I called them yesterday after looking at their web site. It said they were branching off and doing steel lines. When I called she said you can take them off or they could do it there. When I got there the guy told me oh we dont do that. We only work on big rigs. Thanks for wasting my time. Personnel need to be more inform whats on the web site. My opinion was the guy saw how much work was involved and said to him self Im not doing that. Yea I know how it is thats why I went here. The reviews are most likely from the people who work there..

When you hear the term Not all superheros wear capes! These are the fine outstanding people theyre talking about. In a matter of minutes the reproduce at half the price, what the dealership wanted me to wait two weeks for!THEN they apologized for taking so long (literally minutes) said he made a different one, but the it wasnt good enough, so it was scraped and reproduced! The men working at PIRTEK in Virginia Beach have truly saved my day and week!Thank you for what you do!

Was hoping he would be able to give me an opinion why my truck wouldnt air up.To be fair he did say they couldnt do any mechanical work on it. He was only 5 minutes away and it will be $85. I was charged $110 for not even a call back or even an opinion

These guys are awesome: knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I needed a power steering hose repaired/replaced for my classic car. Needed a few special fittings and changes - after speaking with the manager and the technician (Dwight) I had a new custom hose made at a great price. Beats NAPA! -jb

Awesome!I walked in on a Saturday morning, needed an oddball adapter fitting for a clutch line. There was one guy there by himself but he took the time to MAKE me the fitting I needed while I waited. Finished part was perfect and unbelievably cheap. Gave the guy a tip just for being so cool.

Needed a off length of flexible line for my vehicle and the guy working was super helpful made me a beautiful line while I waited. And it was cheaper and easier than messing around with autoparts stores. Ill be going back whenever I need any pressure related hoses!

Emergency hose repair is useless. Called multiple times, left messages and never got a call back. Don’t waste your time go to B&B in Chesapeake.
