I suggest nobody shop here. The furniture I ordered here was never delivered to me at my address that I gave them but was delivered to my previous address. I never got this trash.. Somehow 10 years later my wages was garnished. Ive never received a court summons at no address afterwards to go to court and explain this situation instead theyve taken from me. Be careful dealing with these Crooks and check behind them. These people are nasty and not to be trusted they dont play fair at all.

I came in ready to buy a couch. As I walk in there was no greeting, or any type of service. Just the workers all on there phones at there computer desk. I said ok to my family, lets continue on and look at what they have. We seen a set that we liked, price seemed reasonable. So I go and shout Can we get some service? And once again they all just sitting in there chairs with no reaction. So guess what, we left. Wont ever go to Grand Furniture again. Theres absolutely no customer service. Its absolutely disgusting seeing how people that work at there job but dont work. Whomever the manager is I would highly recommend new employees. Thank you for showing any respect to your customers.

Avoid buying from here. Last year I purchased a sofa for my apartment and the wooden frame broke this week. I did not purchase an extended warranty, however I did not anticipate on the frame of the couch breaking after only a year of use.The couch itself was comfy and looked great. Also, the sales team was friendly, and setting up a payment plan was hassle-free. The major issue is the furniture is made with very cheap materials and not built to last. The cost was way too high for something that broke after a year. It was a terrible investment, and I write this as a warning for everyone looking for furniture to avoid this business.

They have a really cool touchscreen catalog and Deb was really nice. She does interior design and was really helpful with ideas. The furniture itself was nothing out of the ordinary.

My sister and I went here to get my daughter a couch for her new apartment. Our salesperson, Treyce Moody was very helpful. There were many styles, prices and colors to chose from. We were successful in finding the right one for her and she loved it!

They want to work with you best they can but you MUST understand the sale process of the merchandise. Aka if you see something come back 2 weeks later with your mind made up to score and utilize the store. The pick up process is also very smooth with you(the buyer) not having to lift a finger and know your merchandise is safe, secured and scratch free.!

Just all kind of wrong.

Bought a dresser from there and the tracks broke. Now they won’t replace it even though it is under warranty.

Went to get a futon. The same futon found at 3 other locations for $399 is $650 here. Do you want to throw away money...shop here or check out sears, value city funiture or else where but here. GFO = Hell No.

Service is great

Bought a kitchen table with a bench and two chairs, coffee table and two end tables. The furniture is less than 2 years old and already falling apart. I also have a couch that is falling apart as well. Would never buy from here again. I still owe on the furniture too, so bummed! I already need new furniture before its paid off!
