The store on south lynhaven is amazing there was young ladie that was working tonight 8/30/21 that had made my first time at a place like this I walk in and Im overwhelmedI did no wich way to go and she could tell Im sure she if she could help and I said pleasetold her what I wanted and she hooked it up dang it I wish I could have gottenher name but shade it at easierI even called andthanked her when I got he thanks againsweetheartole

Pretty decent store and the staff that I’ve encountered this far exceptional. However, today was my first bad experience because I went to the store all the light flashing on and within but the door locked. I called the number like it said several time and never received an answer or detail when they would reopen. The sign out front said 9:35am, but it is now 10:03am.

This shop is awesome!! They have everything you can want in an adult store and a good variety to choose from. I visit frequently and have to say this is your one stop shop. The girls working there are very friendly and really knowledgable on all the products offered. If your wanting to spice it up or needing to help yourself this is definitely the place to go. 👍👍

No returns no exceptions- bought a product that was defective out of the box, no exchange or refund. Every purchase is a gamble. I will never shop here again. AMAZON HERE I COME. Tunnel of Love is a terrible business, I hope they go under.

They have a decent selection of toys, however they are a bit overpriced.

Excellent selection of toys! There is a lot in here to see and the store is well laid out to carry a lot of product. Decent lingerie selection, but the focus is definitely toys. Plenty of lotions, potions, pills and other aids if you are looking for those.

Kristin was amazing! She was very helpful and down to earth. She made me feel very comfortable. I will go back! Its my favorite place now!

Despite how small it looked, there was a lot of neatly organized product available that would probably suit the needs of most people. Kirsten (I think that was her name) was super helpful in finding what we needed and managed to convince us to buy something else

Not worth the trip if i could give less than 1 star I would. We went in and the person at the front was smoking so the store smelt like smoke while some crime case show was being played in the background. There were a few rows of old dvds and maybe 5 types of toys. I would deffinetley not recommend going here.

Can I give a less than 1 star? Came by despite the reviews. Its 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, all the light are on, including the OPEN signs...yet the door is locked and a reversible closed sign on the door. This screams something shady to me

Cheap prices on what they have but they dont have much of anything and the owner is a little awkward and I feel like Im being pressured and watched as I walk around so I will pass on another visit.

Very upset and disappointed in product and when called because it wouldnt work and they wont honor that piss me off so will not shop there ever again stick to love shack they make sure everything works before u leave store !
