Whats not to like about this store. I went to a country wedding and I had a beautiful blue country dress and my cowgirl boots and even a hat. And I had so many compliments. Of course boots are pricey but you have to remember they will last you a lifetime. Also if you find a pair of boots that do not have memory foam in them they carry the gel inserts made especially for boots. Everything in that store is beautiful for women and handsome for men. I am so thankful that they came to Visalia. Thank you Boot Barn

They have a nice selection, but the staff are super pushy. I assume they work off commission. The staff was nice enough to call other locations to find the size we needed, so I appreciate that.

Always walk in and the store is very clean and tidy. The employees greet as soon as I walk in. Not to mention they are also very attentive, pleasant, and assure me they are available if assistance is needed.

The worst online retailer I have ever ordered from hands down. I ordered a pair of UGGs as a Valentines Day gift. I spent $250 on them at full retail! Just to recieve them in a destroyed box with several scuff marks and one had a crease in the leg of the boot. I contacted their customer service to get a replacement and after 2 weeks of emails and them saying they never recieved my reply I just started calling them and after another week of 3 different phone calls I finally spoke to someone who assisted me in the exchange process. I sent them back and after waiting another week to get the exchange they just gave me a refund they didnt even give me another option. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and if your looking for UGGs go somewhere else!
