I went here to drop a return and was told by the desk person that they could not print a shipping label and That I should go over to the FedEx at Walmart. How lazy can you be! I went over to the one at the Walmart less than 5 minutes away and the desk person there Chris was so helpful. He not only give me the official FedEx email to send my label to to print it out for me but also secured my package up for shipping even though it was oversize for his location. FedEx you need to have a conversation with the people at this location about their poor customer service skills. It’s embarrassing.
Fedex lost my package. They did thier best to help me try to resolve it and to tell me where to go. It wasnt their fault and they did their best but fedex diesnt seem to care about its customers or doesnt seem concerned its contractors are losing our packages. What a shame.
I was home all day. Driver had THE NERVE to do another You werent home paste a ticket on the door and RUN. NEVER RANG DOORBELL OR KNOCKED! I WAS JUST IN THE KITCHEN AND HUSBAND WAS HOME! Second time this happened to us. I paid for express FedEx and THIS is the service I get!!! Deplorable. Then they want me to drive out of my way to PICK IT UP!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Vendor is being ripped off!
Still waiting on my CPAP machine. They were supposed to call me yesterday, never did.I only paid over $100 to have it delivered the next day. It didn’t deliver yesterday.

This is the only way I can get in touch with anyone from your company. A driver left a rug leaning against my garage door instead of the porch 10 feet away. When I came out and opened the door the rug fell into my garage. It destroyed some Christmas decorations and made a mess of stuff I had stacked up. I have made a complaint before because they keep setting items in the driveway even when raining. An order from Chewy.com fell apart when I picked up the box that was out in the rain all day. I see packages all over the neighborhood left in driveways. Then customer service response is to go online and set delivery instructions. So everyone has to do that to keep packages out of the rain?

I frequently use Fed Ex but after todays experience, theyve lost a customer. My boyfriend and I were expecting a very important package today that wasnt scheduled to be delivered until tomorrow morning, but being that were going out of town in the morning he tried to retrieve it today since it was just sitting there. He had a tracking number, valid ID, etc but they REFUSED to work with him. The package was just sitting in the next room apparently and they still refused. What doesnt make sense is that theyre willing to let him pick it up TOMORROW but not today? So now due to poor customer service, were having to push back our trip and now were not only unsatisfied but stressed. Ill be using other delivery services after today.UPDATE.they told my boyfriend he could come back in the morning to pick up our package. So weve already pushed our trip back, and guess what got sent out for delivery? So now we postponed our trip, and is stuck waiting for these slow delivery men to drop off our package. Im very upset and unsatisfied. We need the package before we go on vacation.

Had a package that had arrived at this facility today but wasnt scheduled to deliver until tomorrow. I quit smoking 2 months ago and the package contains e-liquid that has been helping with nicotine cravings. Called the 800 number and asked if I could pickup the package. They called this location and then came back on the line and said the call was disconnected, so I had to be transferred to another department. Then I got another call while being transferred from a local number, it was this location calling to say their call got disconnected and that the lady had found my package and had it waiting for me. She didnt have to call me back or pull my order if it was already stowed away, but she went above and beyond to help me out. Excellent service from FedEx and I appreciate their willingness to help.

Very rude customer service! An important package arrived at their center today and it was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I go in to pick it up because I am going on vacation the next day. They refused to give me the package even though I had the tracking number and ID. The package was literally in the other room but apparently they have some kind of policy where it has to sit until it is scheduled to be delivered. The urgency of my package did not seem to matter to the lady at the desk as she shook her head and said nope,you cant have it until tomorrow. Worst customer experience ever. FedEx has lost me as a customer and I will never use them again and I encourage you to do the same.

Rude customer service at the front desk TODAY - 10/02/2014. Thinking about letting corporate know that customers are being told to drive their own cars to the back bay so the the person at the front doesnt have to lift a finger. They are also expected to unload their own boxes onto the conveyor belt. This is a terrible place.

What a lousy company. I keep having bad experiences with these guys. Once I paid for OVERNIGHT delivery and it took them FOUR DAYS to deliver it. Today, I saw the tracking on something Im expecting showed its now at the local office and due for delivery tomorrow. So I drive to their office to pick it up...no customers there and no one at the counter. Within three minutes 5 other customers come in. Meanwhile were dinging the bell to get someone to do their job. Finally some woman yells shell be out in a minute and shes the only one there. Why is she the only one there? Finally after 8 minutes she comes out. I tell her I want to pick up my package. She claims, WITHOUT LOOKING FOR IT NOR CALLING UP THE TRACKING NUMBER, that its in a container and hasnt been sorted and sent me on my way. WHAT A CROCK. Believe me she knows Im not happy with her.

Lazy drivers. said they had shown up three days straight but no had come. there was a “delivery exception” on my tracking everytime meaning that i wasn’t home, but i was. they left a doortag the first time which i signed and left back on the door, but they completely ignored it and just said they were there and couldn’t deliver.

Horrible lazy drivers, had a note on my door saying I missed a delivery, another attempt would be made. 2 days later I found out it was delivered at the front desk at apartment complex, no note letting me know.

Fed Ex attemped to deliver a package that needed a signature and I was not home. Received a message that said I could pick up at shipping location at 2pm. Arrived at 245pm and they said driver forgot to drop package off and would not be back till later. I will travel more miles back and forth to pick up package than just originally getting it myself.
