My buddy has purchased several trailers form Sam over the years and has been very pleased with his purchases. Today was no different I called Sam on 8/27/2021 and told him that I would be in Saturday morning traveling from the Bay Area and he said no problem I will see you tomorrow, so today 8/28/2021 I popped in around noon and I was walking the lot looking at trailers. Sam showed up in a golf cart and drove me around while we talked about what exactly I was looking for. After talking for about a half hour Sam helped me narrow down my options down to two trailers and after further discussion about what I would be using it for and where I chose the 32ft full tilt gooseneck trailer. Sam was a gem from front to start and was honest from the start. I am a businessman and that goes a long long way for me especially when you are spending some serious money. I was prepared to pay cash out the door but Sam said that I should save my money and finance a portion of the trailer so I did. The process could not have been any easier Sam more or less already knew what to expect and he prepared me for it. From start to finish I was in and out within two and a half hours. I read some of the reviews on Yelp about his customer service and I can honestly say that Sam is the real deal. I understand tons of people call and ask questions I saw it firsthand but to be honest if you really want to buy a trailer just show up to the lot and Sam will get you taken care of. Sam buddy thank you for everything today I really appreciate you very much. As easy as you could have sold a fully paid off trailer I appreciate you telling me to save my money for a rainy day not many people would do that but you did. Thank you. I will see you soon for the next purchase.Also if you want a heavy duty trailer then Sam is your man. He seriously has the best trailers around and I see why. What a great experience at BRONCO#2 Trailers !!! owner was great and knowledgeable. I was expecting to go in for a trailer just to look around in there but he pointed me to a trailer that would benefits my needs and more, he also was able to hook me up and get me a great price. I will be back to BRONCO#2 Trailers for any of my trailer needs in the future. Also my trailer had a issue with the bearings on the first use and they took car of me just like he promised.

I have bought a number of trailers in my years of business and hobbies and stumbled upon this business while drive down the freeway.Turned around and before I knew it I was driving home with a new 7 x 14 enclosed trailer. Sam is a little different but his deals and honesty are the best in the business. I live in Salinas and had a couple of hr drive home and trailer towed like a dream and all is well would definitely buy again and its worth the drive

I called Sam on a Sunday and he to meet me at his shop even though it was only by appointment. He had the dump trailer I was looking for and for a great price, not to mention great quality. I would definitely come back again.

This illegal wants to curse everyone out and act like he has some authority to do so. Also told me to yake pictures of private parts and and post those on the negative review. This guys should be arrested and thrown in prison and then maybe he will learn some humility and have some dignity for others..Stay FAR FAR away from this business!!!

Just bought a White 16 Maxxd Dump Trailer. Ordered it special and was told up to four weeks. I had the trailer in two weeks. Trailer is First Class and super solid. Service was great and exceeded my expectation. I would recommend Bronco Trailers to anyone and feel good about it.

For the past month my wife and I searched all over central Ca for the best dump trailer at the best price. We finally found it at Bronco Trailer. The Max XD is built better the the other brands. Sam didnt have the exact one we wanted at the time but, he said one was expected to arrive in the coming week. He told us if we wanted it, he would personally deliver it at no extra cost (We live over two hours away). Sure enough Sam delivered! Ive bought 6 trailers here . Not one problem .I gotta disagree with the post stating that trailers are garbage. How are you going to compare diamond c or maxxd trailers to Carson ? Its like saying a Hyundai is better then a Bentley . Come on man . If you really buy so much equipment you would know the difference .

Very rude, walked in, just wanted to know the price of a trailer. He started telling me all about the trailer except for the price. I told him I was just wanting the price. He told me the price, I told him I wasnt interested. He wanted to know the other prices so I told him the prices for certain makes and models elseware. He called me a lyier and told me to leave. Price check folks, his 9000 trailer elsewhere can be thousands less.Funny, I just was giving him the opportunity to make a sale he wasnt going to get in the first place.

Drove 2.5 hours and wasted $125 in gas to be greeted by a shirtless tweaker at the gate, manic business owner, and very unprofessional staff. Sam is mentally unstable and yelled at us and threatened to call the police when we addressed our opinion of his business ethics.I was also injured by their their golf carts that they use to drive customers around the lot. (See photo)If you are a business person, avoid this establishment at all costs.This should only be shipped as a last resort.

By far one of the worst companys to buy a trailer in the central valley. Went in this morning to look at a few car trailers and the guy was absolutely disrespectful and racist towards me and a friend and then proceeded to tell us that he makes people like us suck his man parts it was totally unacceptable so if youre looking to by a trailer dont waste your time or money at this poorly managed and staffed company. So if you live in the Tulare county area avoid bronco trailers in Visalia, Ca.

I called to ask about their trailers. The guy asked what payment you look for I stated I was not looking for a loan on a trailer but rather to pay cash for what I wanted. He started talking to someone else either on another line or in the office while I could still hear him. He never asked me to hold.
