why i did not agree to the estimate. The fact that the manager was yelling on the phone and was trying to tell me what was said in MY home when he was not preset is RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Although the cost was higher for the roofing then other quotes we elected to contract Prestige to perform the work because they were referred by Sams. The day of installation they had the wrong address on their work order, which delayed them about 15 minutes. They did a beautiful job and finished the house and garage by 5pm that day. Foreman on the job insured me the gutters had been cleaned out but I later learned they had not been cleaned. After 2 calls about the gutters they showed up with instructions to scan for metal objects in the yard (miscommunication with their office). Just paid a 3rd contractor to clean gutters, additional $100. Sales Rep offered enticement from GAF of $250 Visa card we just had to submit the required forms. I am still waiting for the warrenty paperwork and a copy of the invoice from Prestige so the application can be submitted. Prestige said they would be mailed to us. Its been 60 days. Materials seem high end and roof is beautiful, nicest in the neighborhood. Rating reflects the fact that the contractor is not as professional as they appeared to be before we signed an agreement.
