I wish I could give 0 starts. The worst place ive been too. They had my bike for over 5 months without any calls. I tried over and over to get updates that they kept saying he cant answer my questions. Finally I got a call back after calling every day for a month and they said they have to order a part which of course is on back order. After 4 weeks of part issues I finally got to see my bike of course not complete. I got my bike a week later and when I got it home the bike dies and turn signals didnt work. So I had to replace them flasher relay and the stator after calling and telling them they issue. No help was given even after I paid for the full wiring harness that included the relays and harness. So needles to say I would never got there again and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Its a disaster!2 friendly faces from the whole dealership: Miss Cat, and the funny black dog :(If you want to have a bike, go to Cycle World or Sunrise Cycles or somewhere else!!!After 2 days and 20 miles of use of my brand new bike i had to spend 250$ extra to do the basic set up properly in Cycle World because this dealership did it very poor and life threatening. :(

Nothing but great service can be mentioned about this place. Literally solved my bike hunt for the summer in 2 days. Emailed them what type of bike i was looking for and without 24 i was purchasing it for a great deal and the very next day it was delivered. David the manager even hooked me up with a lifetime warranty for a great rate. Can’t thank you guys enough.

Called requesting a service. Was asked to provide my VIN for a warranty and recall check. Never heard back from them (2 emails requesting information left unanswered).Im guessing they cross referenced my VIN against their sales, and realized that I had not purchased the bike through them. That, and that I had a pre-paid maintenance plan made me an unlucrative customer. That is ofcourse is just me spitballing ideas... it could be that they are just hot trash with regards to customer service. 0/10 would not recommend lol.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Over the years we have purchased seven (7) Honda Metropolitian scooters at Honda of Virginia Beach with our special needs daughter. The latest we purchased form the new owner Dave and the experience was beyond expectations. From the moment we walked in explained we keep two operational for her at all times and discussed the logistics of purchase, delivery, picking up the other two, one for resale, on for repair. Dave said hello Im the new owner, I can do that, I can do that, I can do that, and I can do that! WOW never cleared that many hurdles in a Dealership anywhere. Dave was great, set everything up with the DMV, and even delivered her new scooter after work that day in person, and picked up the other two. Dave is a great guy, he sensed our daughters excitement and made the delivery happen that day for her so she would not have to wait. Check them out Dave and his staff are setting a new tone down there with the customer first!

Under new management and I couldn’t be happier.I was shopping for a smaller cc motorcycle and went to another dealership where I felt like I was buying a car instead of a motorcycle. It was the game of being offered an overpriced vehicle and the salesman goes back and forth to the managers office to get you to the final out the door price. It was not a good experience and I still would have been paying too much for the bike.I went to Honda Virginia Beach and found that their dealer fee was $100 less, they did not inflate the freight fee and their prep and assembly fee was also much lower. The no BS sales experience was a pleasant surprise.In addition, the entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was outstanding and they even pre-installed a battery tender cable at no cost. If you are looking to buy a motorcycle, this is the place to go.

Constantly playing games with prices, questionable new marks on my car nearly every visit, constantly having to readjust my seat and steering wheel on pickup and now they raised their prices. This is probably the worst Honda Dealership I’ve had to use. I can’t wait to move back to a major city.

I almost was ripped off, the employee there tried to basically run an application which showed I couldn’t afford a better trim of a Rebel which I obviously could. I knew what model and trim of the bike I wanted and was being persuaded to go with an older year bike which I didnt want even though it was the same model. My credit is excellent and suffered as a result of dealing here. I immediately contacted Honda of Norfolk and everything has been set up for my purchase next week.That being said I really love the family that owns and operates the dealership. They are great people, my qualm was with the employee.

I worked with Sam. He was very professional, kind and honest about my bike. The pricing was not very expensive and he took the time to explain everything that was going on before he did anything and charged me. Way better service than I received at Cycle World. I would highly recommend going here. They are aware they had service issues in the past and seem like they are actually trying to fix them and be good to their customers.

My son and I was there to buy a motorcycle, basically, the sales person owner just dismissed us. Thats OK, we went to Cycle World on 4972 Virginia Beach, VA, they answered all our questions. We got a great deal for a new 2017 motorcycle and a lot of gear. Guest they actually were doing us a favor.

Had my moped for 3 weeks almost. Mechanic every time I call hasnt shown up to work yet or left early for the day. They close between 5 and 6 so at 330 when I call to pick it up and it cant be release without the mechanic than that is bs. Non professional. Never return calls. Honda service center and that dont have there own parts. Fing stupid

Way better customer service than cycle world. Worked with zeus and he hooked us up, great prices, knowledge, and was up front with what to expect when buying the machine. Told us both pros and cons and led us in the right direction. I highly recommend to anyone to go here. Thank you guys!

Totally dont give a damn unless u buying a new bike.. even then treat u like a bum. So the bike I bought from u thats not under warranty.. u wont sell me spares.. asked can you order a replacement bolt and how much? No go to Home Depot.. Home Depot doesnt sell bike specific bolts and fasteners you Jackasses.!!!!!

Sam and JD are great guys. Have had nothing but a great experience every time I come in. They are upfront and honest about all equipment even if they dont have it in stock. Hard to find personable staff like them, even though I ride a bmw I highly reccomend any rider to come to this Honda dealership for any advice or needs.

Walked in and the sales reps couldnt be bothered with us. Too busy playing on their phones. Left immediately. Im in the market for a bike Ill be buying one this week...but it wont be from this company. If they cant be bothered with prospective buyers I doubt I can trust them for service and care after I buy.Their loss, another dealerships gain!Edit: bought a motorcycle from Honda House of Richmond the next day. Seems like a stupid loss but perhaps this business will take the hint.

Had brought my ruckus carb in to get the choke replaced and carb rebuilt charged 100 dollars when I got carb back n installed it still the same guy at counter was very disrespectful when I questioned him about it and hateful talked with the tech n he said he was just told to clean it basically after that the guy at counter opened the door and told me to hit the road n take my business somewhere else very unprofessional would never reccomend them to anyone

I just want to give a big shout-out to Honda of Virginia Beach, and especially their lead mechanic JB! On my way back from a 2400 mile trip with my 2002 VTX 1800C (with 167,000 miles), during the morning of the last leg of the trip, I discovered that the weld on the swingarm near the final drive had cracked, and was allowing the final drive to flex whenever I hit a bump or dip in the road. I rented a truck, loaded the bike and started the last leg home to Virginia Beach. Well I arrived just at closing time, however JB was more than accommodating, he looked it over and mentioned it might be something Honda would cover! Imagine my amazement!! A 2002 with 167,000 miles! But long-story-short they did! This was largely due to JB’s professional representation of the circumstances to Honda Corporate, and insistence on providing the best customer support. Without his exceptional effort I’m sure they would not have supported the claim. JB got the necessary parts in that week, and had the repair made and bike back to me in time for another planned trip! A great example of a quality company and quality service!Thanks again – Ride Red!

*Military and DoD Personnel are advised to stay away from this establishment due to fraud and intent to deceive*I was quoted for $400 that included tires, chain, my slip-on exhaust install and state inspection. I was also told it would take a day or two to complete. A week later they called and said the bike was ready and told me I owe $535. Turns out they didnt install the exhaust or do a state inspection and charged $135 more than I was quoted for. Total cost broke down to $300 for Shinko tires $130 for aftermarket chain $80 for labor and the rest tax. I do not recommend this place.

I had a problem with my motorcycle, the only way it would run is with the choke partly on. When I took it in, Sam, the mechanic questioned the clip-on pipes that I had on my bike. He said that would cause the mixture to be off. OK, then adjust the carb so it will run with the pipes. When I got the bike and paid the $200 bill and headed home, the bike still had to have the choke turned on. So Sam said the only way the bike would ever run right would be if I returned the exhaust system to stock. OK, so I bolted on the factory exhaust and gave it back to Sam. He said it was ready and I went and paid $200 for the work and a new battery. On the way home, I noticed the bike would not run unless the choke was partially on, and on the way home, the bike ran out of gas. So I reached to turn on the reserve and it was already on. Thanks, Sam. Thanks a bunch. I walked to a 7-11 and got an empty water bottle out of the dumpster and filled it up at a nearby gas station and trudged back to my bike and poured it in. I called Sam back and told him I was not a happy camper and took my bike in again. This time no charge but... I still have to drive with the choke on. Ive wasted a lot of time on Sam and I give up. Im going to take it to another shop.

Ordered a front fender and new jets for my carb Along with new throttle cables and a hand grip. Told me it would be done in a week in a half. They have had my iron for over a month, 5 weeks. called me and told me my adjusting screw in the carb couldnt be removed and that Id have to dish out $400 for a new carburetor.picked up the carburetor took it home drilled a small hole into the bolt used an easy out to remove the bolt took the carburetor back to the shop they now tell me that itll take a possibly another 3 days to get my bike back,because they have started other projects. Will never bring my iron here for service again.
